Wish we could give zero stars. Beautiful jewelry, accessories and watches. Terrible customer service. Purchased a silver watch for my wife 15 some years ago... periodically has to have the battery changed, which we get charged some $50 for every couple of years. Seems cheap on their end, but OK. Problem began on 9/30/2020 when I brought the watch to the Michigan Avenue Store to have the battery changed again. Apparently this is no longer done in house, but gets sent to a repair facility in Texas. OK. 2 weeks they say. I fill out form to have it done and returned to our home address in Chicago. A few weeks later we get an email from repair office telling us watch should get additional repairs and servicing, around $400. Wife loves the watch, we trust Tiffany, ok. We have the charge for the servicing put on her Tiffany Credit Card. Mid November I get an email saying the watch has been return shipped. A few days later, not having received the watch, I check the tracking number. The watch was shipped to my office address in Willis (fka Sears) Tower. FedEx delivered it without getting the signature required on the shipping. Neither Fedex nor Tiffany can find out what happened to the package containing a $3000 watch left in the hallway outside our closed office in Willis Tower. 15 hours of phone calls and most of that time on hold, talking with different Tiffany Representatives, they finally initiate investigation. No one at Tiffany takes responsibility for the address change. I'm repeatedly told the $395 charge for the repairs will be removed or credited and it's still there. After 2 months a Tiffany rep, "Carmen" tells me that we can select a replacement watch up to $3500 from their catalog because they cannot locate the package and the watch we had sent for service is no longer in stock. We are supposed to select a watch and call "Carmen" back directly to have the watch shipped to our (hopefully) home address. Been trying to call Carmen back for a week now. EVERY time I call I am put on hold by a different representative and "Carmen" seems to never be in the office or available. Yesterday I was told "Carmen" would call me back this morning. No call. It's after 1pm. I'm still on hold after 30 minutes. Some woman just picked up, finally, and says "Carmen" is not in today. I explained and now she sees the order number, and I'm on hold for 10 minutes already waiting for a response. No one gives their last name, ID# or any direct call back numbers so I don't have to waste time on hold. My wife and I have shopped at the Michigan Avenue Tiffany Store for years. Some of her favorite gifts including the missing watch were purchased there. We always enjoyed excellent customer service from everyone in the store. What is happening now is extremely disappointing. Terrible service. Rude comments from a few of the phone reps. No accountability. Unbelievable. Do not shop there.
Highly disappointed in the service that I have received from this location and Tiffany’s overall. I brought in 4 pieces on August 10th for them to be serviced I was told that it would be three weeks. The day before my jewelry was suppose to be back I reached out to customer service because I hadn’t heard anything. The response was it would be shipped out by September 4th. After I pushed back all of a sudden it was ready for pick up. I went to the Michigan ave location September 2nd to pick up my jewelry and when the associate unpacked my jewelry I noticed that two of my charms were severely damaged. When I inquired on what happened the associate tried to make it seem like I gave them my jewelry damaged already. The associate then asked me to produce a pic of my jewelry to prove that they weren’t damaged.I was highly offended because I have been a customer for over 10 years and I don’t have the need to lie. I expressed multiple times how these particular charms have sentimental value as I sat there with tears in my eyes. I kept asking what could be done and the associate said she could send them back and see if they could get fixed. I pushed back again and she went to the back to verify if the charms could be fixed and she said yes. I then asked for a manager because I felt as though the situation was not being taken seriously. A manager by the name of Tiffany came out and she wasn’t sympathetic she didn’t even ask what happened she just regurgitated what the associate said. Tiffany told me that they would get me my charms back within a week which was 09/9. I reached out to customer service same day and I still haven’t heard anything back. I am extremely disappointed with the service and how I have been treated through this whole process. I expect someone to reach out to me immediately. I have spent way toooo much money with you guys over the years to be treated this way.
In December of 2022 I brought my earrings to be cleaned, when I picked them up weeks later I never bothered to take a look at them and I trusted this location with my product to be brought back just like they were except shinier. About 2 weeks later after I picked them up I was going to wear them and when I unwrapped them I noticed that both earrings post were bent. As I got one in my hand and took off the back one of my earrings post broke off immediately. I went back to this location and told the lady what had happened and she told me that I needed to pay $60 to repair them, so I told her that it was their fault, not mine and I told her the whole story and she said "Well because you broke the post while trying to see it, you will only pay half which is $30." I said okay to it but since I was in a hurry, hours later I called the manager and told him that this was unacceptable and he told me that I wouldn't have to pay anything. Great that was done and I was content! Fast forwarding this, we go to a month later when I pick up my earrings from being repaired. This wonderful lady named Linda was very nice and I hope she gets a raise for her manners! But when I receive my earrings back from the original packaging they came in from New York, one earrings post was still bent! But even worse than what it was! Linda saw this and was very confused as to why this happened again but she was also very sorry and actually fixed the post perfectly. She even wrote on the receipt that if they break again, its free of charge. But after this whole incident I will always keep on eye on my items and take pictures before sending them to this location because I was furious seeing this. But, Linda reassured me no to worry and did everything possible to get it handled. So please, if a manager sees this post, treat Linda to a coffee or give her a bonus because she was the best!
