Wanted a 2 Pizza Deal, the (old) menu we had said 2 Large for $22. When I called the order in, I was told the menu we had was 'really old', and that it was now 2 Large for $24. No problem, so I ordered my Hawaiian and my wife's Cheese-only pizza. I was informed that wouldn't work as the Hawaiian was a Traditional pizza, and the new deal was for a Specialty pizza. She said she would help me out by replacing the Hawaiian with a Tropical Heat, but then hold the hot peppers. When the pizzas arrived, I had a Cheese-only, and... something else. Looking closely, my 'Hawaiian' had no cheese. Looking at the receipt, it shows a Tropical Heat, no garlic butter crust, no hot peppers, no cheese blend. Called back to the dispatch office, and was passed through to the shift supervisor, who said he would have a "properly-made pizza" sent to me within 30 minutes. It was only after hanging up that I realized I hadn't provided my contact info on the second call, so I guess we'll see if they used call display to pull up the previous order details. If the replacement order arrives in a reasonable time frame with the correct toppings, then I'll give them 4 stars for trying, but as it stands, 1 star is all they get. *Edit*: Replacement pizza arrived as ordered, and is actually pretty tasty.

Used to be our go-to pizza place at work (lots of orders, lots of $'s).... we ordered a big order for a celebration lunch, which was to be followed by a field trip, where we'd organized a bus trip to another city for our employees. About 2 minutes before the pizza was due to arrive, we got a phone call saying it would be 25 minutes late. In the end, it was about 35 minutes late, despite us ordering a week in advance, and delayed the rest of our day. This wasn't so bad, and the driver gave us two stickers so we could get "free pizzas" for out troubles. When we called to redeem the pizzas, we were adamantly told that we needed 8 more stickers and we could get a free medium pizza.... horrible service - just don't make promises you can't keep - it makes it even worse.... Of note : you replied to this review and asked us to reach out.... we did - it's been like a week and we haven't heard back! Just sayin'

I just wanted to share my feelings about this pizza place. I love cheese pizza and was eating it from Pizza pizza from a long time but I have tried Topper's extra cheese pizza first time. I must tell you, it was way far better quality than any other pizza place in ottawa. The look of the pizza was amazing, great amount of cheese which I loved it and the sause was perfect. The staff person who helped me was "Ravi". He was so polite and greeted me with a big smile. From now on, this will be my go to place for pizza and chicken bites. This is my most common pizza-watering-hole in Ottawa. The prices are fairly good and the service is pretty snappy when it should be. This store is a take-out / delivery pizzeria; no restaurant to be had, only three hard little plastic chairs awaits. I suggest having something else to do while waiting for take-out, the store front is small and can feel cramped. The pizza itself can range from a 'slice of Italy on crust' to 'please-STOP', at it's best though it the simple traditional pizza at it's worst when I question "Why do I want Thai on my pizza when real Thai food is next door". Overall the pizza is really good I find. It's a good little store, just go to Best Buy or something while you wait, don't get anything fancier than traditional pizzas and it's a fairly quick and painless experience.

I always forget about toppers pizza and i dont know whybecause it is so good. Before i continue withthe good the only thing i suggest is call them directly rather then the call center ....i was on hokd for over 20 min enought to hear the loop play of all their specials and promos 6 times. I know this is not the resturants fault but no one shoukd have to wait 20 min to spend their money. Now as far as this location goes........it is very clean...and the staff are great and the guy there today suggested i try the chicken bites and omg im glad i did .......ita almost as good as the pizza. I think that its amazing that staff suggest something to try. My pizza was cooked perfectly and they do not cheap out in topings. You will not be dissapointed great job on the clean resturant and great service.

I was a first time customer tonight at this Toppers location, and unfortunately they messed up my order. They were out of whole wheat dough/crust. The staff were very apologetic, and I still accepted their regular crust pizza, but I would have much rather appreciated a phone call informing me they were out instead of assuming I would be okay with regular crust As a small business owner, I strongly believe in customer first impressions. I feel as this Toppers location did not do a good job at impressing me, it will be a while until I order from them again. EDIT May 28th: I was contacted by the store and they offered me a $5 credit to make up for their mistake. I have changed my review to 4 stars as they were sincere in their apology. I will give them another try soon!

