Absolutely disgraceful. After ordering booster juice I thought a nice chocolate chip cookie would be a great snack. I walked over to the Tim’s counter & asked if they had any chocolate chip cookies. I was met with confusion by the middle aged Asian lady working the cash. She asked if I had my mask which I replied “yes I do. However I am drinking my booster juice.” She then took a few steps away from the register & put her arm out to block some imaginary danger. Mind you I was about 4 feet away from the counter & she had her mask on as well as a plexi glass screen separating her from customers. She then said she would not serve me & continued being unreasonable. I did not make a fuss of it. I had my mask on my chin (again, I was drinking my booster juice.) & just decided to leave. All I wanted was a chocolate chip cookie & she made me feel like I was doing something wrong. In my opinion, if you are that scared or worried about covid then maybe don’t work at a tim hortons at a super busy mall like square one. The funniest bit is that I have a medical exemption for mask wearing but I always wear one anyways to avoid any issues. But this interaction was a bit over the top & a bit rude.

Employees are soo rude, I was waiting for my bagel and the employee at the sandwich side was cleaning up the griller and saw me waiting for a while. I said excuse me 2 times and he ignored me but then without saying yes or anything he just looked up at me and I asked him how long the bagel will take and he just let go of his cleaning equipment in anger, made a face and rolled his eyes and and turned around calling another employee to make it. I understand you can be tired but there’s no reason for you to be showing such attitude to you’re customers like that. They should be more attentive and look at the screen to see if there’s any order without having the customers wait and ask how long it will take because I paid for it. The new employees are soo sweet but the others are always showing attitude and being rude. Just cause of this unprofessional and disrespectful customer service I avoid coming here but sometimes I have no choice because the place is near. Also I am not surprised that many other people have the same problem with the service. Sadly there is no other Tim Hortons in the mall to go to instead of this one.

Can you take a look on your crew in Square One near Walmart because I noticed something odd with them. Before, it used to be of diverse culture. I noticed in 2 weeks or so, all the Asian crew were replaced by Indians. Now, I believe there’s only 2 Asians left and everyone’s Indians. I was observing for the past few days and it seems your Indian crew are scheming against the Asians. Really weird that Indian will take your order and instead of asking the Asian who is beside her to make the order, she calls another Indian to make it then the Asian moved to another counter to help but same thing. They were ignoring their Asian team mates. Either they ignore them or exhaust them. That’s what I saw. I’ve been watching them. Really odd.

I go to this place regularly and always witness how service is poor there: 1) They often pack glazed donuts in paper bags instead of boxes which makes all glaze stick to the bag itself. 2) They don't provide any receipts and sleeves for coffee. 3) Recently, one of your workers accidentaly spill a coffee on my girlfriend and she didn't even provide any napkin or refund. 4) Putting the wrong item is also common here, even if you tell workers multiple times to make sure they will put a correct one. Overall, food is not bad here but poor service makes this place not that good as it could be. I highly suggest you to train your personnel and increase their professionalism.

There is this girl name Maria who is always so disrespectful and confused for no reason. We are regular customers always grab coffee literally everyday. I don’t really understand what is the math and science in understanding the instructions. She needs to learn manners and politeness.she is too dumb to understand the simple words like rewards . I literally said I don’t wanna redeem these points today and would prefer to pay for this coffee and then a kind gentleman offered a gift card literally for everyone in line and asked me not to pay but still she wanted to charge us. Very disappointed with the way she treated us and that also for the second time.

If you want to ruin your day. This is where you can do it. Tim Hortons next to Walmart. Firstly, the lady with the short hair takes the wrong order and gets mad at me instead. When I said I don't need the coffee. She tells me to throw it. When I try to get back the tea she asked, if I threw the coffee? Very humiliating. Its like getting reassurance I am not getting anything for free. Why didn't she take it back when I told her I don't need it? I take back the coffee to her and she rudely ask me, what do you want? I told her its full of coffee how can I throw it in a bin. She grabs its and says I will throw it. Everyone is working hard in their own ways. Not just them. Thanks for ruining the day.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons I've been too. There's always huge lines at this location. So the employees always slack off on making the food and drinks to the best. When I order Bagged tea from here, they never stir the tea. So there's always sugar at the bottom of the cup and it's never sweet enough. I ordered my typical BLT on a croissant recently. They did not toast my croissant, they just heated it in the microwave. This made the sandwich really hot and soggy. Additionally, the portion of meat and lettuce was really little. There was literally one piece of lettuce and one, maybe two pieces of bacon. Totally disappointed. I felt like I was scammed. Overpriced for the portion.

On weekdays, these 2 Filipino ladies hardly pay attention to mobile orders. I quickly go there before work or during my 15min break and waste 5min standing there staring at my already prepared steeped tea that they made and set aside. Either they look at me and do nothing, or they just set it down and walk away, not checking that I'm there to pick it up. A lot of times, I don't even get a cup sleeve and the cup is scorching, or they hand it to me. A couple other ladies, and the guys that work on the weekends, are the best there, as they usually pay attention and are very nice or helpful, whether already putting a cup sleeve on or putting it on for me after I ask for one.

I generally have a poor experience at Tim Hortons, but being served by Anamika really changed my day. It was starting to rain outside, so I made the decision to head inside the mall. When I was placing my order, Anamika noticed that I was upset and respectfully asked about my well-being. I was having a terrible day. It was a small action that made a big difference. She also recommended me a great drink and I couldn't be more thankful. Definitely the best service I have ever encountered at Tim Hortons.