Hands down probably the worst experience I've had at a store in a very long time. First when I bought it it was way too big so I came to resize it. Nothing out of the ordinary there that happens. But when it came back it was supposed to be 5.75 in and they somehow messed it up so bad that they sent it back 5 in even so it was way too short. Then they sent it back to get size correctly a second time and when it came back we discovered that not only did they break the charm but they tried to replace the charm and ended up using the wrong font on the charm so it was pretty easily noticeable. So then we sent it back a third time to get sized correctly and get the charm replaced with the correct charm and the bracelet came back with the correct charm this time but the original size from the first time. At this point the bracelets too big she hasn't worn it even though I purchased it over 3 months ago for Christmas and we just give up. Hands down the worst service I've ever received anywhere in my entire life. If I ever get anything from Tiffany again it'll be at the Oakbrook store or anywhere else but this Michigan store. The customer service here is horrible and offered nothing for all this nonsense. Molly was very unhelpful and Robin the service associate made it sound like she was doing us a "favor" by fixing it. Your company lost a charm and they tried to fix it by replacing it with an ugly excuse of a charm hoping I wouldn't notice. I'm honestly probably gonna just dispute this charge with my bank. This store sucks.
I always dreamed of having a Tiffany's engagement ring, but after visiting this location, I changed my mind. I was 26 and my now husband was 28 when we visited this location, so neither of us were "too young" or "poor" to visit this store, but that is how we were treated. We live in Madison, Wisconsin, so the trip was not too long for us, but definitely not worth it (good thing we had friends in the area to visit...) Upon entering the store, the carpet was dirty and wet (not surprising because of the weather, but soggy carpets are a BIG pet peeve of mine), but we also noticed that we were NEVER greeted. EVER! We looked around at the rings they had on display and never got any help, even while there for a long time. I was pretty upset, they don't know what we were looking for or even our budget! Too bad for them. When we visited the location in Indianapolis, we had a great experience. Help right away and a salesperson who gave us his recommendations right away. I don't know if the workers at the Chicago location think that they are too good for "young couples", but I am sad that is how they treat potential customers. I am disgusted by this location and would NEVER recommend any of our friends here. I am never the type to write negative reviews for companies, but the experience has haunted me forever. I am happily married with a beautiful ring, no thanks to this store!!!! I hope they realize that everyone is important and they change how they treat younger couples.
One star not for the brand but for customer experience. My boyfriend made an appointment with someone named Tao Liu for Sunday noon. When we got there, he wouldn't even remember that we had an appointment with him. Then he told us that he can take care of us and we started seeing a couple of rings. I really needed to get some information about the settings and their shape, but he didn't explain at all!! All he said was "These are the models that we have and they can't be customized". I said "I understand, but could you explain a little about these settings?" And he said "This is the model that we have as you see". I was so disappointed I kept asking him questions and it was getting nowhere. It was only 5 min through our appointment that another couple showed up and he started rushing to take care of them. I was looking at some other rings that he suddenly said "Ok... What is the decision here? What should I do? I have another appointment!!!" In a very rush tone. Why do you double book people when you don't have time??? We wasted our Sunday to just get all the way there for nothing! How do you expect people to buy anything when you don't provide them with any information about your product and behave in such a rude manner??? Tiffany is a great brand, but itsi very disappointing when you see sales person like this guy.
I had the best experience here with Naomi and the purchasing process. I have never purchased rings/jewelry in my life. I know Tiffany has a good reputation and wanted to buy two engagement rings as I am proposing to my boyfriend but also didn't want to spend a ton of money as i want to buy wedding rings in about a year and want nice ones. She explained rings and ring sizes and showed me some of the lower priced ones. She looked at pictures of my significant other and estimated his size and offered to size it or refund it if it doesn't fit. She was very kind, never made me uncomfortable because I wasn't buying the $20,000 rings and i wasn't uncomfortable because i was buying for two guys. I highly recommend her and (assuming he says yes which he better) will be back for some nice wedding rings. My only negative about the store is they had limited supply of the sizes in the ring i wanted. But she helped me find others and offered to order the ones not in stock. Then i made a joke that i was going on the CTA and someone will probably steal them (this being Chicago and all) and she offered my a white bag. It was a great experience and i highly recommend her. Thanks.
