Inconsistent wash cycles. Purchasing the $13 premium wash, 1 soap cycle then circled my car 3 times blasting only water. It was usually better than this. When I attempted to explain the matter to the manager there, he ignored what I was saying and dismissed me by saying "only you have this issue" and "I get more customers." So the 1 star is for cycle inconsistencies and less than awful customer service.

Wasn't that great. There was literally no soap that went onto my car . It basically got my car wet for me so I could wash it myself with a towel I happen to have in the car. Should have went to a self service one instead but I was just to tired and ended up wasting my money here smh …

Quick and easy to use and a bit pricey but that is because of the location. They also have an adequate vacuum area with air for your tires as well for $1.50. this is very close to shopping to Walmart and plenty of places to eat. Right off of the freeway as well.

They have a handheld dryer!!!! But it's only attached to 1of the 3 bays. Work wonderfully to dry your car, although it needs to be handheld or the hose better managed because it scrapes against your car as you move around it.

Payment kiosk was dirty, especially the touch pads. The rotating machine ripped the rubber pad off my mobility lift. Overall the cleaning mechanism was good. Don't know if this lowest price of $14 was worth it.

This did a good job. It got the car clean and is attached to a Shell gas Station, so you need to pay inside first. Not 5 stars, but definitely good for the price and convenience of the location.

Touch less means there’s no scrubber, you’re basically getting a pressure wash. Better than your garden hose but not as good as automatic car wash with brushes.

Young man was very helpful when I requested a 2nd pass due to tree sap. I will definitely return. Perhaps an additional employee would be beneficial

The basic car wash doesn’t come with an air dry ! This is crazy you can go to the self car wash and get everything for the same price.

It gets most of the vehicle clean. This was my third visit, and it just doesn't get the rear of the vehicle clean or dry.

Quick, and good for a touch-up. If you have serious grunge on your car, you will need something with more "umph".

Did not clean the center section of my gmc yukon suv..I would NOT recommend this car wash for large vehicles
