I agree with most of the bad reviews on this Tim Hortons location. It took them 18 minutes to deliver an egg & cheese biscuit with 2 hash browns. That’s 18 minutes from the time the order was placed, as I had the receipt that was time stamped. If you are in a rush DO NOT come here for more than a coffee or tea. Not sure who the operations manager is, but you have what seems like 15+ employees working behind the counter, yet your efficiency and order delivery times are not justified…..18 minutes a customer has to stand around AFTER they placed their order for a sandwich and 2 hash browns!! That’s absurd. This locations always seems to be chaotic. There are WAAAAY to many people working who are in no rush to deliver half decent customer service. But there are 1-2 employees that seemed on it and there to actually work and deliver. Cheers to you guys for pulling the weight.

Food is usually good. I come around 4am when I'm done work and that's when everything is just made fresh. Timbits still warm.. the one brown girl who works nights is super rude though. She will literally watch you come in and walk to the back. You're left standing there for awhile until someone else comes to the front and notices you. She does this regularly. Very frustrating. The other option is her looking at you and then she proceeds to keep cleaning the coffee machine or wiping the counter for 5 mins. Dunno what's wrong with her, don't know why she works in this field if she doesn't want to serve customers. Smiling wouldn't kill her either....maybe. but ya good food, good coffee, bad service from her.

The management at this location is either not paying attention, or simply does not care. They have removed every single garbage from the drive thru (over a year ago) When I asked the lady behind the counter she mentioned that They hid it in the back of the building. Not convenient if you're using the drive thru especially if you have any mobility issues. If you try to use the garbage at the BACK OF THE BUILDING the garbage is either blocked by some truck, its just simply not there. People have begun to throw their cups onto the grass and other areas, causing a huge litter issue especially on windy days. We have enough problems in our city. This vendor should be more responsible. If you're putting out disposable cups, you need to have a garbage to receive those used items.

Not my favourite location but it’s the closest to my house! Staff can be very rude and I understand that they may have been upset from previous grumpy customer but there’s no need to be rude to every customer following behind! If I tell you my bill should not be $20 for a coffee and you tell me I ordered ice Capp and sandwiches and I explain that I only ordered an extra large coffee please do not ask me if I stoped at the box and ordered! Obviously if I drove all the way around the drive thru I guarantee you I stopped and ordered the freaking coffee

Love the location . I normally get my coffee and treats from this location when in the area. Today the customer service sucked. Waited in line to be served for at least 15 mins. Then another 15 mins to get my food. When I go there the staff don't seem to know what they are doing they are just standing around. On top of that my coffee had no taste. They need a refresher training or something upon getting hired. And get rid of this set of staff and get people that know what their doing so there is better customer service.

The most time-consuming Tims ever. Online order is never ready even when its paid for so you are constantly wasting 15 to 20 mins standing around and getting late everywhere. That's if you are lucky and you get your order right. After giving several chances, today is the last time I will ever visit this location. From now on, I will not be using this tims location. They charge for everything and never deliver. Once again, I get half of the wrong order and now in out of money and food I can't eat. Im very, very disappointed. I highly recommend to everyone, please avoid this location

I came this morning , rushing to get to an appointment. The drive through messed up my order, I realized a few minute to my drive to work , that the order was wrong. I had to go back but instead of a full refund ( that most other places do) I was told I'd get two muffins. I don't blame the staff as it was a genuine mistake and they apologized but the management should have refunded me.something to look into and think about!

Like all Tim, a nice place to have snacks.. I am found of the "French Vanilla" here. Unlike other Tim's here the sweet is well balanced. I usually visited here in the evenings and the staffs at that time is very good compared to that at morning, not saying rude or impolite but more friendly. Very good place to have a quick bite. Space is little congested is the only drawback, rest all are fine

According to many reliable resources, this location holds its name for being "the slowest and inefficient". This picture was captured at a Sunday night around 10:01 p.m. , by looking at the line up. You wouldn't doubt the above comment. One of the staff working at the gas station next to it explains this is not unusual scene, but rather a daily routine. Also, he mentioned from his own experience, the service was poor too. I hope the owner of this Tim Horton's location could see this message and have done some improvement.