Two year ago, my mother joined my father in their eternal life. Since then I have wanted a keep sake to remind me of their unconditional love. I wanted a watch or a piece of jewelry for this occasion. I made an appointment at Tiffany’s, which I recommend, and Amy was my customer service attendant. Honestly, Amy was more than that. She was a hostess. I told her what I wanted and with out hesitation, she showed me some beautiful pieces. I ended up with a beautiful men’s bracelet, in which I was able to engrave a reminder of my parents love on the back. It took some time but it was so worth the wait. What made this experience extremely exceptional what the communication between myself and Amy. Tiffany’s associates are remarkable. It was one of the best customer service experience I have had, their merchandise is one of a kind. Their jewelry designs are exceptional and Tiffany’s and Co is truly the enduring brand of LOVE. Thank you for taking such an sad part of my life and giving me a such beautiful constant reminder of my parents unconditional love. Matt A
Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I made an appointment to check out engagement rings thinking this would a informative experience. I was wrong. The sales person wasn’t helpful whatsoever. She acted as if she had something else more important to do. With me having to make an appointment to get more information on rings, I would think that I would spend more than ten minutes in the store. From what I remember, the store wasn’t busy either so I feel as if she could have spent a few more minutes to see if there was something she could help with. I almost felt like I was being profiled. This was my second time at this location feeling this way. I was in the store for a repair for the first time and ironically I asked the same sales person that helped me with engagement rings this afternoon where repairs was located in the store. She was once again, was very short with me and pointed towards the stairs. She was actually on her phone while I was asking this question. I don’t usually leave these type of reviews but y’all gotta do better.
I love this Tiffany store as they carry a huge collection. The staff downstairs are very polite and helpful. They will let you go around on your own and help you when you ask for it. Only reason I am giving a lower than 5 rating is because the upstairs staff made us very uncomfortable on multiple occasions. They really want to sell you something/anything and will follow you everywhere you go without providing some time to look around. We wanted to look at a certain piece and were told that's obsolete. But the downstairs staff found it for us (we had checked online before visiting) and it was obviously not discontinued. We felt that the upstairs staff really just wanted to make a sale (similar experience on multiple occasions). As I don't function well under sales pressure, I would rather avoid going to the segment upstairs to find a piece and just order online or ask someone else from the bottom floor to help. I wish Tiffany would train all the sales personnel well so that everyone can have a good and stress free experience when shopping.
Wish I could leave a better review but unfortunately customer service was the worst. my girlfriend and I were there to look at engagement rings and try them on, every place we've been to so far has treated us with respect and made looking for rings a fun time. Not this Tiffany's. We both don't really care about how we dress so our clothes were pretty casual, nothing too fancy and they absolutely profiled us for that. We had the security guard come and help us find someone to show us the engagement rings, because no one there gave us the time even of a simple "hello". We were then treated by two Men who were absolutely nice and lovely but after being sent upstairs to look at some more rings for my girlfriend the women upstairs treated us in in such a disrespectful manner. Next time I'll have my girlfriend slam her Porsche keys on the table, maybe then they'll learn not to judge on the clothes you're wearing. The rings were very beautiful and I would have loved to get one but due to the awful experience we will not come back.
:::Edit::: 7-8+ years ago I first step into this Tiffany & Co. location to get something for my wife. I was young and while the staff was courteous and nice nobody seemed genuine to help me, which was pretty normal for me to experience at the time. But I ran into Amy who really took the time to help me and ask many questions about what I was looking for and show me many pieces that was in my budget. She even followed up with me after to see if my wife enjoyed her present! I never had received customer service like that. Fast forward to today, Amy has helped me on numerous special occasions helping me find something special for my wife, mother or sister all through the years. She has kept in touch with me and even though I live in Seattle now, if I think of something from Tiffany, Amy is who I would contact and she is always there to help immediately. Thank you Amy and I look forward to your kindness and expertise. She is really amazing. Hope you stay with Tiffany!
I've had my return to tiffany necklace for over two years now. it's been really eating me up on the inside that first purchase experience was not pleasant I walked in, no one greeted me I asked where to go for what I wanted I made it to the second floor I was greeted by who I think was security.but he was really nice gave me a really big smile I signed in waited my turn and my sales lady was not so pleasant she really treated me like I couldn't afford what I was looking for. mind you I was on my way to work so maybe i didn't have the look she was looking for. I asked to see another piece of jewelry and that really got under her skin in my mind I just wanted what I came for so I paid and left. I promise myself that would never go back but I really want to treat myself to another tiffany piece but I just can't spend my with a company that treats people like that.
