Absolutely the worst service ever..I asked a cashier to redeem a voucher for me so that I could use it for my payment..I had the points from filling petrol. He had the audacity to ask me what I'm gonna buy with so little I said him I will pay the balance owing by card he laughed and said to me ay so hard..and all this whilst he was talking to someone else on his cellphone he them on loud speaker. Personally customer service needs to improve that way more people would want to come to this garage

I wish there was a zero star rating. Cashier is absolutely rude. He basically fondled the loaf of bread that i bought,trying to scan it. Although he is not obligated to greet me. I think a greeting will be nice and will make customers not feel like their business is not appreciated. He gave me,his manager's number,gheeee whizzz and that was a disaster all in itself. I think total's standards....TOTALLY SUCKS

Service is ok here. Sometimes you can wait a long time to be served. Open 24/7. The shop closes to enter inside at late night because of safety reasons. The store inside is good and well stocked. They do offer mini baked stuff. You can get Ice, newspapers, magazines, airtime and snacks and cold drinks.

I had a very bad experience with the attendant called Nhlanhla Mbambo, he poured the wrong amount of liters, instead of apologizing and pouring in the correct he tried explaining with bad attitude that it not his fault and kept on going back and fourth for not reason.

They have the worst car wash I've ever been to, you car will be covered in scratches thanks to their poorly trained staff. They are lazy with a no care attitude.

Absolutely horrible service in fact I didn't even get service. I waited 10 mins and no one helped and I left.

Without a doubt the slowest service from any garage in the area !
