This location has disappointed through and through!! I had a huge order today, the bagels that I had ordered with cream cheese had barely any cream cheese on them and they looked like they had been stepped on, completely squished flat like a pita bread. A month ago, I ordered 2 large iced caps that were filled 3/4 of the cup and the drive thru associate was rude as heck while trying to tell me that this is their standard, as if it was my first time buying an iced Capp. The time before that, the 2 women at the drive through window were SO beyond snarky giving me my order because I “should have had my Tim’s app pulled up BEFORE going through the drive thru”. This place needs to reconsider their staff or look at training them again, not only on how to prepare the food but also on basic customer service. See photos attached for the bagel and iced Capps.

I was at this location for my order of 2 trench vanilla and potato wedges. when asked about the dipping sauce, was insulted and sarcastically told this location doesn't keep it. When requested the employee for a more polite response, she clearly said 'you can go to another location'... which me my wife found extremely insulting. I went in to talk to the manager and was told the manager was off. before leaving I was told from the back do what you want when I said I would like to talk to the manager before leaving. my wife, who is a new mom felt extremely insulted with this kind of behaviour. this is the first time we have experienced this in any Tim Hortons. this person, whose name is press, clearly doesn't know any thing about customer service. we request times to please address this issue asap before this great brand lose more of its loyal customers. thank you.

This Location of Tim Hortons is usually busy during morning and lunch. The decoration is old but have good amount of seating area. The hygiene here is not the best usually I see staff touching or preparing food with bare hands and sometimes you can see flies around the kitchen. The drive thru is somewhat slow especially when there is line up. I even wait like around half hour at drive thru just to order a drink. The food and drink taste like regular Tim Hortons flavour nothing special but sometime they didn’t stir very well of the drink or make the wrong drinks. Overall not very good impression here.

If I could give a negative I would. Not one person in line inside the store and maybe 3 vehicles in drivethru. I ordered an iced coffee, paid with debit and waited, and waited, and the gentleman (goof) brought an iced coffee and looked at the screen and said "oops, I made you a bigger one by accident, I'll be right back". Took the iced coffee he made and dumped it out. And I waited some more, and I litteraly had to start swearing loudly, which is wrong of me, but only way I could get anyone's attention. So finally when I did get someone's attention it was another 5 minutes before I got my iced coffee. Never will I go to this Tim's, and I'll be sure to write my experience there in every review you'll find on the internet..

Very messy place 3 staff on drivethrough 1 car on drive through 6 people in line waiting 6 Minnie's to be talked to coffee spilled everywhere on the floors every table was messy floors looked like they weren't mopped in 5 days bathrooms a mess the place legit looks like management doesn't care will never go back this place is a fump and the middle eastern looking people super lazy the Philippineo people hard working g and cleaning kitchen the other ladies think they don't need to do anything but stand and pretend to be busy in drive through soup was also dumped out 5 mints to 5 when soup is suppose to be served until 5 jumping the gun on sales is a bad business move

Always a great visit to this Tim's....workers are vibrant an always on the go....main area is swept up every hour

We ordered some coffees and sandwiches. They gave us an extra coffee that we asked to be removed during the order and she denied that we ever asked to remove it although all 3 of us heard. When she confirmed the order, she didn’t have the coffee on it but then admitted we got charged for it. They wouldn’t give us our money back for the extra drink and said we should keep it while they were laughing. The drink just went straight to the garbage. Horrible service, will never come back here again.

Slow service, this place used to be efficient but i don’t know what’s up with the staffs attitudes sometimes. We have a building near this Tims so we rely heavily on this one but we’ve been repeatedly disappointed. I ordered a bagel w/cream cheese and it was burnt and the bagel had some to none cream cheese in it. Many people I know that order there also have their complaints. The staff is not welcoming at all, i’m not the one to judge but please-respect is a must especially as a working staff.