As most people have said the merchandise is over priced. There are very few items availble in a couple of hundred dollar range. The staff is very nice if you are going to buy a 70,000 dollar ring but the area upstairs where the siver pieces (hence less pricey items) are sold the staff can be snooty. I was once waiting there for quite a while and so were a lot of other people. A manager walked in and suddenly said she was going to make a waiting list and so people standing closest to her got on the list first and others did not. I was one of the others. She made no attempt to find out who came first. When I said something she had a very sharp and unhelpful retort. I am a first generation immigrant who is not quite 5 foot tall so I always wonder what she would have done or said if I had been a 6 foot tall white man or even a white woman taller than I am.
I went to Tiffany's to buy a pair of cufflinks. Even though I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to pay for it, I had to play the waiting game... The game goes like this: stand around the store until someone notices you, then they write down your name and apparel in some scribble notebook, and then you wait for an "associate" to help you. And you wait. And then you wait some more. And then an associate comes to you because you are wearing the same clothing as someone else ahead on the list, and when they realize their mistake, they flat out ignore you and leave you hanging dry. You know what? It is honestly not worth the wait. There is no concept of customer service at this store, so do not bother. Order the items online and save yourself the trouble of wasting time on rude "associates".
Wish I could leave a better review based on the jewelry and the other sales people, but sadly my sales person was anything but friendly. I can’t remember her full name but on my receipt it does say “A. Rivera”. She was very rude and didn’t answer the questions I asked, when she did her responses were short and not helpful. It seemed like she was rushing us and that we were an inconvenience to her..paying customers. My brother and I stopped in quickly to buy our mom a necklace and weren’t dressed nice because we were just making a quick stop there and right when she saw how we were dressed her face and her manner completely changed. I love shopping at Tiffany but if rude snobby judgemental workers are what I have to deal with when I shop then I’ll take my business else where.
We were in Chicago several weeks ago. My husband and I were fresh off a plane from Europe, looked tired and were dressed casually. We were shopping for a bracelet I had seen in a catalog. We walked into the store, no one say Hi, it was difficult to get help even thought the store was empty. I asked the sales lady for help. She seemed annoyed and put-out. We were shopping for a $17,000 bracelet it would have been nice to be welcomed into the store. It should be fun and comfortable. I felt very uncomfortable. I took my husband, our Visa and decided to leave. We love Tiffany, however, I am completely turned-off. Customer Service matters.... UPDATE: We are heading back to Chicago...I used the contact info YOU provided and no one called back. Unbelievable and NEVER TIFFANY:)
I just purchased a necklace and a dog collar for my yorkie and the yorkie has worn his collar for a few hrs maybe 3 we always take it off if he’s inside and when me and my fiancé took it off we notice the leather was already creasing as if he has had it for a long time mind you he’s only worn it a few hrs and we only got it 2days ago it’s very disappointing because we payed 200$ . We didn’t just pay for the name we expected it to last a few years and add on to it and eventually buy the leash but with that being said I will never purchase a piece like this again. The purchase is under my fiancé name Angelique Chabes and Yao wang helped us I tried to attempt to call you guys and the phone just rings and rings .
One of the strongest brands in the world. If you were to see that color anywhere, anytime, it is distinctively and solely, Tiffany. Tiffany Blue is the colloquial name for the light medium robin egg blue color associated with Tiffany & Co., the New York City jewelry company, created by Charles Tiffany and John Young in 1837. It should not be mistaken for teal, which is a completely different color. The color was used on the cover of Tiffany's Blue Book, first published in 1845.[1] Since then, Tiffany & Co. has used the color extensively on promotional materials like boxes and bags. The Tiffany Blue color is protected as a color trademark by Tiffany & Co. in some jurisdictions including the U.S
I went to Tiffany at michigan ave this Tuesday. At first I was served by a lady on the second floor. She was very nice and talk with patience. Then, I want to see some rings and she said to me those rings are on first floor. She took me to a lady on the first floor. The lady was very arrogant. She asked me if i am gonna buy something here or just try them. I said to her I just wanted to try them here and I will order online if I found some rings I want. She showed no patience at all. She did not say anything and just showed a snobbish face after I said goodbye to her. Tiffany is a global company. Talk to her and make your advisors serve customers with patience and polite please.
