Entreprise inhumaine ! La voiture est tombée en panne juste avant le mariage pour lequel nous avions loué la voiture. Nous nous sommes arrangés pour arriver à temps car je participais à la cérémonie et avons refusé le dépannage qui allait prendre trop longtemps. Nous avons fait dépanner la voiture le lendemain. Thrifty nous reproche aujourd'hui ce refus de dépannage... Et ils nous facturent des "frais d'abandon" car nous n'avons pas eu le temps de passer au guichet de retour à l'aeroport, le taxi envoyé par l'assistance était en retard... Le support en ligne suite à cela a mis plusieurs semaines à répondre à chaque demande pour nous dire tout simplement "concernant les frais d'abandon et de carburant, nous vous informons que la facturation est conforme du fait de votre refus de depannage ." ...

This rental company is the worst. Their reservation now are handle by Hertz. Very disappointed also about Hertz. I rented my car, the next day police in Madrid stopped me, the CAR HAD NO INSURANCE. They tow away the car. I remained in the middle of the street with my wife and my two little kids. I've tried to call them sevral times, they never replied. After few hours they sent me anothe car, i drove to airport and i complained for what was happened. They only think they were able to say was "we are sorry". They should be ashemed. Never again.

I returned my car from Barcelona. I was told that the car was "too dirty" to return. I had to drive to the gas station and vacuum out and get a little of the dirt off. After, they said I wouldn't have to pay any extra. I don't know why they would want someone who doesn't clean cars regularly, clean a car. I thought this was unprofessional and dumb the fact that they were still going to clean it. Thanks again for making my time at the airport a rush instead enjoyable

cuidado! I reserved with them online in advance, once I arrived they told me no booking nor payment was made on my name and the booking confirmation I showed them was not valid. So they asked me to book the car again on the spot, for a higher price, I refused and eventually I took the bus to the city. Turns out I DID pay fully in advance!!!!!!! EDIT: In the Meanwhile, after a few months of emailing they DID handle my request for refund dilligently

son uno ladrones ,alquile un coche para dentro de una semana y media y por error de la pagina me cobran el triple de lo que me tenia que cobrar segun la confirmación de la reserva ,llamo me cancelan la reserva pero no me devuelve el dinero y me dicen que tardan de 2-10 dias en devolverlo .por una reserva que no duro ni 24 h .vaya hijos de p.. y por encima me dicen que haga otra reserva ...subnormales

Rented a car for 5 days, paying a one-week rate, then wanted to extend for one day. Impossible to reach the Madrid office for two days. Finally had someone responding in Granada. Could not change the reservation made in Madrid. Only solution: rent another car for one day in Granada, return the Madrid car in Granada and the Granada car in Madrid. To sum up, walk and don't rent Thrifty!

We rented a car from this company. We took the car in Burgos and returned it in Madrid. The service was friendly, the car was new and comfortable. We dropped-off the car in Madrid airport without any problems, after a few days we were refunded the deposit. The only note is that you need to have a credit card with your name written on it to rent a car. Good experience!

Pésima atención y no conocen la legislación española. No aceptaban el carnet de conducir como documento identificativo válido cuando según la Policía Nacional al poner la denuncia del robo del DNI es completamente válido en todo el territorio nacional. No aceptan contact less aunque está pagada la reserva.

La peor agencia de alquiler de carro que he visto. La Tia de mi esposa le cobraron una millonada en seguros para el coche. Habia cancelado una reserva que por culpa de ellos no la cancelaron y terminaron cobrando 160 euros por ella cuando alquiló otro carro en la misma agencia.

Avoid this company in Spain. They have hidden costs which is doubling your rental price. During booking my rental cost 270euro... But at the counter i had to pay additional insurance (even basic was not included). I've ended with rental price of 570euro!!! Thieves!

Lo peor que he visto en compañías de alquiler. Mi padre contrato un coche a las 17:45 y hasta las 23h no se lo dieron. Le pusieron mil pegas. La chica que ha estado hoy día 17 es una desagradable y por supuesto le pondremos una hoja de reclamación. Una y no más.

AWFUL!!!! One hour waiting with 3 Kids IN THE COLD in the parking lot, no place to sit, kids were running along the road. We got an electrical car, had to download an app to look for gas stations. SLOW, COLD and got a useless car. NEVER AGAIN!

Un desastre de compañía. Reservas un coche donde dice que caben 3 maletas grandes y cuando te lo entregan (casi 1 hora después de la hora fijada) sólo cabe 1 maleta... Y el bloque de 700 euros me parece una locura

Worst customer service ever. I've been trying to reach them by telephone and email for over 6 weeks and have still not spoken with a human being. Avoid at all costs.

Since I went 30 minutes before the time I reserved the car, they took a shower of 40 euros and took an iconic insurance money, they are exactly fraudsters.

Prices are really competitive. Nevertheless, I think they need more staff for special dates, like Christmas or before a long-holiday.

Lo mejor es rentar los autos cuando ya se encuentren en el país, ya que se ahorran tiempo y muchooos euros