Terrible service. Was standing in front of the counter waiting to order and Front counter staff passed by me several times. she took the orders of the people at the other counter eventhough I was there first before them. she knew I was there waiting as she looked at me several times as she passed me by but didn't say anything. Good thing a guy customer asked the staff if she had taken my order as I was waiting at the other counter and he called my attention. Thank you Mr. Guy. Too bad I didn't get the staff's name, I would've mentioned her here!

I finally tried a loaded wrap. Had the chipotle steak loaded wrap. It was very tasty. Tim's always gives great portions. This one was no different. Definitely a loaded wrap. My friend decided to try their new Flatbread pizza. He had the chicken parmesan pizza. It looked really good. He said it tasted just as good. Quite large.

The staff was really rude and unprofessional. Didn’t speak properly through the drive thru speaker. The staff didn’t understand English. The staff assumed that I didn’t speak Punjabi and was gossiping right in front of me. They told me that my mobile order didn’t exist until after I pointed out that it was right there. Staff was gossiping amongst themselves while the customer waiting line was practically out the door. No hygiene. Would never recommend that anybody come here!

I can't count how many times they've gotten my order wrong. Today was the last straw because not only was the person rushing my order, they completely ignored my last item causing me to miss out on my 2$ discount through the app and they also screwed up my sandwich by ignoring I wanted it grilled not toasted. THEY DO NOT CARE about their customers, and simply rush their orders through. Worst Tim Hortons in the area, I will gladly go to a different one on the way to work.

Ordering inside is horrible. They focus 95% on Drive thru orders, and make customers wait standing in line forever!... not only that, but I ordered 2 items (Steak and Egg Breakfast Sandwich)... I was soooo hungry... and what did I get? I got roast beef instead of steak. I only knew it was roast beef after the 1st bite. I was driving so I didnt take a look first before eating. Anyways that all went into the garbage. Wont be going there ever again thats forsure!

Probably the rudest Tim hortons I’ve ever been to. I stop here almost every second morning because I work at the airport, every day the Manager has some snappy rude remark. Orders being wrong has become a common problem for my self and my co-workers. (Side note) If you want to have an actual good customer experience and your correct order, go to the Tim’s down McKnight a little ways that’s attached to the wendeys. They are the better option hands down

Rips off customers paying in U.S. Dollars. Never corrects the exchange rate when they charge you cash or card. I'm sure the franchise owner doesn't mind employees stealing for them. The chocolate donut tasted old and stale. Chocolate had a horrible taste. The old fashioned donuts holes were gross. Employees will try to pretend you're not standing in line if they're busy. Based on the behavior of the employees they are family members of the owner.

Was looking for something quick and close to the Best Western Plus I was staying at and this Tim Hortons location checked both those boxes (less than a 5 minute walk). The employees were pleasant and attentive, the indoor seating area was neat and clean, and the new flatbread pizza made a great lunch!

I had the worst experience on this location multiple times. As I work in the airport I normally stop by 3 times in a row they miss place my order with different things. Recently it was yesterday august 8/2021 I order French vanilla and they gave me coffee also I order bagel with cream cheese they gave me bagel with no cheese. It's very rare that I'll hand out a one-star. But Tim Hortons has really been failing me lately the quality of food is drastically decreasing and their customer service is also extremely unfriendly. I get that you guys have drive-thru times that you're trying to beat but when it compromises food quality it gets to the point where you have to ask the question is this efficacy the balance of quality and quantity.

Pls do not apply for job here they will hire u but after 2 days manager will say ur not meet with our requirement speed in 2 days who can be genius they don’t give proper training my wife she quit job for to work on Tim Horton after two days is happen to her I ask many other tim Horton supervisors they get surprise when I told them they should fire the supervisor because Tim Horton reputation is getting bad

Like this place for specious seating area and lots of parking spots. Sometimes you will find some new staff those are not knowledgeable and helpful. You will not find always the food you love to order. Though most of the types of drinks are available. I always stop there for my drinks/coffee. Their drive through not too busy always and they serve mostly fresh coffee...

Quality of food not as good as it once was. Most of the order was cold so you know it's not freshly made. Even the coffee was bad.