Bought a bracelet today with my friend. When I thought everything went great, a Chinese sales lady looked at my friend’s plastic bag (we bought some food earlier and brought them in Tiffany) and asked us in both Chinese and English in an extremely LOUD, DRAMATIC and RUDE way“Where did you get these”. We were very confused and didn’t even realize that she was just being mocking at us. And she went “oh they look so delicious” however they is no restaurant name on the bag and a human being cannot possibly see what’s in the bag. Is it a thing that Chinese speaking sales people like patronizing Chinese customers? I feel pathetic for her especially when today is Chinese New Year.
Noelle is HANDS DOWN one of the best, most communicative, most kind, and most pleasant Tiffany & Co. ambassadors and sales ladies I’ve ever met. She is eager to find the things that work, look, and fit best for every customer. She goes out of her way to make time for people, and she exudes positivity. Give her a RAISE, Tiffany! She went out of her way to order something for me that wasn’t in store at the time. Also, she cleaned all of my jewelry for me when I arrived for pickup. (Usually, people have to make appointments or wait). All in all, she’s wonderful. I love Tiffany & Co.—but I also LOVE Noelle.
I called to inquire about a charm, since I am not located in Chicago but will be visiting soon. & the sales associate I spoke to, Emoy, was extremely rude. Not only did she hang up on me, which resulted in me having to call the store back twice, she acted as if I were inconveniencing her by calling. She kept interrupting me when I tried to explain what I was looking for. And when she finally decided to listen, she immediately said they did not have the charm without even bothering to look for it. I’ve never received rude service ever at Tiffany’s until today. Very disappointed in the Michigan Ave store!
I went to Tiffany & Co. today to get my wedding ring cleaned and after someone looked at my ring at the front door to validate that I wasn’t trying to get a ring from somewhere else cleaned for free they were really nice. When I bought my wife’s engagement ring 9 years ago I went to the store and because I am young and look even younger the employees there ignored me except Linda what is one of the nicest employees there which was actually pretty cool because the commission went to someone who really deserved it. Otherwise I love the store and think that their products are the absolute best!
I took my wife in today to find something for our Anniversary and her 60th Birthday. During the visit we received a call from a family member. We took the important call and after a few minutes an employee rudely told us to move to the back of the store as we would bother other customers. No other customers were present. Due to your rude employee we left and bought a gift at another store. We have bought many things from Tiffany’s in the past. This is the worst experience we have had at Tiffany’s and will think twice before we buy anything at your Michigan Avenue store in the future.
Place was packed for the holidays. I did appreciate the fact that the managers kind of assign an associate to each customer as they arrive. Each associate takes the time to introduce themselves. I was there to exchange a gift and the associate I got must have been newer and got a little overwhelmed. The manager took over and even though there was a ton of people there got my purchase handled fairly promptly and everyone involved apologized for the mishap. It was nice to see that kind of care even though there was no real commission . RESPECT
I HIGHLY recommend asking for Hiromi Jamora to help you with all your Tiffany needs. She helped me and my fiancé select our engagement rings, wedding bands, and other gifts. We’ve kept in touch with Hiromi via text and she’s also helped with polishing our jewelry on multiple occasions too. We’ve also received handwritten holiday cards and gifts in our mailbox throughout the year from her, which is a really sweet gesture towards her previous clients. Excellent customer service with complimentary champagne, what more can anyone ask for!
terrible service, my boyfriend and i came in looking to purchase a necklace and none of the workers seemed to care to help us, we went up to several employees asking for help which they all told us they were busy but they helped other customers who came in after us. Once we decided to leave after 20 minutes of standing and waiting the male worker who knew we were waiting patiently for service watched us go for the door and says “have a nice day” while his co workers continued to help customers who came in after us.
Was browsing engagement rings with my now husband and had the pleasure of working with Pam. Pam was amazing- she is so smart, professional, nice, funny, and a GIA diamond graduate! We were not planning on purchasing anything from Tiffany’s but Pam helped my husband pick out the most gorgeous engagement ring, and at a later time, helped us pick out our beautiful wedding bands. The store itself is absolutely stunning and so well organized. We can’t wait to visit Pam at Tiffany’s again!
I'm a top-floor kind of Tiffany's shopper at this location, so if you can get past the weird stares until you get to the second floor, you'll be all set. I've never had an issue with an item I saw online not being in stock, and they really go all out if your purchase is a gift. I've had a good amount of pieces cleaned and polished here as well and they always turn out amazing. I definitely prefer shopping here to online, I just have to make sure I'm not coming straight from pilates!
Visiting from the UK with three female friends, made to feel like common criminals by staff and were followed around the store liked we were being stalked. A few unpleasant comments were made about us before the security pretended to say something important into his ear piece. It was obvious that four middle aged, honest, hard working women are not welcome at this store. If that is how you treat customers, then you don't deserve them. A discredit to the Tiffany brand.
