I feel bad for writing this review but I’m just so shocked in relation to my experience today at town bikes , I felt I just had to let it be known. Today I went to town bikes with my E scooter and asked if they could repair a puncture in my back tyre and put a new tyre ( which I had just bought that morning from Halfords Chiswick ) on the front. 2 months ago I had a puncture on the same wheel , and managed to replace the inner tube myself although it took me about an hour as I didn’t have the correct tools. Even though, I found it was very straight forward and if I had had the correct tools , would have managed to repair it within 10 mins. I was in disbelief, when the bike mechanic stated that it was too difficult for him !! I told him I had done it my self only two months prior , but he insisted it was too difficult. I then waited all day for a call to say that the mechanic had put the new tyre on the front , but after waiting for the call which never came I phoned town bikes and was told that the mechanic couldn’t affix the new tyre as it was the wrong size. When I initially asked him to replace the tyre , he looked at it and said that yea he was able to do that !! The tyre was totally the wrong size. The Halfords staff member was initially to blame for selling me the wrong tyre , but I would have thought that when I showed the mechanic the tyre , he would have known instantly that it was the incorrect size. I’m no mechanic , and obviously thought it was correct , as told by the Halfords staff member. I’m just amazed that after reading all the positive reviews , theyve got a bike mechanic who can’t even fix a puncture , the most basic of basic procedures . And also has no idea about tyre sizes . After this experience it certainly doesn’t fill me with any hope of having anything else done in this shop. All in all i think I would have been better of going to the butcher shop opposite. What a waste of my day and time !! THANKS TOWNNBIKES

I sincerely adore traquil, rustic and minimalistic ambience of this cafe. I could feel equivalent sentiment such as I am still at a South Korean cafe which is placed adjcent my residential area. It is good luck I could find this venue in 18 days from I have left South Korea. The owner and staff are accommodating and flavour and taste of coffee is pretty impressive. The costs of menus are quite reasonable such as Korean local cafes. Wi-Fi connection is good and the toilet is very clean. This place is better than any coffee shops located in zone 1 in London.

After a double blow late on a cold night, I had to push my sorry bike back from work. I chanced passing this shop, but I was shut. I locked my bike outside and sent them a message, asking if they could cost repair work. They fixed the rear wheel and chain, without me having to unlock it. I then picked my bike up after hours on my way home the same day. The service was above beyond, the price was right. But the big tell was the ride. The chain line silent, gears aligned, wheels perfect. These people ride bikes.. end of! Amazing. My new bike shop!

I went to Town Bikes to sort out the alignment of my front derailleur, I tried myself but couldn't figure it out. Left the bike with them to sort it and very quickly got a message saying it was ready to collect, they also did a free bike health check to see if there were any other screaming issues. Now my bike changes gears like a dream, I've never felt it ride so smooth! The guys there are super friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me understand what the issue was, and the service is fantastic! What a lovely place.

What a great place,shop/cafe ,lovely people ,lovely energy ,so helpful great service !!. My sons bike was in a really sad way and I needed a quick thorough professional service with attention to detail they gave it a health check service and repair, so glad I found them shame i didnt know for the last 15 years with all the family bikes costing me a fortune over the years .I will definately be taking all our bikes there and nowhere else for the next 15 years to come .Thank you so much guys ...Grazie Mille !!!

Very good first experience at this cafe. Very clean interior, with obvious extra attention paid due to covid. Very friendly staff who seem to really care for the cleanliness and quality of their service. We ordered 2 wraps, a salad, and 2 smoothies. Very reasonable prices. The grilled veggie wraps were delicious as were the smoothies. The fattoush salad had slightly too much sumac for our tastes but this didn't detract from the overall experience. Would happily come back!

We were walking along South Ealing and noticed this Town Bites cafe, we went in, ordered fresh fruits juice and very nice healthy breakfast. Delicious ! Very reasonable price. Very caring in customer service, well-done...thank you. The owner was helpful and friendly. We will be definitely coming back to try other food in the menu. A good idea to take family, friends and guests to share in this lovely café. A unique café we came across.

I visited one of those famous high street franchises to repair a punctured tyre, where they were unhelpful and you could see they couldn't care less. So I followed my partner's advice and tried this shop he had previously used. They were really friendly and much better prepared, our two bikes were repaired the same day on a Saturday. And at a reasonable price too! Will always visit them from now on.

