I've been looking at a particular item for a week or two, debating whether to order for my girlfriend as a birthday present. Upon the day of purchasing, I'd noticed a price increase across the majority if not all items. When speaking with them on the phone, I was told the price increase was active as of two days ago, which is fine. Prices in this day an age do fluctuate quite a bit. It was a shame to see such a lack of help from Tiffany & Co. I explained my situation and said it was a shame that I'd missed out on a particular price by such a short time, as they say they have these price increases once every 6 months. I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do for me to help, apart from offering me 'express' delivery for an additional £15. The products Tiffany offer are great, don't get me wrong. But increasing the price of an item that was already stocked before the increase took place, and not willing to help has gave me no choice but to shop elsewhere. I was hoping to be a returning customer but service is a big part of the sale for me, along with the item(s) theirselves.

I was brought a beautiful piece of jewellery for my 21st. Unfortunately the stone fell out so I took it to Tiffany to be repaired and have had nothing but trouble since. I was originally told it would be sent back to me within 11 days. After 19 days I called them to ask where it was and was advised the warehouse hadn't been advised that I paid but it would be dispatched the following day (Friday) and would be with me by Monday the latest. The following Thursday I tried to chase and could not get through. I managed to get through on the Friday and was advised there was a system update so it hadn't been dispatched still but would be sent out the same day. A necklace was delivered to me but it wasn't mine. The chain is the wrong size and my damaged item was not included. I emailed Tiffany as I wanted to speak to a manager to see where my item is and why I am not getting any answers and 5 days later I still have had no response. From such a well known establishment, to be treated like this is appalling. Will not be using again. John Pointer for and on behalf of Charis Pointer

The staff at Tiffanys in Birmingham go above and beyond to help with problems. My necklace had snapped whilst I was in London for the weekend, so I took it to the Sloane Street Tiffanys to be fixed. They sent it off for repair and a few weeks later I received it back. It was 2 inches shorter than the original size! So, I went to the store in Birmingham as it is my local store. Leah Harvey (Assistant Manager) was great. She could have easily said to me that Sloane Street made the mistake, so take it back there. But she didn't and she helped me with my issue. She sent it off for repair again, free of charge. She was even lovely enough to give me her card with her contact details, so if I had any other issues I could contact her. Thank you to Leah and the rest of the team I interacted with at Tiffanys Birmingham. I will definitely be shopping here more often!

Be WARNED....Tiffany & Co only offer a 30 day guarantee. That's right... even if you have spent a substantial amount of money and perhaps only worn the piece of jewellery, once after 30 days they do not offer a warranty (except for engagement rings I believe) So....after owing my bracelet for just over 6 months, wearing it on a occasional basis and always taking good care if it, I was informed that the clasp was misaligned. Tiffany & Co customer service informed me that a £50 charge would be applicable to correct the clasp. I explained that for the cost of the bracelet I would not expect the issue/fault to have occured, especially as it was still basically brand new. I was simply informed "it is policy" by the polite staff member. VERY disappointing aftercare in regards to warranty. Such a shame because the jewellery is lovely.

Bought a bracelet here on 2/8/23 for £240. On 5/8/23 the charm fell off it. You would expect a better product from Tiffany. Emailed Tiffany customer service who replied after several days only to say sorry you're going to have to deal with Selfridges but they will be in touch. We are in Ireland so it turned out we would have to send the bracelet to London for repair. Dropping it into an Irish Tiffany branch wasn't an option. We'll never buy Tiffany again

We had a fantastic time today at Tiffany's in the Bullring, Birmingham. We were looked after by Tom (one of the nicest guys I've met). Great service with no pressure. We went in with a small budget to buy something special and were made to feel welcome, both our children and us were offered drinks after a long day shopping. We will definitely be returning for more items in the future. Tom really went the extra mile for us and we cannot thank him enough.

Had such a wonderful experience in Tiffany’s today. We went in to purchase a necklace for my daughter for Christmas & got served by Tom. He was so attentive, he didn’t rush us & made sure my daughter was happy with her choice. He was so friendly and warm, made the whole experience magical and even brought some Christmas magic back to my 14 year old. Felt like we’d had a lovely experience rather than just making a purchase. After an issue with the phone contact, which was not this stores fault, we can only say the service at Tiffany Birmingham was excellent. Nina spent as much time as we needed to make the right decision over 2 separate visits. She made suggestions of what ring went with what but was never pushy or tried to over influence us. Thank you Nina, my wife loves her new ring and your patience meant a lot to both of us.

My partner got my wedding band from here. They told us we’d get a complementary polish each year. I took it today and they only gave me a complementary clean, saying a polish is £100. Few nice designs but awful value for money. Smaller brands, especially independents will charge you half the price for a ring of the same quality, and include a free yearly polish. Don’t be fooled by their brand name.

Wow what service I brought my Daughter in for her 18th Birthday- what amazing care and thought was put into our shopping experience and inevitably sale- a fantastic lady with a brilliant demeanour and going the extra mile with my daughter made her feel so special please please see that Sarah is recognised for her outstanding customer service.

Lovely experience today at Tiffany & Co. Went to buy my daughter her first piece of Tiffany jewellery for her 16th birthday. The sales assistant Leah was so lovely, she put a little note in the bad for my daughter wishing her a happy birthday and sending her all the best for her up and coming party! What a lovely touch!! We had to wait 45 mins to be able to enter the store. However the service was definitely worth the wait. Lovely attention to detail and very helpful. They did not have our size of bracelet, we ordered one to our home, it arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. I would recommend this store.

POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1 EARRING WAS SENT OUT IN A BOX I CONSTANTLY CHASED TIFFANY TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT WOULD HAPPEN NEXT AND NOT ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE KNEW WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE SITUATION. I CONTACTED TRADING STANDARDS! £200 DOWN BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES.