I have been a customer at Tiffanys for years and I usually don't have any complaints as they have good customer service and everything but I personally do not like how when you make a purchase your item comes with multiple bags and boxes but you no longer get a cloth to keep your items cleaned then when I asked about a cleaning cloth I was told you have to pay for it separately now I'd rather get a cleaning cloth with my jewelry you can keep all the bags and bows
Lindsey D is magnificent. Most kind, patient and caring associate to work with. She helped me and my fiancé find the most perfect yellow diamond for our engagement ring. She bent over backwards, and the end result is better than we imagined. We've kept in touch, and are currently in touch about our wedding bands. We've been in other Tiffany locations, but nothing beats the Chicago Michigan Ave location, and Lindsey's service.
Tiffany & Co. Is our favorite stop for Christmas shopping. We always have good experience there. This time our salesperson was Yao Wang. She greeted us with nice smile as we arrived. She showed us a lot of beautiful pieces. She was very friendly and patient while we were making our choice. We left happy and satisfied with the beautiful presents for the Holidays. Thank you Yao Wang for another great experience at Tiffany's!!!
Elegant atmosphere. I was very impressed with their collection and the artists they partner with. Second floor is a more quiet gallery. I really would like to get the baby plate and baby cup for my future child. I will probably pick that up from the store either in person or online. The lady who helped my future mother in law was super friendly and professional. We went two days in a row because we loved the store so much.
I absolutely love visiting the Tiffany's store located in Downtown Chicago. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. You are always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. I was in over the weekend to have my daughter jewelry cleaned in Customer service area. The lady assisting us was so kind, knowledgeable and just all around pleasant to interact with. I would highly recommend this store to others.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Molly at the Michigan Avenue location was VERY RUDE! Terrible customer service, very un helpful. However, I was able to get what I needed and the great customer service from Linda in customer service and also another guy upstairs, I did not get to catch the name. I spend a lot of money at Tiffany and I would not be returning to purchase anything again!
While I was visiting Chicago, I decided to come shop here at Tiffany & Co for a valentine’s gift for my mother. She is in love with the brand. I LOVED working with my sales rep Robert S. I came to this shop thinking I would be leaving with just one gift, but thanks to him, I left with two gifts from here. Can you say employee of the month? Thank you so much again for the coolest service Robert! ✨
I was one of Tiffany’s best customers for a long time. Unfortunately I had to return one ring because the gold was coming off! Yeah, it was losing the gold, and the platina gave a huge allergy, what is very strange because those materials are hypoallergenic so I don’t trust Tiffany anymore. The manager was externally snob and rude to me when I had the problem. Sooooo disappointed, unfortunately!
The store was rather busy, but when we arrived with baby and stroller we were immediately acknowledged and paired with an associate (Abby). All questions were answered promptly and even gave some attention to our baby daughter. She waited while we browsed some other items, and when we were ready, she appeared quickly and the checkout process was very smooth. Great first experience!
I have visited several Tiffany locations but this one was by far my favorite. I worked with Leslie to find a new pair of earrings. She was wonderful to work with and helped we make the best choice. She also went over and above to assist me with another pair of earrings I had that needed some adjustment. If you visit this location be sure to ask for Leslie.
Purchased a ring over the phone since this store was the only one who had it in stock and I live out of state. Received the wrong ring but after I called to let them know, they were quick to locate the correct ring and have it shipped. Great customer service and easy to work with- I have a Very happy daughter... Thank you Keri for all your help
Went to Tiffany today to buy a present for a friend. Browse through the whole store and was only able to find a few things that were cute for under $200. When I tried to look at the things I had picked out I had to wait in line for an associate to help me. Although the staff was very friendly and helpful the wait for an associate was pretty ridiculous.
We had a great experience with Yao. She listens to us very calmly and patiently. She always ready to help and answer your questions. We visited tiffany so many times and always have good experience with Yao regarding our engagement rings. She is so nice and always ready to meet us whenever we want. I would really recommend her for engagement rings.
RECOMMEND OTHERS TO NOT GO HERE! Very nice staff except for one BAD egg! One of the staff gave my girlfriend and I a very bad judgmental look. Was considering getting our engagement ring at Tiffany’s but we really gotta reconsider. Been to DC NYC locations with very nice experiences. But one of the staff can really ruin our opinions of Tiffany’s.
I traveled to Chicago from out of state and it was my first time at the Tiffany store. All the staff was really friendly. Pam the consultant was really great and made the experience even more special! Even though I was buying a smaller piece, she still made sure it was the whole luxury experience. I’ll never forget my visit to the store :)
Beautiful products but absolutely TERRIBLE customer service after purchase, been working to resolving an issue for months, yes, months without resolution. Simple paperwork error on their part and they were completely unhelpful at nearly every turn in trying to get it fixed. I would not recommend major purchases from Tiffany after this.
