I was looking for a particular bottle of wine and couldn't find it. When I got to the counter with a different bottle , the person ringing me up knew I drank a different brand and asked someone on the floor if they had my particular brand somewhere else her name was Brianna. I never asked for a different wine, she just asked. They a massive collection of everything you would want in there. He went, looked and brought it up to the counter. I do not go in there that often , and for the customer rep to remember what I drank, and found it is excellent customer service.

I had a terrible experience today with their curbside pick up service. Not only was the employee rude to me, she canceled my order as soon as I arrived (it took me 30 mins to get there) when I called in to ask about my order i was placed on hold and hung up on, then when I called back all i was told was that my order was packed with the wrong liquor and that the amt I wanted was not available. So instead of calling me and filling the order with what they had on hand she canceled the entire order instead. Made me drive all the way there for no reason.

I visited the store on a day when they were packed. That didn't stop the well trained and knowledgeable staff from getting to customers quickly. Paid for two keg fills and rented 2 taps, also scheduled a pickup time to get them later. Maybe spent 5-10 minutes, most of that was just unloading the empty keg barrels from the truck. Returned to pick them up as scheduled. Pulled up to the roll up door and they even loaded them for me. Ice cold beer ready to go!

Go often for work. Parking lot is horrible most likely it a reflection of the poor property. Because surly a company like specs who’s monopolized wholesale would never allow there customers to have to deal with such issues like the parking lot. At this location customer service has always been friendly mainly why I continue to go to this location to pick up.

Poor customer service for the online pick up orders. I received a texted to pick my order up it was ready. I arrived, checked in and waited 25 minutes no one came out or called. I went in and it looked as though she was just putting my order together. I suggest going into the store and making your purchase on the off chance they are short handed.

I think This place is owned by the same people who own Spec's, which is by far my favorite liquor store. Staff is very knowledgeable and more than willing to assist at all times. I don't live in this area, however any time thataroundhere and needing to go to the liquor store. Thiswill be my very first choice!!!!!

I usually only go here once a year around Christmas. But I find everything I need here and don’t have to shop around for liquor that I don’t drink anyway! They have some deals and gift sets around the Christmas/New Year holidays which makes it a lot nicer than having to go to so many places just for liqueurs.

Store is big and nicely stocked. I usually go to Specs in SW Ft Worth, and now 2 bucks is owned by Specs. I was really shocked to see the same bottle of vodka I normally get is $7 more expensive at 2 Bucks. This is cheap plastic bottle vodka were talking here. Specs is $12.97 and 2 Bucks is $19.36

It was horrible, only needed a co2 fill, and called before the 60 mile round trip. Arrived to a very busy shop, was told to go to register 1. Waited in a very long line, to get be told no one knew how to do a fill and to leave. Don't waste your time, money or effort with such a place, I won't.

I choose Two Bucks because the staff has always been very helpful and the store is always clean. I usually buy gin for a toothache or my favorite wine, but I feel comfortable asking the staff about other products. I've gotten tasty suggestions and friendly service. Thanks guys!

This is a great location full of great staff I had to the luxury of getting Dillon to help me with picking out the alcohol I needed and he was a great help. Just want to thank you two bucks for your vast selections of alcohol and for having great staff like Dillon means a lot.

Love this place!!! I’ve been bypassing the liquor store closer to my house to go here for a while now, just due to the selection they have in the store. You can clactually call ahead and they will pull what you want and chill it for you so it is cold when you pick it up!!

Our last visit not so well customer service was not as best this time today which is the 10th of June customer service was awesome she was really good we only plan to buy one bottle we end up buying two due to her customer service not sure who she was but she was great

I've been a patron of Two Bucks since before Specks took over. Neve had a bad experience. Current manager Richard and Asst. Manager Brenda recognize me and great me with friendly smiles. Brenda even remembers my usual order. Several of the workers are the same.

This is a great place for all your liquor needs. These guys will order anything you want but they don't carry. They are super friendly and helpful. They have been in this location for probably 30 years or so. Right off of the main freeway I-35 at Felix St.

Cool selection of drinks spirits wine and alcohol. I'm not much of a drinker, but I've lived less than 10 miles from this place and probably passed it thousands of times. It was kinda cool to see all the options and choices …

Great selection, Massive store. Prices are not that great. Man that helped me, seemed annoyed, I thanked him, he didn't respond. probably won't go back. I liked it better when it was a little, old store. Seemed they were more appreciative of business.

Everything was easy to find. The cashiers were also really nice. We got checked out fairly quick. The store stayed very clean and well kept. The shelves were also very well organized. I would come back here again. Everything was also decently priced.

This place really meets supply and demand when it comes to looking for certain liquors, wines, mixers, etc. It has always been my favorite place to shop and customer services is top notched. I think you'll enjoy the trip and not be disappointed.

Only recently started coming into this location as I recently discovered it. But plan to make it part of my liqiour store rotation. I was able to pick up some rare breed and got an EH Taylor for a great price. Will definitely be back again!

Great place to buy liquor. My husband and I come here throughout the holidays for our "holiday cheer" ;) If you pay with cash you get a discount. It's always clean and the employees are very helpful with suggestions if you need them.

Good selection, prices ok. Know what you want when you go. Haven't found the employees to be much help or even friendly. I'd actually recommend other liquor stores but this location is pretty handy for me so I still go.

Staff was very helpful and polite, and despite me getting the instructions wrong on an order, they were patient enough to hold the order for me long enough to get all the required info and the card I paid with.

Old white lady was so rude & wouldn’t sell me my items because she didn’t believe my age!!!!! DONT COME HERE!!!!! Even if you are of age they will turn you away!!!!! Would give them ZERO STARS if I could!!!!!

Professional, helpful and not only the closest store to me (I swear you'd think I lived in a dry county) but they always have everything I need in stock! Especially my grandma's cherry infused vodka! Oma's!

When I go to the Liquor store, this is pretty much the only one I use. They are nice, friendly, and provide veteran discounts. They have decent stock, and are willing to adjust stock to customer requests.

Went here for the first time and I was impressed. They have a variety of everything with an overhead sign where to locate what you need. I located my item fast and checked out fast. Great experience.

Decent prices. Not very clean, lots of dust and staff look at you like you're a thief. It's one of the closest to Crowley, so I have learned to just ignore it. Could use a loyalty program.

Currently in line with more than 20 ppl at 8:30 on a Saturday they have two registers open with with more cashiers available they just dnt open the registers

This liquor store has unique presents and some really cool liqueur filled candies. I stop by here to get presents for people a lot.

Clean store but was surprised at the limited Bourbon selection and a lot of the products unavailable.

You get special little discounts if you use cash/debit instead of credit which I think is kinda cool!
