This Total Wine was so amazing and accommodating for my wedding order. I needed 50 margarita jugs for my wedding and I don’t know what we would have done without Oli. I called another Total wine location and was told to do everything online without any assistance and was unable to order such a large quantity online. Oli helped us coordinate everything, told us about a certain margarita that was doing a deal and saved us a good chunk of money, coordinated us paying for the margaritas but allowed us to store them in the back, so we could pick it up at a more convenient time and even helped us with the return process after the wedding. Oli was so nice, professional and the biggest help. I cannot say how amazing this experience was and stress free. I 100% recommend this location (and Oli) if you are wanting to buy for a large event. Spacious with lots of options. Not sure who they're selling their hard to find liquors to, but it's not the general public...Its sad to think a place this large may sell directly to the secondary market or friends and family before faithful shoppers. When opportunities to buy; blantons, michters, Pappy, etc are NEVER offered, they may be back-doored to another party. I'm truly losing faith in this store. Heck, even my local store has a lottery or fist come first serve allotments when received. Someone's making a buttload of cash and I'd bet it's not reported. Ps. This is speculation and hasn't been proven, but I'm writing my congressman

The selection and experience here is typically really great. I knock off 2 stars because there is a salesman who “gossips” about customers quite loudly and obnoxiously. Although he’s mostly innocent and just acting childish, this has happened directly to me on my last two visits by the same guy, and I have watched him goof off talking about other customers while I have been browsing. I plan on taking my business to the Euless location going forward to avoid this awkward situation. Happy to provide more details if anyone would like to reach out to me.

Awesome service and very large choice. I had to return a couple of bottles due to space issues with my suitcase. I could return it at an other store which was closer from where I was staying. Also I very much liked the Texas wine selection they have. I also personally think that Texas wines should be in front and not at the end of the store. There are a couple of Texas wines that are very affordable and very good. Total wine is now definitely the place I'll shop my wine at.

Selection is outrageously good. I'm into non-alcoholic beers and they have a really good selection, sometimes Scotch (good Scotch*), and my wife is into wine (lots of it). There is something for everyone. If you drink alcoholic beer there is a cool area that will allow you to mix & match different beer by the bottle. I think this would be great for trying new beers. Please be responsible when drinking. Anyway, Cheers!

My husband and I went to the Alliance store today and we were greeted by Kory. He helped us and provide good information on the different types of drinks. He had us taste the cider and it was awesome. The tequila was also so smoothe. We really enjoyed Kory's personality and knowledge. We will go back soon just to talk with him again. Management was rude, I literally went in to buy some pretzels and they told me they won’t check me out because my license was expired. All I wanted was a bag of pretzels I wasn’t buying liquor, and the lady just looked me up and down and told me they refuse to check me and to get out I will never go to this location EVER again

Definitely would recommend I was blown away by the suggestion one of the employees helped me with not only did I find chocolate alcohol but I also found peanut butter whiskey, making white chocolate peanut butter shots very different will de3go back again to try new wines and more if you go you won't be disappointed.

I could not say enough good things about this location ! I may live down the street from the Arlington location, but I love coming to the classes that they offer here!! Michael and Cole are exceptional. They are always happy to help and are so knowledgeable! I look forward to attending the future classes.

This place has a large variety of wines and spirits. They also offer tastings which is a great plus!! I would rate them 4 stars except for the overpricing of certain bottles of wine. An amarone I purchase was onsale for $35 when its actual cost is $24. Otherwise this place is pretty great.

My first time at this location was beyond a great experience, Cole was a great service member in helping me find the right choice of alcohol, upon checking out, Victor was there catering to every need, he was funny and brightened up my day, and a great face to stare at while I was paying

I called ahead as I was having trouble finding blackberry brandy at other stores. Not only did this store carry it, they had it ready and waiting for me as I entered the store. Very helpful staff. I was amazed at all the varieties in this establishment too. You won't be disappointed!

I always have a great experience attending classes here. Michael and Cole are very knowledgeable about many different topics. They make the classes so much fun! I planned to attend a class out of pure curiosity and now I have been to 5 and plan to attend more! Thank you guys!!

Best selection period. Bert is an amazing help, I always go to him for Rye Whiskey suggestions. The pricing is extremely competitive. The selection of rare/special release beers is great as well. I can always get an Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout Barrel-Aged XX there.

This is my go to place to buy my liquor. They usually have anything and everything I need. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Price is also usually the lowest compored to its competitors. I love the Friday/Saturday visits where there are many sampling stands.

JUST GO! The best liquor store I've ever been too. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable & hands out free taste tests! The prices are very reasonable as well. Could be here for hours, going up & down every aisle. There's so much alcohol I didn't know existed!

Total Wine has amazing customer service, an amazing store AND phone app logistics. Of course they have every product know to man and their staff are ALL very knowledge. The curbside pick-up and an amazing perk for busy folks and for large pickups. Love this place!

Ladies who work here are more worried about talking to each other, instead of helping customers find what they are looking for. This is a gigantic wine and liquor store, it's like finding a needle in a haystack if you are looking for something very specific.

Excellent selection, but I did not appreciate the way the clerk at register 2 on 9/11 at 7:55 pm walked away when she saw me, just to go socialize with another employee. It wasn't even closing time. Thank goodness for the clerk with initiative at register 1.

They have everything! And for the price point? You can't beat them. The rewards are fun and keep you coming back again and again. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their spirits. I'm glad they built one so close to home.

The manager at the far north Fort Worth / Alliance location (blond with glasses) has no sense of customer service. Borderline rude.. glad I drove 50 miles to come here and spend $300.. maybe I’ll shop local from now on…

This is a gem! For anyone who hasn't been here, it's insane the customer service, samples, and events. It's amazing. Also, a lot of varieties I couldn't find anywhere else it's amazing. Could spend all day here.

Dalton, John and their crew are awesome here. Great local Texas Craft beer selection and anything else you may need in the alcohol category. Y'all gotta try these Hop & Sting Brewing beers out too. Good stuff!

It's a big store with lots to choose from. Prices are the same as everywhere else but it's more of an experience than a liquor store. I can definitely see why it's so popular.

Well I am so glad that I found the Rum and the Beer from my Country. I love this place. I had to drive more to this store, but I don't mind if I can get what I really want to.

It's got to be one of the best liquor stores in Texas. It has very good stock on different kinds of liquor and beer. And friendly service to you you find what you need.

So I am from Pennsylvania and we do not have a liquor store shopping mall like this. This place is incredible and they have absolutely everything you need.

They don't know how to run a register apparently. Wife got 3 6 packs at 9.99 each. Was charged 76 dollars and didn't realize till she got home somehow.