Absolutely loved my experience here! Get Peggy when you go. She made the experience so personal. I was there with my partner picking out a bday/post MBA gift to self. The entire staff was warm including security. Store manager Matthew even took the time to chat. I’m already thinking about my next big purchase from them ☺️ …
The Tiffany & Co. store on Michigan’s Avenue is absolutely beautiful. The main area on the first floor hosts many stunning collections, and upstairs they have additional products, plus a customer service/product care center. You can bring any piece of PRO TIP: Tiffany jewelry to them and they will clean and polish it for free.
There was an older lady who was suppose to be greeting ,and throughout my whole time at the store she Did not approach me once. She asked the people around me if they needed help and not me, and then when I was leaving she asked the lady in front of me if she needed help but not me. It was just very rude and unprofessional.
This was my first time at a Tiffany & Co., in Chicago for my first time as well, no less! The staff are wonderful and so polite and helpful, and the jewelry is beyond gorgeous! We came for my sister's 40th birthday and she bought her first thing to celebrate! I will definitely be hitting up the one back in MN! …
First time at Tiffany & Co. Sales associate Mee Kim was outstanding! When my I walked into the store, Mee Kim began to communicate with me. She new exactly what I wanted. She made my experience worth the trip. Tried on a necklace and bracelet. It was exactly what I wanted. Was very please when we left the store!
Yesterday was my first time going there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. and the sales professional A Onozato was extremely nice to me I told her I wanted something for myself for an early bday gift, and I got a necklace and as I was leaving everyone on the floor wish me a Happy Birthday Aww …
This is an iconic stop on Michigan Ave. If you intend to come make a purchase be sure to talk to Pam. She is knowledgeable, genuine, and warm. Tiffany worthy life events are always special. Pam is the perfect companion to shepard your family through these memorable moments with grace and professionalism.
The fabulous sales people here helped us make some great purchases for a special occasion. They even helped us save a fair bit of money by advising us correctly, even when it meant that we struck one item off our purchase list. We'll most certainly be back at this store for our next jewelry purchase.
Imagine buying a housewarming gift at Tiffany and they give you a used box and a wrinkled bag!! I mean, come on.. If I could I would give you zero stars! Luckily I saw and went back, other employee made it right but Ms. H. Jamora and other lady that was assisting should really pay more attention.
Simply put, Tiffany is an elite jewelry retailer with beautiful items. I giggle at the reviews where someone is shocked at the pricing. Seriously. Guessing other high end brands should get a negative review because they are expensive? First class staff, products, and we always leave with a smile.
Lindsey Daleo has always been such a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgable about the products and carries a very high level of professionalism. She goes out of her way to make sure you are welcomed and taken care of. We look forward to giving her our business in the future!
I am Super frustrated and unhappy with this particular location! Got 2 rings and tried to returned one since it got dark in less than one week. I have silver rings from James Avery and non of their jewelry do that. The ring was not accept it even though it was less than 30 days.
Walking the Magnificent Mile, we could not resist stopping in at Tiffany's. Staff was very professional and helped me build my wish list. They also pointed out something I had never considered--rose gold looks good with my complexion. Will keep in mind for future purchases.
Our experience at Tiffany’s was extremely pleasant. The salesperson, Michael, that assisted us was so friendly and attentive. Though we didn’t purchase the watch that I fell in love with, it looked and felt exquisite and Michael has made Tiffany shoppers out of us.
In a nutshell, Royal treatment and class service here. It's amazing to see such luxurious jewelry pieces. Prices are not cheap; however, great warranty comes with anything you purchase. Check out my profile to learn more about me and be sure to follow me!
Stopped in this iconic jewelry store just to browse and ended up getting a little something special for my girl... Service was amazing and I was treated like a king the whole time. Ms. Chen helped me out and she was so polite and courteous, thank you.
Service is first class. Tao, our salesperson, was kind, patient, responsive, and made everything so easy. Few things in shopping are so pleasant, tasteful, and easy anymore. It makes paying painful sums of money for gifts way more tolerable.
Best customer service. Don't remember his name, but the manager upstairs was THE best. Even though we didn't buy anything, he treated us like royalty. When we are ready to make the plunge with that atlas watch, we'll come back just for him!
Tiffany offers a wide variety of jewelry and accessories. Although the prices may seem a bit high, the quality and service are unparalleled. The staff is happy to let you browse and will custom-order products if you don's see what you want.