Absolutely horrible place disrespectful employees. Go for a coffee gave them 2.10 turned around and said it's $2.15. every other place charges$ 2.07. Asked them when this changed I get a rude response if you don't like it go somewhere else. All I did was ask. Avoid this location at all costs if you don't wanna be disrespected. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

My visit was 7:30 PM 2 January 2022. We ordered tea, decaf coffee, black and donuts. The decaf coffee came and was completely devoid of flavour. Something new for me, not weak, no flavour at all. I complained and was told that they no longer make decaf coffee, but it comes from this large machine. So if you want decaf coffee, Tim’s is not for you.

I always come using their drive-thru and every single time, they always miss an item. Today, I ordered a bagel with plain cream cheese but there was barely any cream cheese. Other Tim Horton places that I’ve ordered puts more cream cheese than the ones here.

I’m a truck driver and I stop here almost sailing for my early morning coffee This is the third time this is happened . I was treated with a massive mouthful of grounds in the last 1/4 inch of coffee After I spilled out the rest this is what was at the bottom . Come on guys . It was very busy when I was in but I didn’t have a long wait. The staff were quick and friendly. The sausage breakfast sandwich, hash brown and Ice Capp were good. They hit the spot for breakfast. I liked that they had Smile Cookie pins available to buy.

Horrible customer service. The order accuracy at this place is 1/10. I’m at a point where I check my coffee before I pull away from the window. Half the time they miss things on the order and then give you a look when you ask for the missed item. I’m a loyal Tim Hortons customer but starting to go out of my way to go elsewhere.

I am a truck driver, I and my fellow drivers always stop by at night to get coffee or tea. I want to thank the girl who work nights at this location. She always made me fresh tea and coffee. It's my request to the manager to appreciate her. Thank you Simran for your kind service.

used to be good but now they are very slow. 7-9 cars line up in the drive through so I decided to go in as I only need 1 coffee I was the only one inside and staff kinda just looked at me and continue what they were doing I waited for about 5 minutes or so before someone acknowledges me.

Worst cup of coffee ever. Tasted like water with cream. 14 mins in drive through for 5 cars..not up to usual Tim's. Bad.... Thought I'd give them another try today as it's on the way to work. Can this actually qualify as having had cream cheese put on it? Hands down worst Tims ever.

I went there for anything to eat but there was nothing there only coffee. I was really disappointed. The service was great the girl told me that it was slow so they started cleaning and when I even asked for bagel nothing. I hope they at least have some baked goods before cleaning.

Very bad service. We went in there to order ice cup and ice coffee in their drive thru and the girl cashier who took the order was very rude. We were having a good day but thanks to her our day ain’t good anymore. 2:15 pm May 19. Thanks for being rude! Will never come back.

I ordered a bagel BELT with bacon and no egg, it should be $5.24 but they charged me $6.29, just a plain bagel with some bacon and a slice of tomato but I had to pay that amount. Moreover, they never can custom “no egg” immediately, always ask again and again.

There are a flyes in the Donuts and tables , is necessary to work on eliminating them, it is antigenic and lack of care for food, the atention a customers is good.

I've been here quite a bit and every time I've been here my order has been correct. They are very fast and always everything I request. Staff is good here. This is probably my go to Tim's for the surrounding area.

“Can I please get a sausage biscuit with cheese and no egg?” proceeds to give me a disgusting egg biscuit with cheese and no sausage. Someone clearly needs more coffee. This is the second time this has happened.

I was there in their busy time but they were very quick. Love the lady at the counter and everyone were friendly. Just remember that you will not find anything healthy or low calories. Know what you are eating.

Update: still THE worst customer service in Calgary. Wouldn't recommend this specific location to anyone.

Time Hortons are great for coffee flavours and a wonderful services by their team. It is the greatest chain to provide economy class breakfast. I enjoy the TimHortons coffee very much.

It's a popular lunch spot, so they get very busy. Lines get long and so does the wait, but I especially appreciate that they are well stocked with goodies. Puts a smile to my face.
