Ok so the people who work here are nice and try their best for the most part. Service is always slow because there are always someone new thrown to the wolves instead of accompanied. High staff turnover. Who cares to stay long if its literally lowest pay you can get and the company thinks that's too much. They stay untill they find somthing else. Service is also slow because the noise in the drive through from the idling transports and planes taking off. Sound barrier wall? Seems simple. So staff has to repeat every single thing on your order word for word or they get somthing wrong. Lanes should have a system like at McDonald's where it tells you which lane is shorter. You can pull in for a DD and a boston creme only to have the 3 cars that came after you be served ahead of you. Do not pull into the drive through unless your willing to wager atleast 20 mins of your time. It may be less if you get lucky. I have seen arguments. Not just one. At least you have some entertainment while your waiting.

What a crappy place...so I walk in at 1015pm...it says here that they close at 11pm. But looks like they were closing at 10pm. I was looking at menu and the girl said not to even look at the food menu because they dont have any food. I told her they close at 11pm why wouldn't you have food when it's 1017pm. She came back and said we don't serve food after 10pm and walked away. I told her to sell.me 3 cookies and she came and placed it in a bag and threw on the counter. I was about to ask her what her problem was but its not worth my time. I see reviews on here that are negative and the owner never even respknds.or says anything. It's March 18, 2018 1037pm...and that employee must be the owner because she decides not to sell.food to go home.early. I would.like to hear from the Supervisor or Owner of this place. I guess you don't care that your employees are not making you any money...because you have alot of negative reviews and nothing to say.

This has been by far the worst Tim Hortans location I have been to in Canada. There have been multiple occasions when I've been served by their manager Devika. She is unnecessarily rude, aggressive, disrespectful and has absolutely no sense of customer service. Despite asking her to behave in a respectful manner she still continued to misbehave both while taking orders and on the window. She argues unnecessarily and just makes my drive thru experience horrible. She definitely needs to be trained on how she should speak with customers and be kind to them. There are others who are really rude as well which makes it seem as if that is the environment at this particular location, but being the manager Devika should have a sense of responsibility. This location does not stand up to Tim Hortans' values because customers are not treated with respect.

Literally every time I've been here they have messed up my order. One day its a double double, the nextvits a 2 milk 1/2 sugar.... I take one milk, the simplest order i can think of. Any time ive gone there after 5, its luke warm potato wedges or employees who dont seem to be able to talk. There was a day where they had no f%$king eggs at 8 am and so i was given a bacon and bacon wrap (some might enjoy that but not me).... I'm incredibly dissapointed with the service, the flow and the quality this particular tim hortons gives its customers. Avoid it if you can as you won't get what you order...

You would think that, after telling the employees, that the pastry rack would simply be removed from the glass showcase and the bugs vacuumed or otherwise cleared out. But, they just waived their hand in the showcase a couple times and carried on! I stayed at the hotel next door for a couple nights and was appalled by this Timmy’s! The second time I went there, still bugs so I just ordered a coffee. Where is the food inspector?

rude staff,,, poor customer service. I ordered small lemonade with salt and peeper blend it. They said we do not blend salt and peeper in it. How its possible? I visit 100s of different location. Every one do it and they are not When my order was ready they didnt even notify me. The girl placed my order on the counter when i noticed there is a lemonade with salt and peeper on side then i thought its for me. Timing around 11:20am. Check the cctv cameras how they place the orders on counter without even telling anything. This is not the way to deal with customer.

I encountered an extremely rude staff member whose name I am unsure of, but it possibly starts with the letter E. The incident took place when I ordered a steep tea, and right after receiving it, she began speaking to me disrespectfully. Her behavior was unacceptable, and it left a negative impact on my morning. It is concerning to witness such conduct, and one might suggest that she could benefit from professional assistance.

I place a MOBILE ORDER & when I go there after 10/15 mins , the lady at the drive-thru, asks me to park in the front & before I park.... another one comes out with my order. What the he'll ? No communication between co-workers !!!!! And , I also can't figure out , why there are no condiments like ketchup with my order. BK , Mcdonalds , KFC orders always has a few pkts of ketchup WITHOUT ASKING. I have never received a single pkt of ketchup in all these years from this place even though my average order is $8.50.

the girls working at this location really need a huge lesson on customer service and lot more training.i think they don't care about the customer service at all they are just working for the sake of hours , they really don't know how their poor service can ruin other persons entire day.i have ordered grilled cheese melt what I get lol was not even close to - I think they put cheese by hand, plus see the picture attached what I got served, cheese was not melt at all,it’s ridiculous service!! if there is a option i ill give you -10 stars.

I ordered a cheese croissant, toasted, no butter with Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese. I got, A Burnt croissant, Light Butter with NO Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese. Also I ordered for LARGE Green Tea with Milk, I got Large Green Tea with Cream. When it came to the point explaining to the cashier, she shouted as I was def and told her, whoever took the order or prepared the order that's not my fault as I'm paying YOU!!! Theres only two location in Brampton and Malton, I never have a Problem with.

