We were trying to find our wedding bands in Tiffany’s. It was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had at any Tiffany’s branch ever. We felt that the salesperson talked over us, did not listen to out concerns and desires and summed up the consultation with “you can buy it online”. If someone turn’s up in a shop, the last thing they want to be told it to just purchase it online. I must say, won’t be returning to this branch. Other branches have been more helpful and generally pleasant.

Stood there browsing and waited to be served for over 10 mins but the salespersons would only play with their phones. Thought she was selling jewelleries worth tens of thousands to some vip customers over WhatsApp. Only when the security guard stepped in the Asian saleswoman reluctantly came over in a very slow fashion and acted like it was her last day of work. Showed us a few rings we wanted to see with the most lukewarm attitude I’ve encountered in London. Will never visit again.

Stirling work customer service always on top form even this time of yr I think staff are very very special as humans we know they are dealing with maybe problems death illness I. I visited Tiffany & Co in Harrods. I was served by Fatima, she really took care of me and help me chose the right gift for myself. Very professional and loved the aftercare. I defiantly will and have already come back. Thanks Fatima for helping my grow my Tiffany Collection. I love it :)))))))

Christmas crowds are always a pain at Harrods but I can't fault the staff at Tiffany. We were in there to try on and buy something specific seen online and Pwint was lovely with great communication before hand. We left very happy.

I have had lovely communications and service from Fatemeh. I would definitely recommend a trip to the Tiffany boutique at Harrods to see their beautiful jewellery pieces and to receive wonderful care from Fatemeh.
