August 31, 2023 I recently was in the process of purchasing a vehicle for my son and was in need of a Manitoba Certificate of Inspection (vehicle safety) for same. I contacted Tony's Academy Auto Service on Chevrier and spoke with the owner Anthony. They were booked solid but Anthony told me to bring the vehicle in the following day and he would fit me in (shuttle service was offered to me if I required it). True to his word, Anthony was able to accommodate me. The vehicle was safetied, with all repairs done and ready for pickup by the end of the day. These days it's hard to find a reputable business with knowledgeable, well trained staff and great customer service. I am not one who is easily impressed BUT THIS PLACE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I have only GOOD things to say. Anthony, his father Tony and Tia are all exceptional people and take pride in their work and customer satisfaction. If you want honest, fair work and a job well done then this is the place to come for your vehicle repairs. I, HIGHLY recommend it..... Thanks again, TD :)

My jeep was heavily leaking fluid and making some not so good noises while driving. I was worried I would eventually stall somewhere. I heard about Tony's from a co-worker and immediately phoned him. It was a busy business day for him, but he made time for me to come by so he could check out the issue. He found that the problem was my steering hose/fluid. The hose was completely torn. He and the team fixed it in no time! And he even showed me the hose afterwards and explained a few things, which really put my mind at ease. Tia was so wonderful. She drove me to work while I waited to hear back about my jeep. And she drove me back to the shop when my jeep was ready. She was very friendly. The whole team at Tony's is fantastic. They're experienced, knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to deal with. I recommend anyone with a vehicle to check out their services.

Tony, son Anthony and wife Mary run this business together, and very harmoniously. It's a pleasure to be there, and as a woman, let me tell you not all auto shops are like that. They have made time to see my car twice when I had urgent concerns, and took time to explore the issue. They showed me what they were doing, and explained thoroughly. They went the extra mile, checking my fluids and tires. Also unusual: they didn't try to sell me extra services! Last year, Tony offered me a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle with just one day's notice. The deal didn't go through due to well, a not so honest dealership. When I called Tony to cancel, he was just as courteous as when I first called. These are genuine people, building community through their business.

My truck A/C bit the dust yesterday with two senior dogs on board. Extreme heat and 42C with the humidity. I rushed the two dogs home, and this AMAZING garage told me to “bring the truck straight in,” despite them being terribly busy. They GET IT- no truck means that I can’t work or farm or move dogs- I’m basically parked until it’s fixed. They gave me a loaner Mazda (with A/C ) and I was able to go check on my bees at the farm after the huge storm yesterday evening. (The bees were okay, -what a massive relief.) Tony’s Academy Auto fixed my truck in less than 24 hrs. As a business-owner myself, I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism, courtesy, and excellent shop service from this family-run garage. Thank-you!

Excellent and honest service. I called to get my vehicle serviced for a Radiator leak, they did a pressure test on it and diagnosed the problem right away. Turns out it was a cracked hose - easy fix and when I took my car into Accuracy automotive on St. Anne's they told me my Radiator is cracked, along with my condenser and needs to be replaced. Tony and Anthony are one of a kind and the most honest mechanics I have ever met. They take the time to explain and educate you on the problem without hestitation. Also when I called to get booked in they told me to bring it in first thing in the morning next day. I highly reccomend you service your car here and I will be taking my vehicle back there for more maintenance in the future.

Great service, would recommend 5/5. They were able to take my car in on short notice with me leaving it there overnight and offered courtesy rides to pick me up from home to work if needed. My brake fluid was leaking and they found the cause to be a rear caliper. Upon fixing that issue, Anthony and team found the master cylinder would benefit from being replaced. After accepting the quote to fix to proceed with the work, the part supplier ended up sending the wrong part and the actual part was much more expensive. Anthony worked towards keeping the price the same as quoted and held the part supplier accountable for their mistake. I was really pleased with the service and would definitely come back.

