I'm a regular here and for this Tims, my experience has always been pleasant due to one staff member, Hafsa. She's no doubt the sweetest person there. She always understands what I want. Since I'm a vegetarian, she customizes the non-veg items to make them vegetarian. I'm grateful for that and appreciate what she does. She has great customer service skills. Always greets with a smile! (You can see her smile behind that mask of hers). I'd like to thank the other members of the staff as well for all the times they've served me. You guys are great too.

Normally they have decent service. I ordered 2 orange sprinkle donuts, Iced Capp and a bacon breakfast sandwich on a plain grilled bagel yesterday. I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't check my bag. I checked it was I arrived at my destination and my sandwich was not in the bag. Well, today I told the gentleman at the window and all he had to say was sorry. No, "I'm sorry. I will rectify that right away or I will not charge you for your sandwich now or I will get the manager to do something about it." I drove off and just decided not to order from there ever again and write a poor review. Update: My son ordered from here without my knowledge. He ordered a vanilla ice capp and a bagel. When it arrived there was no whipped cream on the ice capp. When I called the location all they had to say was, "what do you want us to do now?" I asked for a credit for the order since this was the second time we had an issue. They refused. I asked for a manager and they hung up.

I've been coming to this Tim Hortons in the morning at least four or five times a week before work and I just got to say that this is probably one of the best Tim Hortons in the GTA the managers or owners not sure which one are always there helping the staff I don't see a bunch of people just standing around being lazy my order it's always accurate and the service is always fast AND I don't get rude ignorant people like many of the other Tim Hortons serving me. The workers don't ignore customers at the storefront just because there is a long line up in the Drive-Thru. If you go to the Tim Hortons in Brampton when there's a lineup at the drive-thru all you see is a bunch of women ignoring the people at the storefront acting like they don't see them.

Usually I go thru drive-thru. Week day staff is very kind, professional and efficient. While weekend staff is very rude, slow . Today I order 3 espressos and small cappuccino, I was told to go and wait in the parking.After 14 minutes no person came to the parking lot with the order. I had go inside and asked if my order was done after 15 minutes of wait. Young female worker was very aggressive and angry , saying it was normal to wait for such orders . Issue is that I order on weekday the same order and wait is very short. I will not be coming over the weekend, staff is terrible compared to the weekday staff

Very busy location. Faster to hop in your vehicle and order at the drive-thru than standing inside. Their coffee is fresh, the donuts not so fresh, but the Chipotle Steak Wrap was excellent.

Be careful to double-check your food and receipt here - these guys sometimes forget to give all the food items ordered or overcharge by unthinkingly arranging the order so that the same items cost more (swap cheaper donut into a combo and charge for the more expensive hashbrown on its, for example). I don't think they do this intentionally, they're staff are poorly trained and just don't value customers very much. I've had problems like this several times at this location, and they mostly respond with an apologetic shrug of the shoulders. On a good day, they'll replace the missing food.

My store of choice , the only problem is for the past week maybe 2 , a motor home has been parked along the fence occupying 6 parking spots; obviously there living there. The problem is this is a very busy location as it has a Wendy’s as well. Early morning rush see the drive thru busy and parking spaces limited I’ve had to go elsewhere for my coffee.

Got my order completely wrong again. I kindly asked for a medium dark roast black with a breakfast sandwich on an english muffin. I received a medium double double and the sandwich on a biscuit with no napkins. Mistakes like this are common and reoccurring at this location. Last week I was alone with no one behind me in the drive thru and they also got my coffee wrong. There's 0 attention to detail. I will not be coming back to this location after giving chance after chance, for the last 7 years. Please replace your staff with robots, because they clearly don't want to work.

I WAS a regular here, every morning, ordering my usual Ice Capp, but I am so tired of the hit and miss. At least once a week, either the machine is broken, not functioning properly, not cold enough or they just ran out. I have often been given a very watery Ice Capp, when I ask them to remake it please, they told me it's the machine and to come back in an hour (it was 9am!). I go elsewhere now for my Ice Capp but I imagine the coffees and other foods are fine.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Came in at night an ordered an iced coffee and blt sandwich which the employee asked me “you know I have to cook the bacon” ... seriously?! Yes. You do have to cook the bacon. At this point I knew the employee at Tim’s didn’t know how to make a simple blt sandwich! Got my food and when I got home I opened up the sandwich to look inside and the bacon was raw!! Not to mention it looked like she just threw all the toppings on the sandwich without any care! Nearly puked!!!

