My husband and I made some purchases at The Seaford location yesterday for our small company and wanted to say Thank you to Nathan and the team for taking care of everything we needed. We had originally gone to a competitor store and they had no stock and the customer service was nothing like we revived by heading to these guys. If all stores have such personal service it would make our business transactions so much easier. Wonderful experience and we will use Total tools as our first choice for all our Makita tool purchases from now on. Thanks again.

Had a significant warranty issue with a product and they insisted they must follow the manufacturers policy in regards to refunds and repairs and that they only facilitate the transaction and are not responsible for the product they sell so I should take it up with a manufacturer if I have an issue.

Wow!!, what great customer service, I was met by Emma as I entered the store, she showed me straight to the product I wanted, walked me through the checkout and then carried the item to my car........unbelievable!!. Class act guys. Many Thanks.......Mike

There's a great selection of tools. Parking is easy. Most importantly, the staff know their stuff and can help. Thanks to Emm for putting aside the parts I needed. Good old fashioned service. Can't beat it.

They certainly are a helpful bunch, cannot fault the service... the store is very clean (not been open long tho) ..but if you want quality, Go give them a go.
