Only a few stores open. McDs & the BP are at the edge of the construction. Auto parts and a few others are open at the far end. Not sure when it will be completed. The only entrance I could see was at the traffic light but there was one at the far end before but I didn't venture down that far.
Riverside is an old time Hardware Store. Absolutely love it. They weigh screws by the pound, or you can simply buy 1, 2, or 3 each. Randy is owner. Wonderful man to do business with! Riverside Hardware also available for weapon transfers. Help support this wonderfully neighbor store.
Completely remodeled and rebranded to College Park. Winn-Dixie just re-opened with an incredibly beautiful new store concept. Many more new businesses on the way including Donato’s Pizza, First Gear Coffee, Conies Ice Cream, Max’s Filipino, and many more in the works.
The place is run-down a former shell of itself the driveway and parking lot has pot holes all through it. It is disgusting. I understand of the city of Jacksonville is throwing a million dollars on top of this project to revamp and renovate Town & Country
Went to the McDonald's their and no toilet paper. Employee use the bathroom and didn't wash her hands. SMH asked for extra crispy hashbrowns, and that didn't happen. My husband didn't get his hashbrown, and the muffins were hard as a rock!!!!!
It's under construction for many new shops & businesses (such as return of Winn-Dixie, Conie's Ice Cream, Donatos Pizza and First Gear Coffee Shop), opening as early as August 2023. Presently, there are still some businesses open inside the
I stopped for a mango/pineapple smoothie for me and a cheeseburger for my my best girl (my dog) Sadie atMcDonalds. Now you may be thinking a micky d's is a micky d's but you'd be wrong about this particular one. I was pleasantly blown away.
I was on the way to go and get my taxes done and the original BP gas station on University Blvd and Ft Caroline Rd only had 1 pump operating d/t the report of gas shortages reported in the news recently. So I went to the BP station at the
I went there because I saw a Dollar General or Family Dollar there but when I picked up some thing inside the store that had a price tag of $1.30 the girl went back there she saw the same price tag with a whole bunch of items stacked mind
The entire area had a EXTREME Makeover. There hasn't been a large store there for over 15 years. Looks great, lots of new and old businesses (that survived the hoax pandemic). Glad to see it come back alive. Great for the local residents.
Winn-Dixie very clean efficient everything that I wanted and very good international aisle with Goya then I expect it will be coming oh and I did receive a bag today from community Day and they $5 gift card what a bonus great
My friend Elena was involved in painting this mural. It fills me with pride and awe every time I see it. It makes me proud to be a part of the art community here in Jacksonville! You can find me at Royal Artistry on Facebook!
Great service at the Dollar general store. Very clean that jockey about everything I was looking for. The setup is different from other stores but one of the ladies helped us find what we was looking for

I am a Native of Jacksonville, Florida. This center used to be “Posh” back in the day. I don’t know who the Owner of this Center is, but I wish I did! He has for
Ann Nails is the best kept secret in this strip. Ann's nail salon has stood the test of time and still standing through the pandemic and all the construction.
Amazing job renovating this place. Looking forward to seeing what fills up the rest of the area. Hopefully seeing more development pushing into Arlington.
About time some life will be pumped back into this place , and I LOVE THAT MURAL ON THE SIDE WOULD LOVE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT IT !!! GOOGLE HERE I COME LOL
This wall is the most discriminating wall for any white American to have to look at? It is a disgrace!!! It should be made for it to come down??
Went to wonn Dixie grand opening. The store fully stocked and looked pretty. The prices are outrageous you have been able to out price Publix.
It's all empty. The dollar general is ok. Advance is pretty decent. The McDonald's is ehhh. The ice machine is useful. The mural is awesome.
Hopefully whoever owns Town and Country will rent to some good stores to get better quality of people in there. A Winn Dixie would be nice.
It is still under construction, but businesses are still open. There is also a nice and friendly church there that you should visit.
One person working, ordered hot coffee, and it was cold. I was asked to order on the app since the drive thru was busy
Winn-Dixie grocery is in this plaza along with dollar general,McDonald's,auto parts store and other businesses