Recently changed hands and a lot of the staff quit. Used to be my regular Timmies but not any more! Slow service, run out of sausage, some bagels and wrap sleeves, and stopped Senior discount! Really disappointing Not improved sadly, drive thru line ups onto Central Parkway and inside complicated by people trying to use the kiosks and having problems. Management needs to do some prime time observation. No longer my prime time location, prefer to drive elsewhere…sorry!

Tim's just sucks now what happened my opinion is the employees don't care anymore. I should mention I'm concerned about the Tim's at square one I was yelled at by an employee who claimed to be a manager no name tag then a second employee also claimed to be the manager no name tag. Have repeatedly called the head office asking to speak to the area manager never did they return my call. So maybe that's the problem. Even though the office told me they had passed my concerns on.

Had a large steep tea and a chicken sandwich. Sorry forgot to take picture before eating. Wanted to try new $1.99 chicken sandwich. For that price you shouldn’t expect the fresh chicken. The chicken itself was over cooked and hard around the edges. Was sloppy in appearance. You get what you pay for. It is better than McDonald’s junior chicken by far. I have no idea if this is a limited time offer or not but if the price rises I am not sure if is worth it. For a snack it is okay but don’t expect too much

Slowest service ever in the dine in. Busy drive through and and not soo busy inside. Went inside. 1 cashier (12:45 pm). Waited 10 min to get my turn and another 10 min to get my food. I got my soup and coffee before the poor old lady who lloked to be waiting 20 min to get her bagel and butter. Never seen such slow operations inside while a team of 7 or so were busy with the drive through

The drive thru line up is ridiculously long during mornings. A few times I have decided to just park and walk inside. There’s a very strong smell of coffee, food etc. etc. making it impossible to stay inside. The ventilation system is not strong enough so the next best thing to do is keep the door open, or a window. But too bad they don’t have any windows they can open. The smell definitely affects the customer experience

Lots of cars in drive thru so that'd why maybe orders were so delayed inside for walk in customers. Had to wait soo long just for a latte. And it turned out it was half done and got left at the machine. When I followed up that's when they found it. Nonetheless, they offered to change it if I wanted to. It was still hot tho so I just took it and left since I was late already for my appointment. I would go back sure. But maybe not in the morning.

Pretty good! Foods good but I mainly just go to this location for a french vanilla or coffee on the go. Not a whole lot of parking and feels a bit congested with Wendy's and a gas station in the same area. Overall the atmosphere and service inside Timmy's is good.

I am a frequent tim Horton's customer. There's a lady called JAMILA that impresses me a lot. She always work the overnight shift. She's such a hard worker, very focused and very amicable. When she cleans the floor the surface is so clean that i feel i can even skate on it. She also clean the tables so neat. Also at the counter when i order she will get my coffee in no time. Such a role model for others.

Feb 5, 2023 @ 1145am. We were doing a large car order. Was taken and repeated perfectly. Extremely polite. Only forgot the 2 plain timbits, but the London fog was done perfectly!! We saw the staff and the manager knew her job and it was being run amazingly efficiently ! KOODOS TO HIM/HER AND THE TEAM!! Was very nice to see such amazing teamwork!

Whoever’s managing this store pls train your employees… everyone was super slow and just too lax. Sraff were yawning, going in circles and just dont care even with a huge pile of lineup outside and inside. My online order took over 15mins to get ready on a busy Sunday..

It was unpleasant as the staff said shop closed no coffee served and didn’t allow my children to use the restroom as it 11pm and said it is closed and shouted at us not to use… it is every human right to use the restroom as a customer I felt very bad and discriminated…

Coffee was not hot enough. Looks like brewed more than 20 minutes ago. The jalapeno pastry was good but little expensive though.

Updated after visiting this place for two months before the last review : THIS HAS THE SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH of all. Its fully open 24 hours. Not like its only drive thru but actually fully open makes it great. Service and food is same like all others.

Went there to get a turkey bacon club 4 days ago. tomato was fresh and ripe. turkey was folded properly and almost 6 pieces of good bacon sound delicious right.