I used to love toppers pizza but recent changes really forced me to switch to another pizza chain 1. They removed best coupons from app like large 3-topping byo pizza for 15.95 & medium 2-topping byo pizza and 2 dips for $12.95 2. The most important thing is that they started charging extra for all other base sauce except pizza sauce, also started charging for blended cheese, and also extra for swirls. They didn’t used to before and suddenly started charging for all the above and because of all these BYO pizza becomes next to impossible as the total would be going almost upto $32 plus taxes just for a single large pizza. So, due to these reasons me and my group of friends had to switch over to another pizza franchise like dominos.

I'm just disappointed at myself for not trying out this place before. I was driving down Merivale Road about a week ago looking for a good place to eat and this place caught my attention. I thought I'll give it a try and I'm glad I did. The best pizza I have had in a while, definitely the best in Ottawa. You cannot go wrong with their walk-in special: $12.99 for a Large 3 toppings! On top of that they give you a sticker for every purchase and once you have 12 you get a free medium 3 toppings pizza! Loved the crust! Loved the base! And loved their house garlic sauce! On top of that the staff are very polite and freindly! They'll help you decide the best toppings for your pizza! Highly recommended!

I left a 5 stars review before but I'm changing it to 3. I came to pick up a pizza today and the usual friendly staff did not work today. I told the guy at the cashier that I was here to pick up a pizza. For some reason, he didn't understand me. So I had to repeat it. Apparently, he still didn't understand and asked if I speak English. I find that very rude of him. So the other lady had to come and help me (and of course she understood what I was saying). The guy didn't even say sorry. I was so angry! 3 stars because it's still one of the best pizzas in town but I'm not going back there anytime soon.

I was born and raised in Sudbury and have eaten toppers my entire life. For Christ sakes one year over a decade ago we ordered from the one near us so often that they sent us a gift certificate at the end of the year for 50$ and some Tshirts. BUT!! I am not exaggerating when I say that this location has the absolute best pizza I've ever had and absolutely exceptional service. The delivery never takes more than 35 minutes and if it does we get a call from the manager apologizing. The delivery staff is amazing and I always enjoy chit chatting with them. 10/10 would recommend.

Please read this if you are their customer and tip them at the front cash. I visited this location today and the employee at the front desk told me that owner gets to keep the tip. They dont share the tip with their employees which is completely unacceptable and illegal. I want to bring this up tell everyone reading this and my friends that stop tipping at front cash. I hope they dont bring it down to the employee but if the management or owners still does it that would very inhumane.

We've ordered from this location occasionally. We've made it a family decision to solely satisfy our pizza cravings with them from now on. Not only is their pizza delicious, (meat mountain, pepperoni or Buffalo chicken are our usual) but their customer service is top notch too. Customer service makes or breaks it for me, and they surely made it! I'll gladly continue ordering from them to support their business through these trying times! Thanks for the yummy eats Toppers!

Toppers has been our 'go to' place for a while - great pizza at a very reasonable price. But the last time we ordered there (Sept., 2013), the pizza was just really gross. The toppings tasted old, and both pizzas were burned. Not sure if it was just an off-night or a permanent change (new cook?), but we were very disappointed. I don't know if we want to risk spending money on it again if there's a chance of getting that crap. Very disappointed :(

Topper's Pizza is one of my favourite pizzeria's in Ottawa. The pizza is always fresh and they have their signature swirls and spices which sets them apart from traditional dipping sauces (though they offer those too). The staff are always friendly and their customer service is excellent! I once had a complaint about their pizza and they offered me a free medium 3-topping for free to make it right. I highly recommend Topper's Pizza!

I call-ordered a large bacon grilled cheese pizza for take out. I drove over 40 min to get it and another 30 min back home. When I got home, I discovered that the pizza I got was a simple pepperoni pizza! On a Super Bowl evening! My attempts to contact them failed. And I wasn't going to get back another hour of driving, just to prove them wrong. While our SB pizza night was ruined! My tip was well spent!

