Allstate is a good company first of all I have no problem with them. however my life has been hectic so I started working with a financial company that helps me handle all of needs and after doing some pricing I actually decided to switch insurance carriers. The new agent helped me out by faxing my cancellation to Mr. Smith twice. This should have been open and shut but Mr. Smith decided instead of honoring the cancellation he wanted to have one more talk with me so he kept my policy in force trying to force the conversation. Like any good salesman he wanted to try and talk me out of changing but unfortunately my mind was already made up and between selling my house working 40 hours and having a new borne I did not have time to hear his sales pitch. He received notice April 24 and to date June 25th is still holding my policy hostage and auto drafting my account. I don't know Todd Smith but i know he cares more about his share of my policy than he does about ethical behavior or customer service. If he thinks he can beat the policy I currently have than he should have tried calling to save us some money during the years he has had our business instead of trying now. If he had a better price or better product he should have gotten to know us enough to know our needs and place us in the right product well before now.

I've been a customer and friend, yes friend, of this insurance agency since 1992 when Todd's dad was my agent. The first time I have had to use Todd's expertise came one month ago when my husband had an accident in his truck. From the first phone call to the last phone call I made to Todd last night, he was with me the entire process. Todd got the ball rolling with out auto claim within five minutes of me calling him and not one time did I have to call/checkup/or complain about anything that was happening with my claim. I am happy to say that the Allstate policy I have is worth every single penny and Todd is my single most favorite person in the world. His and his fellow agents know me by name and I would not change my coverage to anyone else. Ever. Natalie S.

Zach is a great agent to work with. He truly cares about his customers, and it shows in every interaction. He is nothing but professional, and will do anything it takes to make sure that his customers understand their policies, billing, and will not rest until he has answered any and every question that they may have. He is very proactive in making sure he reaches out to his clients well in advance of renewal to ensure that their needs are still being met, or if they have changed, what he can do to accommodate their new situation. I have been working with Zach for just about a year now, and have made multiple policy changes during that year, and he has never been anything but helpful. I would highly recommend working with him for any of your insurance needs!

Todd is the epitome of a great insurance partner. He responds to my requests within reasonable times; he is very knowledgeable in the insurance industry often explaining complicated matters in terms that I can easily understand; and has saved me a significant amount on my insurance premiums! The Allstate name speaks for itself as to a top, reputable front runner. All of this makes the value proposition for Todd’s services first class!

HORRIBLE customer service! I was with that insurance agency for YEARS before the previous agent sold out to this dude. Less than a year I was switching to a different company that was somewhat higher but the level of expertise and CUSTOMER SERVICE from State Farm are exceeds his poor communication and customer service skills. Trust me, find an agent who actually cares- their out there and this guy is not it.

My family has been with Todd Smith for over 10 years. We carry auto, home and life insurance through his office. There has not been a time in all those years that I was unable to get in touch with someone or was every treated in any other way that with the most utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity.

Both Todd and his staff have always been responsive to my family's questions and never fail to be pleasant and patient on the phone, no matter how busy they are. Our auto rates and home rates are great, so I know they advocate well for their customers.

Unprofessional. Does not return phone calls in timely manner. Does not send out assessors in a timely manner. There are many other agents and companies that offer great coverage and customer service unfortunately, this is not one of them.
