This place is amazingly good value!! I am staying at the Intercontinental Hanoi and was looking for inexpensive laundry and found this laundromat very close by. I was going to just drop it off but the lady who works here says she would do free pick up and drop off to the Intercontinental hotel and only charged 15k VND/ kilo! This is the least expensive laundromat I have found during my trip in Vietnam. The lady who works here speaks limited English but we were able to communicate drop off/pick up times. She also seemed very sweet and came by my hotel pretty late at night ~9pm to drop off my clothes since I came back to the hotel late.

We were a bit stressed to find a quick laundry service as we were leaving hanoi. This laundry service answered right away in the chat, confirming express service, the price (75000 for 5 kg!, we paid a lot more in old quarter). When we got there in person, everything was noted into a computer, the price was explained and shown on the screen automatically. They are handling everything very professionally, fairly and transparent. also, they finished our laundry in 4 hours! Smells great, is clean, very neatly folded and staff was very friendly and polite. Very very satisfied :) thanks a lot

This place is amazing! I’ve done my laundry here 3 times in Hanoi and each time was an exceptional experience. This last time I was in a rush and needed my clothes before I leave. They close on Sundays. They were able to accommodate my last minute request + delivered it to my hotel on the same day. The staff here are so friendly, kind, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond. Thank you so much! My clothes always feel so clean and smells so fresh. This will be the only place I would do my laundry.

2023/11/30 的價格是15vnd/公斤(許多店家未滿1公斤部份會進位計價，這家會以0.5公斤做單位計價，這點非常棒 )，相較許多老城區的洗衣店，他們的洗衣價格非常便宜; 聯絡店家可透過whatapps(+84982181984)聯絡，並且回覆訊息速度非常快，我住的飯店是西湖洲際，店家可到飯店取件跟送回(取貨運費單趟15VND，來回30vnd，運費視距離遠近而定喲)，前一晚送件，隔天晚上20:00可送回，衣服深淺可分開洗，只需多支付20vnd/次，我洗4.5kg最終全部加起來才117vnd，價格實惠，洗衣精的香味也不會太過濃，唯一有一點不太滿意的是他的使用我裝髒衣的袋子把洗乾淨的衣服送回給我，，我看其它顧客的評論都有用新袋子裝，不知道為什麼不用新袋子裝給我(Crying)，如果店家能針對此事先與顧客溝通會更好，總言而之還是強力推薦

Great inexpensive place for laundry service. 15,000dong/kg of clothes and 15,000 dong for delivery to the intercontinental hotel. Clothes feel clean and dry. Very light detergent scent on the clothes when finished. Clothes was promised at 1800 but arrived at the hotel at 2030. Laundry was brought back folded in a clear plastic bag.

タイホー地区では貴重なキロ単位で洗濯してくれる洗濯屋さん。英語はほとんど通じないが、外国人の多い立地のため身振り手振りとGoogle翻訳があれば依頼できる。電話番号と名前を伝える（紙に書く）。 ドライクリーニングや靴の洗浄もやっているが、料金表がないとのことで、口頭にて要確認。 洗濯&畳み(アイロン無し) 15,000VND /kg スニーカー 80,000VND /足 シャツのドライクリーニング 45,000VND /枚 （2023年11月時点）
