I have been to these guys twice now in the past few months. The first time was because they had a sale on oil changes. Walked in, no appointment, the guys at the counterwas friendly. Told me that they usually book for oil changes and for tire repairs. He checked the schedule and worked something out. Said it would be a out an hour. (This was shorter wait then at Canadian tire). So i sat and waited. They have free coffee, cellphone charging station and todays papers. The front of the house staff were all joking around with eachother. They looked happy. Looked like it is a great place to work. The same counter guy servered a few guys for new tiers. All the interactions were friendly and professional. About an hour and a bit, my tire was fixed, oil was changed. I paid a fair price. Was happy with what i paid. Went back a few weeks later and got different tire fixed. Once again, friendly, fast service. Will go back.

Took my truck to them for alignment. simple right ? New control arms (Moog lifetime/new pitman and idler Moog)and new tires So.. far so good was already very close needed minor adjustments . Easy beep BEEP boop is it green or red! Was STILL IN THE RED for caster after job was done Why ? I asked and they said rear not adjustable. No split Caster after they ALIGNED IT yet it had .8 of a degree split Caster when I took it to them. Very disappointed that an easy job (all the bolts have been out ) and bunch of new parts later and just a defensive answer. MPI won't accept values in the red but I guess the public won't know cause it don't adjust RIGHT Paid $145.55 for this and the nearby Gm Dealer that knows how to adjust these trucks Quoted me $ 119.99 plus tax $10 less and I'll bet they have done one of these before lesson learned Hard to find anyone that will do their job PAYS the same RIGHT?

This was by far the best experience I've had getting tires for a vehicle. I had been trying get a set of these Michelin XRVs for months from other dealers and have had nothing but problems: never returning calls, weeks of delays, or trying to gouge me on the price. Dealing with Richard was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, helpful and had answers for all my question. He even ran out to the warehouse to check the manufacture date on the tires before I committed to buying them. From the time I initially called inquiring about the tires to the time I got my motorhome back home with its new boots was less than 16 hours. On top of the fantastic customer service, they were also the cheapest. I'm just sorry I didn't call them first.

My experience with this store exceed my expectations! I was calling around to get quotes on tires for my Peterbilt. Asking a lot of questions to find out what would be beat suited for my truck and what I use it for. Many phone calls and emails back and forth and the best price right from the beginning. Service was great! Tire education was free! Feels like dealing with your buddy's!! It's my one stop shop for all my tires big and small. West End Tires commitment to customer service would truly be the proper definition for a dictionary. All others should attempt to duplicate their exemplary service. I bought a tire at the dealership where I purchased my car 1 hour before closing to find out that their service department did not have adequate time to swap out the tire. I stopped in at West End Tire Dugald and they took 17 minutes to do the job without an appointment. My only regret is that I did not give them by business by purchasing the tire from there......next time they will be my first choice.

This place is amazing. Friendly and and attentive. Great customer service, great prices. They will help you out in a jam and are extremely honest. First time going they fixed a leaky tire for a great price and in a timely manner (2015 Jaguar XF). Second time being there they fixed a faulty valve stem and filled up the rest of the tires at again a great price and in a timely manner (2016 BMW 320xi). Highly recommended for any and all tire and wheel needs.

Efficient and good advice. They were happy to confirm life left on my winter tires and recommended a $35 fix to a tire rather than replacement. This matches my experience from last year. Different front desk person, but same level of advice. You get the feeling their advice is honest and straightforward with your best interest in mind.

Had a hard time locating an old school set of tires without having to order them in. Chad emailed me and we talked the options. Found that he had what I was looking for in stock! Guys there were friendly, they took care of my vehicle making sure not to scratch or much up anything. All in, great experience.

Excellent service. Came in to drop off a tire for repair. Was having issues with my brakes. The brake fluid was leaking therefore the brakes were not functional. They managed to fit me in as vehicle wasn’t drivable until it was fixed. Good job and thanks!!

Took my car in for front end work. Found the staff to be vary professional, and helpful. The work done with in the estimate time frame. The work done made my car feel new, as I drove off. I would recommend this shop. It has a sense of community to it.

I went there to get my tire sensor set on my vehicle. The technician also noticed my tire pressure was low and offered to top up the tires at no charge. I appreciate their work and will be returning to them since they seem to be so fair.

Had a tire repaired. Service was prompt. Perhaps a little too prompt. They only tightened one wheel nut, the other 4 spun by hand. Thanks for putting my life at risk. Never go here, it is obvious that do not care about their customers.

Got the job done fast and cost effective. Friendly service and informative. My go-to place for all my tire needs simple as that. You can't go wrong with having your tire needs fulfilled with these guys.

Always great service when swapping my tires for the season. Keep in mind, they are first come first served so sometimes it takes a bit, so be prepared for a wait. Tire storage is a really great option.