I went here to get my granny bike serviced, first time I’ve taken it in to get checked over since getting it, over 6yrs ago! The 2 men who served me were really professional and kind. They fixed up and polished my bicycle perfectly :) they were polite and provided great customer service. I would definitely come back if my bicycle needs anything further done to it. Thanks lot

Finally a bike shop in south Ealing. It's very small but they will have the basics to fix your bike. They can also do the fix for you or do regular maintenance. I went there for a new chain and changing a shifter cable, and now my bike feels as good as new! The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's also a coffee shop: Do yourself a favor and try their mocha!

Thank you Town Bikes, amazingly efficient and friendly. Had rear brake issues, they quoted a very reasonable price, then they had to replace some parts but still stuck to the same quote. I totally recommend these guys to any other local cyclists who need to fix an issue. (Plus you can sit outside with a coffee and pastry while you wait if they aren’t too busy).

Town Bikes is the ONLY place to take your cycle for repair in West London. Paolo is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and so so helpful. His service is excellent, he is a delight to deal with and his pricing is very reasonable particularly for the care and expertise he applies to every bike. 10/10. Highly recommend

Accidentally stumbled upon this quaint gem last week and could not have been happier! Our group of six is not from this area and we were greeted with open arms. The food was delicious and staff went beyond expectations to make us feel welcomed. If ever in Ealing again will definitely make sure to stop by again.

Kamal and Paolo are both extremely helpful and friendly. They fixed my bike up and had it ready at very short notice, always doing their utmost to accommodate my schedule and needs. I would highly recommend dropping in to town bikes for anything bike related, or even if you fancy a decent coffee and a chat!

First time using this place. There are some really poor bike shops in the Ealing Broadway area Town bikes is honest. They did no more and no less then what was asked. And kept me apprised with the cost They gave the bike a health check and didn't recommend things which were not needed. Highly recommended.

I came in with an emergency and was relieved to hear that the waiting time is under 30 mins (not days or weeks!). I was very happy with the prompt customer service as well as the fact that whilst my bike was getting fixed I could enjoy a beverage outside. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

Delicious coffee, polite friendly service, relaxed surroundings and fairly priced. I had time to kill this morning and ordered some pizza and coffee to enjoy outside with a smoke. I went back later for another coffee, smoke and to use the loo. Useful place to stop by whilst working the area.

Every time we walk in we're greeted with a warm smile, such lovely, homely service, and tasty food to match. Also love that they use fully recyclable takeaway cups, and paper straws ✨would recommend the various pies, and ice latte... But it seems like they do everything well.

Came in with a snapped chain. The team were really friendly, and were quick and efficient and had my bike back within an hour and half from walk in - brilliant! Bike rides like a dream. Really happy with the service and will be back in the future. Thank you for fitting me in.

Nice coffee and a big variety of used and new bikes. Don't buy bicycles online especially for a used item which requires maintainance. Much better buying from someone like these guys as they know what they do and how to give you a product well refurbished and safe. Giampiero

I really like this cafe. Firstly, because the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Secondly, because the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The service is fast. The food is suitable for vegetarians. Do make some time to visit this cafe for yourself.

Can’t rate Town Bikes highly enough. The team are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They’ve done various jobs for me, from replacing tyres, fitting new mud guards, tuning my gears and more. All the work has been done quickly and to a great standard.

Brilliant&friendly service,honest about cost and time frame for repairs needed and the very muddy bike was returned cleaned and checked. They are now my go to for bike repairs and bike purchases. So fortunate to gave this amazing bike shop 5mins from home.

My girlfriend loves this place because of the awesome family presence. The mum is so sweet and made sure my girlfriend finished or took her croissant back home. My girlfriend now can’t live without the broccoli and cheese croissant! Highly recommended

What an amazing service.. this team can even fix indoor exercise bikes!! Paolo will do his best and is so lovely. Fantastic value for money and service on our doorstep- I was out of options and considering landfill- and now our bike is as good as new!

I love this cycle cafe. The guys here are friendly and provide quick efficient service. My bike tyre was repaired within 2 hours and the price was very good. Can't wait for summer so I can actually sit, sip on some coffee and wait for bike repair.