This Tim Hortons is tremendous. I ordered a chocolate dip donut and the cashier rolled his eyes at me. Then it took about 10 minutes just to get my donut. When I opened the bag the donut had a bite taken out of it so I went back and noticed the same guy had chocolate icing on the corners of his mouth. He said the donut was supposed come like that but when I accused him of taking a bite he yelled in my face and then dropped to the ground and started kicking and screaming saying he never took a bite of my donut. Please fix this staffing issue.

There is a white guy with spectacles his name starts with L and he is one of the worst employee ever hired by tim hortons. (Tim Hortons square one, near sport chek.) If I could give 0 stars I would. Some lady who works there kept giving me a dirty look, so obviously I confronted her about it and said why are u eyeing me, and she starts talking back to me with attitude saying “I wasn’t even doing anything” why on earth would I make up a lie about it, waste my time complaining about something if it wasn’t true. You’re obviously lying and not admitting you’re wrong. Also coffee was trash.

Very very poor customer service inside the sq1 mall lower level beside rogers. Even the lady manager wearing white t-shirt have no manners to resolved this issues. She said you can go to others places to buy. How can she tell customer don't buy herewith? What a rude manager she is? It was August 4 yesterday morning at 8.23am. I think if the head office can watch the camera recording how she replied or talked to customers. How she became a manager? I will never spend a dime to this location.

I was walk around the mall feeling so empty and needing to be filled soooo badly. Low and behold my dreams came true as I came to this wonderful oasis of a restaurant. I was in need of meat. Fortunately 2 handsome studs, chads, absolute units, gentlemen, by the names of Keith and Miguel came fast to my service. Filling each and every one of my needs, I left fully satisfied knowing I was filled up with nice meat. 10/10 I wouldn’t think twice about coming again, highly recommend.

Decided to try the new habanero bowl. Firstly it took over 15 minutes to make. All the other new orders were being served and u had to wait so long just to get one item. It was just horrendous. Whoever made it absolutely drowned it in sauce, like it was sopping with sauce. I couldn’t even take a bite out of it because it was so wet. Ended up throwing it out and going to chipotle. Safe to say I won’t be buying again.

I ordered small stepped tea TT and small chai tea latte and 4 cheese bagel with X butter. But after taking order they said tea latte will take 5-10 min so I told them to make stepped tea R/M. They offered me to take refund or they can give me any donuts. I told it's ok. But they insist me. Ali took my order. Very sweet and nice employee as per me. Keep it up guys.

Super busy store that does a good job of keeping up with the traffic. They handle mobile orders fairly quickly so you can skip the line, too. Tim’s is usually very inconsistent, but this location hasn’t done me wrong yet.

I went there for just water bottle but there is girl who just very rude may be he is Chinese. But the guy was good. I was standing in the line but by mistake she thought m not in the line she told me to come from far side which was very offensive for me really hurt such a bad behaviour but there is lady customer she said its okay you go first But this behaviour of customer representative is very rude.

This is a review of Tim Hortons near Walmart Sqaure One, Mississauga. The person who took the order seemed to be a racist. He gave us our order without straws and upon asking for straws, he decided to completely ignored our request. After asking with him multiple times, we had to reach out a different person to help us with the straws. Wonder if Tim Hortons got any anti-racism policies.

This Tim Hortons has staff with great attitude but the service and speed could improve a bit more. Located next to the Wal-Mart, this Tim Hortons has a decent organized waiting area to get in line but feels a bit slow no matter which server takes your order. If you can wait to get to Exit 7's Tim Hortons, it's my preferred choice but if you can't I guess this one will do.

Slowest Tim hortons I have ever visit. They were so slow. They need 3 persons to take a single order, there were a bunch of elderly people standing in line for so long just to order but they were working like all of em were “high”. The lady ANNA was so rude and may be she was having hearing aid because she keeps asking me to speak louder and louder. Worst experience!

This place is inside the mall . There’s always a line up but it’s fast moving . Timmies is widely recognized in Canada and we all at one point of time were/are fans of their French vanilla . Donuts are another one good reason to visit this place .

Jireh is rude and disrespectful to customers. I simply asked for a single cream and he refused, being very rude. He doesn't know how to talk to customers and has a poor attitude. Please do not go here if you want the best coffee and the worst treatment. If the owner does not want the business to close down shortly, he should talk to his employees.

If i could give this 6 stars I would. Every time I come here im always greeted by handsome young gentlemen who receive my order and handle it with great care and raw speed. My latte is always hot and pulsating with steamy fresh cream and wrapped around with a heat shield. The quality of their service just makes me wanna c-come again!

This often busy tim hortons does not have any seats. Therefore, customers have to use the public seats located near Shoppers Drug Mart or Chatime. The food is not really fresh either. I would be reluctant to come again if not for the convenient location of this place.

I come here for coffee and breakfast quite often before work, and today I realized that they use the same tongs for their meat that they use for their eggs! As a vegetarian this is really disappointing, not to mention if someone has allergies.

Pretty decent Tim Hortons. They have all the stuff you normally expect and it seems to be a fairly clean place. The lines are usually not that busy but it can get busy when the mall is crowded, which happens around holiday and special events

Marcus and Keith were very warm and welcoming. They made my order come fast despite the long and hard line. They even gave me extra cream without me asking. (they work at the tims by sportchek) THOSE 2 ARE THE BEST EMPLOYEES :)

Very rude staff, she gave me my coffee in a used coffee you could see coffee drops dried on the cup and on the lid as well. Called the head office but useless.

Slow as heck! They have 7 staff on shift and it took 10 minutes to serve 2 people, when the airport location can serve 30 in the same time with only 3 staff.

Lower level Tim's by SportChek entrance. 4 failed attempts to make a decaf orange pekoe tea with 2 milk 2 sugar. Pathetic.