They probably have some of the best tasting pizza in town, worth the price. Would recommend building your own pizza and add the toppings you like or the deluxe pizza. The price is competitive and the flavour is pretty good. The cheese has a nice slight carmelization. I paid a low price for extra cheese, and there is no way by any measure this pizza is double cheese. The cheese is a low level single cheese serving. 'Thick crust' was standard traditional. Delivered tonight around 10:30 pm. Not wowed like 3Brothers or SayCheese pizza but may try again when I am not in a cheesy mood.

So i order at 10:30pm for a medium 2 pizzas on Dec 23 and they take my credit card and charge it for a pizza to arrive in 30 mins, then they A. Never arrive B. all phone calls go to a hang up and C. charge my credit card... Never trust these Mickey Mouse Mother *uckers! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!! terrible customer service, delivery sucks, and phone number is for the birds... worst pizza place in Ottawa!!!

Ordered three pizzas the first was the tropical heat wave was delicious. Cooked perfectly and the toppings were plentiful . The second pizza was a pepperoni perfect sauce to cheese ratio added garlic butter crust was fantastic. Also cooked perfectly . The third pizza was a cheese a bit over cooked and tasted terrible . Restaurant was clean and the staff super friendly and helpful.

Good pizza as you'd expect from Topper's but I ordered a bottle of the House Sauce and they were all expired at the store. The staff was kind enough to provide me with 5 individual dipping sauces... Not the same but all things considered he did what he could to make it right. I'd suggest always checking the best before dates on the sauces going forward.

Friendly staff and amazing pizza. The ten topper pizza is fantastic, and paired with extreme cheesy bread and a cherry or apple dessert pizza is an absolutely next level pizza experience. House dipping sauce is delicious as well, if you're into that. They don't deliver to my house, but I gladly make the drive to take out for special occasions.

I work at start motors on hunt club and I always come here for lunch for the personal size pizza. Very good and affordable, employees are very friendly and detail oriented

I have been a very good customer, my boyfriend and i order pizza from them all of the time however, this was not the case for today. The pizza barely had any toppings, the sauce was heavy. The pizza tasted burnt, when we called to solve the problem it was not rectified.... not a happy customer and they have lost our business.

Toppers pizza is one of the better pizza chains. Their tomato sauce tastes amazing. The service here is quick and easy. Be sure to check online as they often have deals to have deal of the day. Their toppers sticks are delicious, and a great choice to add onto your meal. A large pizza and topper sticks can feed 4 people.

The manager of the store is communicative and helpful. I submitted a large order for the organization that I worked for and had everything sorted out within a day, thanks to the Manager's help. The food was great and the delivery was punctual

My go to Pizzeria in Ottawa with best taste, flavor providing highest numbers of customizations on a pizza at a reasonable prices. All the staff working here are really welcoming, friendly, and nice and they really know how to treat everyone which is not like the customers but like their guests.

Wow Toppers really impresses me it's so flavorful your mouth would start melting. I got the garlic butter chicken it's such a delicious pizza. Plus the service is top-notch one of the best places to go for a pizza they maintain fresh dough daily!!! Love Toppers forever!!

We ordered our pizza at 4:15 pm and it is 6:00 pm and it has not arrived! We have phoned Toppers Nepean numerous times and we keep getting an employee that we can barely understand. Finding a home in this day and age can't be that difficult...can it? Terrible service.

I always have to stop and pick up a box of toppers sticks and the house sauce when I'm in town. Their pizzas are also quite good and they offer lactose free alternatives which is a huge bonus for members of my family.

Topper's Pizza has the best American-style pizza in town that I've tried. Pieces are very filling (2-3 large slices will fill up an adult male), not greasy, and all toppings can be tasted well. Dough is nice, dip is tasty.. really no complaints with Topper's.

It's meh pizza but great sauces to go with it. Sitting inside, feels unwelcomed and like your a patient at the doctors office.

Just spent 20 mins trying to order a pizza from here to be told that I live too far away to get delivery. I am only 5km away at baseline and greenbank. We order food from the Merivale area all the time so why won't Toppers deliver?

It was my second time at this Location and the service was excellent by (chinmay) he was very helpful explaining the family Pizza deal . Pizza was excellent and service was great I would definitely recommend to all my friends.