Found a hair in my coffee & they gave me the wrong item. Ordering certain deserts means it ends up in a bag with the frosting being completely removed because it sticks to the bag. Drive through people constantly make you repeat your order like they are hard of hearing. Debit machine doesn't work half of the time. Also the size of their wraps seem to be getting smaller, but that might be all Tim Hortons. Only go there because it is close to work and easy to get lunch

I don't have alot of bad experience's at this place (I come here almost every day) but I will admit that they cheap out on the products here. Right now they have the Reese's brownie and donut for a limited time and the brownie barely has a 1/6th the peanut butter topping that the picture on the screen shows AND it's half the size of other places. I am disappointed with this place but it's the only one close that's not out of my way for work. This is sad.

They have only three employees in busy hours . only one employee serve on the counter it take almost 25- 30 minutes to get your order . 100 time i got wrong order and there are flies all on the food .Than if you complain it they talk very rude . if anyone is in rush i suggest not to come to this Tim Hortons . and always double check your order . garbage service .

This location is a complete GONG show. The staff do not listen to anything you say. This goes for drive thru and in store service. I truly believe that management of this location can NOT conduct a proper interview to sort out idiots. I have been to this location a few times as I work close to this location and have never had a positive outcome. Avoid this location at all costs. Save yourself the head ache. Worst Tims I've ever been to.

Bought 2 coffees from drive through, 1/2 cream 1 sugar. Cream was 1/2 but sugar probably more than double. It did say 1/2 CS on cup. Not drinkable at all. Had to throw away both the coffees. What a waste of money, paid for coffee but could not drink. I have noticed Tim Hortons quality has gone down and no consistency at all. My colleagues already switched to Macdonald's coffee. I still go to Tim Hortons but probably will switch as well.

My daughter had a medium chocolate chill. When it came the cup was only filled 1.5 inch under the rim I asked if this was a medium they filled it more. Got the food... my hash brown was missing went back after waiting 3 minutes got my hashbrown. Sat down open my biscuit only to find out it's sausage not bacon. Wait another 3 minutes. By the time I sat down with my girls they were done eating. Glad we did not go through drive thru.

I am very surprised to see the reviews of this location. I come here in the mornings because my work place is near by and they are among the busiest timmies in the city. But they still keep up and make sure the food is good. Egg wraps are perfect every time and my steaped tea is always accurate and fresh. Great location, staff is always in a hurry but they are just trying to keep up with the traffic, both in drive thru and walk in

There is nothing more frustrating than asking for a toasted bagel with butter and cheese and you get a barely toast bagel as in not even warm and butter only on one side. I know this is a busy location but running a bagel through a toast on super fast speed doesn't count as being toasted if it's still cold. And why does butter only get applied on one side of the bagel?? This is not a one off, it happens very regularly here.

Very slow service! Facilities are clean and they usually get the order right but they are always packed and always very slow. I work about 5 minutes away and just to grab a coffee midday if I use the drive through I'm looking at 10 minutes in line & if you're unfortunate enough to have to go inside you're looking at about double that. Give youself lots of time if you're stopping there during average business hours 8-4ish.

I’m a daily customer. I come in the evening everyday and I’ve never had any problems since two days I m seeing a new manager Devika, she is so rude, she acts so bad. Rest all the girls are fine, but this devika is so rude. She’s far from a manager, she shouldn’t even be an employee there. How can someone like her be a manager! She should work on her attitude and customer handling skills

This is BY FAR the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever visited. They have yet to get one of my orders correct, and within a reasonable time manner. Order is ALWAYS wrong, they overcharge and act surprised when you inform them, and they are consistently disorganized. One guy was swearing at them once I walked in, and I wondered what they did to upset him so? Now I know!

Waited 7 mins in front of line. Nobody at till. The worker stationed at sandwich area started speaking her native language to the person behind me. I was able to recognize enough to figure out he was placing his order before me. He ordered a chicken wrap. I left without waiting any longer. Just another reason to boycott Tim Hortons. This is totally unacceptable.

It's impossible to purchase one-time credit report online and you have to subscribe to their monthly plan to get your report which is really ridiculous they don't care about people …

Thanks for the oatmeal that was placed sideways in the bag today. It emptied everywhere. Usually you just don’t put the sugar in. Bagels are always burned. Staff at drive thru are rude and the one usually working at the front is slow as can be. This owner needs to fix the place up, I’m taking my business to the Starbucks down the street.

Absolutely awful. Made wrong sandwich, when I came back to get the right one some old lady had the gall to call me stupid and tell me that a ham with lettuce sandwich was actually steak and cheese panini (it was the wrong bread too, and not grilled). Showing the reciept to prove it was wrong did nothing. Not setting foot there again.

Manager is so rude, you might not like to go to that location again, I presented coupon and she literally said we don’t take it, with excuse sometime we take and sometimes don’t. Smaller location. One order of 50 Timbits cleaned them out. Service is slow.. but it seemed they were ALL new and learning. Soup was good but not really hot. Bun was fresh (freshly thawed?) Order was at least correct which is more than you can say for most other locations. Busy parking lot. Busy street.

Had small flies/insects all over the pastries, when I reported to the person at the cash desk, he said, sir, it’s usual n can’t b controlled. Worst service at this location. The drive thru doesn't know how to make a tea, hands over milk only with no tea bags, they say as per Tim hortons they don't add any sauce to the sandwich, you can only get on the side. Pathetic service