I wanted to say thank you to Carlos and Cindi for assisting me, the fix was prompt. They did a lot of issues with my 11 year old vehicle. They fixed the bushing, tie rod, ball joints and sway bar links all the works. They were able to fix it in no time. If I go to a dealer it will take weeks for sure. They were able to fix it in 2 days. Awesome! The price is a little hefty but I guess with all the stuff needs to be replaced , I think it's acceptable. I might save a few hundred dollars if I went to a different auto repair but I'm sure I'll not experience the same great customer service. They also cleaned the car, which is great! Tony’s came recommended to me and they didn’t disappoint . They performed a safety , oil change , tire sensor light repair and replaced my rack and pinion , they were absolutely wonderful , truly professional and helpful, they showed me the parts that were damaged and explained why they needed to do the repairs , and they were able to complete it all so quickly , i definitely will be back for all my vehicle needs , and i also highly recommend them for service , nice to go to a mechanic where you trust their judgement and don’t feel ripped off, Thanks Tony’s !!

Tony’s Academy Auto Service has everything I could want in an auto service, wonderful friendly customer service, honest, and they were very fast and efficient which I also value and appreciate! My cars brake pads needed to be replaced as there was no brake pad left … Anthony got me in quickly and explained everything and even showed me my old brake pads when he was done. It was a wonderful experience I will be back and I highly recommend it to all my friends and family . Keep up the great work !

Phenomenal experience at Tony's Academy Auto Service. I blew out a tire and rim. I was very concerned about the damage caused to other components because of it. Tony's treated me like family, got my vehicle completely inspected, walked me STEP by STEP through their findings and the plans to repair it, took me on a road test, and did the repairs necessary at a great price in amazing time! I am truly thankful for the team at Tony's, and they gained a customer for life!

Excellent customer service. Both Tonys took the time to listen and responded to my needs. They provided clear and helpful information including suggestions about what was urgent and what could wait and - best of all - no up-selling. And my vehicle runs great. After Mercedes Benz bent us over thier expensive marble counters to even look at our vehicle and wanted to charge us 1300 for brakes, we started calling other auto mechanics. 7 places told us they were booking appointments into December until Tony answered. Maybe we got lucky, but my feeling is Tony pulled some strings to fit us in. He and his team were very reasonable, accommodating and kind. Thanks for everything Tony!

Tony's Academy Auto is a very honest and experienced shop. Yes they can fix it, and typically the same day! They take care to do repairs properly and professionally! They also do their work more efficiently than other shops, so you pay less and get more work done! I first visited them because they were close by, now I visit them because they are THE BEST!

Carlos and his team are amazing! I dropped my car off on Wednesday without an appointment and by Thursday it had been fixed even though they were short staffed and had estimated early the next week! He also takes the time to explain everything before they do the work and then again as he goes over the bill. Super pleased with their great customer service!

I had heard Tony’s on Chevrier did great work, and they did not disappoint. I had a loose heat shield that was rattling and they fixed it quickly and for a great price. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They will now be my go-to shop from now on. 5 stars is not enough. Very impressed and would highly recommend!

Tony is always there to help, during emergency or not he tries his best to satisfy customers regardless. Had oil & filter change and general inspection of car fluids, brakes, tires etc. Service was done in good time. Gave me a drive home after dropping the vehicle off and picked me up when it was ready. Very efficient and friendly staff. Will definitely be using their service in the future.

Best experience I've ever had. I Called in the morning explaining i needed my tires charged, due to tire damage, and they got me in immediately. The staff, was amazing, and extreamly efficient. The prices can't be beat. Plus they washed my vehicle. Best service ever. 10/10

Fast great service! They went the extra mile to accommodate my emergency tire repair, and they did a proper patch plug repair. That means they went inside the tire to inspect and repair. Top notch friendly service.

Brought in for tire repair where tire needed to be removed from rim tire was not balanced and three days later went flat also charged me 40 for repair I don't recommend this shop they cut corners and are expwnsive