Went through the drive thru, was told to wait on the side for my food along with another guest who had already been waiting for one wrap for 10 minutes and after 6 minutes of me waiting for my two bagel, one belt and one cream cheese they gave me the wrong bagels for the order. I’m already gone so it’s not like I can get it fixed, I can’t eat now. If you’re going to take forever at least know how to read and follow through on the orders you get.

I'm a regular here for lunches since the office is nearby. This review is for the loaded chili. Costs nearly double the price of a normal chili for the same portion of food. I've ordered it twice, once it came with bread, the other didn't. They both had different amounts of the grains and onion. The loaded chili tastes good but it doesn't feel worth it for the price. I don't recommend getting it.

It was wonderful experience for me over there. I visit with my family and first there is huge line up there as it was friday and its so busy but there is girl who clears everything very fast and she also helped us to decide the food. This place is the horror of customer service. Don't go read down, poor service, poor quality. I used to drive though every day, with the crew and we would bet how often they got the food wrong, and it's formula food. When we say the bad Tim Hortons we say this one, when i tried to get my food right the morning manager literally went to war with me. Calling me out day after day. Now we go to the goid Tim's up on Dundas.

I am very happy today. I feel humanity is still alive. Really appreciate the girl named Jashan. I don't have money today to pay for my order. It was more than $10 bill. But she said so happily don't worry sir," I can pay for you. May god bless her with more in her life. Never saw anybody doing like this. Great service. Really impressed.

I go to this Tim Hortons once in a while, I've noticed when I go there through the drive thru the customer service is really good, I went there this morning around 8am and just got a great vibe from the staff working, seeing that the young staff are eager to do their job properly, their giving positive energy to their customers and I definitely plan on coming back to this location! Thank you!

Tim Hortons Is my go-to place When I'm on the road. You can always know what to expect in terms of quality of the food. The pricing is good. And there's much for me to choose from. The coffee is excellent. I like that they very the menu every now and then and bring out some new options. The only problem I have is sometimes. It's too crowded. Other people like it as well!

Attempted to pop in off the highway for a donut and bio break. Restaurant is open, but no access to any bathrooms due to renos... was told I have to go to the gas station. Should be drive-thru only with signage if this is the case. And had to ask for napkins for my messy donut, which should have been automatic. Won't be making a special stop here again.

Placed a mobile order for a medium double-double and a blueberry muffin. Been here many times and it was medium busy for 2:45 pm on a Monday. Took 18 minutes for the coffee to arrive at the mobile pickup area. Took another 3 minutes for the blueberry muffin to arrive but only after showing the server my order on my phone. Completely messed up.

If I could give zero stars I honestly would. The food and service here at my local Tim Hortons has taken a serious dive in recent months. This morning was just the icing on the cake. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Do better Tim Hortons.

Two week ago, I ordered a breakfast wrap for my son. He found the top one third of it was empty. I left a comment writing Tim's survey. The store manager quickly called me to apologize and offer a wrap whenever I visit again. Mistakes do happen. I appreciate their attitude toward this and efforts to make it correct

I only had a coffee, but the seating area is nice though there's only one power plug which is hard for 5 people to share. Staff was great, we sat around and yakked and they never bothered us (it wasn't too busy). Everybody liked the food that they ordered. Not magnificent, but good.

Of all the Tim Hortons that I've been to this one is the best service was excellent staff friendly it's just at the top of the hill from where I live the staff even though the drive through is so pleasant

Another very poorly stocked Tim Hortons. I’m not sure why I even go to Tim Hortons anymore. Either their cold brews are not available or their ice caps don’t work or they don’t have a cappuccino machine working, it just seems like this franchise is falling apart everywhere.

It's a very busy location. There's another Tim Hortons down on Erin Mills that makes better donuts, but It doesn't have a drive through. The food is okay & overall their service is one of the fastest I've been to.

The fact that this Timmy's is rated 5 stars just go's to show you that you can't trust Google reviews. Long lines due to incompetent workers. The dining area is dirty and falling apart. Your better off going to the Tim's on Erin mills parkway.

Asked for an ice coffee with light ice and light cream, gives me a half full cup with hardly any coffee and lots of cream. The joke of a woman on the till wouldn’t even top it up with some coffee the weirdo.

I ordered tea, I opened the lid to check because I didn’t see a tea bag and of course they gave me the wrong order : coffee. They said I can’t open the lid to check , yet gave me the wrong order. Had to wait abs got lukewarm tea.
