My fiance and have rented a few cars from this place throughout the last year (2022) to clean up my rental property in Newcastle and we have always had good experience here. Staff are friendly and understanding. They were informative and gave advice regarding the vehicles and returns and add ons. The cars have been clean and what we booked each time. The website is simple and easy to use to book things through. We will continue using them in future and recomend them to people around us.

Renting a van to move home was easy & painless. Got given a larger van at no extra cost which was a nice bonus.