I would like to ask if the employees check if the credit cards match with the name that's on the driver's license or state id? Or you just don't care and sell to people that stole credit cards. As a high quality jewelry store should be
Our salesperson could not have been more helpful or welcoming. It was truly a pleasure doing business here. It can seem intimidating to walk into Tiffany, but they immediately made is feel at ease. We look forward to returning.
Walked right in and someone greeted me right away, very friendly. Very clean, very helpful. I must have looked at and tried on 10 different items and was even given some suggestions. Was very very happy with my purchase.
As someone in their 20's I don't expect to be bombarded with associates however this location lacks the attention to every person who walks in the door, something thats a bit frustrating as I'm an active customer.
One stop shop for fine jewelry I been going here for years to come I have built good relationship with Hiromi she always put great personal touch on my shopping experience to say thank you again …
found everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and personable. Thanks for Tiffany and company for still offering amazing customer service. My two kids are getting their first blue boxes when I get home.
Staff helped us immensely and were not perturbed by the fact we were only browsing for future ideas. A huge selection of platinum, gold and silver. Great personal gifts for anniversaries and big achievements.
Molly Zhang you helped make our experience remarkable! All my girls will remember such an incredible day at Tiffany's. You made us feel like right at home and like royalty at the same time! Much Love Molly!
Besides iconic jewelry, it has beautiful housewares & accessories available. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly and personable assistants. Provided us with additional information about a particular product.
Always my favorite place to be. Everyone is always so friendly and its special when they remember you. I needed to get a gift real quick and they were very attentive to my needs on such a short notice.
Was greeted by Tessa and even though it was her first day I would’ve never thought so just because of how wonderful she was!! Had a great time and will definitely come back next time I’m in Chicago!
I visited Tiffany’s, with my Mom and newborn baby, while in Chicago. Naomi is such a delightful sales associate. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience, Naomi.
Can someone please explain how anyone can walk into the store and make it outside again without making a purchase. Yes I melted a credit card here. Bit it was worth it to make someone happy.
Top notch jewelry. No one greeted me when I entered. Had to figure out where to go by myself. Once upstairs, I was greeted by manager on floor and Yennifer was outstanding at helping me
3 rings purchased and delighted with the quality and service. Happy smiles for everyone. The personal care an attention and email follow up made the purchase worthwhile. I will be back.
When you want a little Tiffany in your life you buy a pair of earrings to share with your sibling. Bonnie helped us with our personal shopping experience and was a delight to work with.
Molly and the team members I encountered were wonderful. Super accommodating? Knowledgeable and courteous. We purchased a necklace for our daughter 22nd and it was a great experience!
The name says it all. World class service with world class product. Just walking in let's you know that you will be getting customer service 2nd to none. A real joy to shop there.
Chelsea was very attentive and helpful during me and my boyfriend’s visit. She made me feel special while picking out a necklace for a one year anniversary gift! Thank you.
Great jewelry; always quality and worth the money. I bought my wife's sapphire engagement ring from Tiffany's, and they always clean it for free when we revisit.
They treat you like a princess and they help you find what your looking for I love my jewelry... I got the best service I have ever had I can't wait to go back..
Beautiful store and great location. Oddly difficult to get someone’s attention given the number of people working there (it wasn’t too busy at the time either)
My first experience at Tiffany & Co. was wonderful. The people were very pleasant and friendly. I felt like a VIP. Thank you Tiffany & Co for this experience.
Customer service good, however not allowing paying customers to use washrooms, not cool. With their prices, that's the least could be done for Customer care.
Great, friendly service. I needed a chain replaced and the lady that assisted me was professional, curteous and helpful. Necklace arrived on time, as said.
Very friendly service, took the time to show me all options and provided professional advice, not based on pricing. A nice and relaxing place to buy gifts
Zero.....Sitting in store waiting for assistance almost 10 mins not one even one asked. Yet can sit and talk about bts and other music artist
I highly recommend this store. I had a serious problem when they made a mistake but they resolved it beyond my expectations. Great staff
Linda was wonderful! So kind, and informative! Linda is definitely an asset To Tiffany’s! Thank you Linda and Tiffany!! Imelda Bennett
Sales staff was very nice. Even though they didn't have the piece my wife wanted they were nice enough to find her something else!
Customer service is really great. As a big black man who's shopped all up & down Michigan ave, fishy customer service is common.
Lindsey Daleo is the salesperson you want. I’ve had her for over 10 years. She hugs and greets me and my family by name.
My online order was stolen before delivery, no one from company site don’t tried fix this problem last 2 month …
Always incredible and friendly service! Smaller yet comparable to the NYC flagship. We'll be back again …
