I had the pleasure of speaking with Sara when I called in today to pay for a renewal of tenant insurance. I was expecting a simple transaction and that’s all, but what I got instead was world-class service from Sara! She not only helped me review my policy in detail and fill in some missing details, but also offered lots of information regarding floater insurance for individual jewelry pieces which would be to my benefit in the near future. I was also shocked that she went the extra mile to follow up with an email providing some additional info we didn’t get to cover in our call earlier. To some up my experience, the service was quick, detailed, professional, and even very humorous and provided some good laughs as well. I would not hesitate to renew my insurance with them going forward and probably also get auto insurance any other forms of insurance with them as well.

I normally don't write too many Google reviews but this was due. Had a fantastic experience with Matt. Took 15 minutes to get a quote on the phone. Once I reached the office , I was out in another 10 minutes. Quick & Easy !!!! I think you may find other providers that are potentially slightly cheaper but convenience is huge. Someone who answers your questions quickly and makes this process quick and painless is definitely worth a few extra bucks. Highly recommended. P.S : This review is based on my experience in getting a quote and buying the insurance. I have not filed for any claims so not sure how that'll be.

Their work is very efficient and their price is quite competitive. I spoke with Yuxi and she was able to send me the confirmation of auto insurance in less than 15min following our call. Yuxi also answered all my questions and gave me some good suggestions on which package to choose. The reason I gave 4-star is because I spoke with another agent here one day before that and she said she’ll follow up with me in the same day which she never did. I also called back multiple times but nobody was in the office to pick up the call during their office hours ‍♀️

I’ve been a client at this firm for over 5 years. Recently they sent me a renewal letter outlining a 17% rate increase. The number was not tied to inflation or any other factors, with a simple explanation that “people in your area are making too many claims”. How about taking a look at my own account before increasing the rate by such an outrageous amount? No regard for a long term client. They just jack the rates higher than other companies offering the same product. Surprised by all the positive reviews on here. Definitely considering switching elsewhere.

I have really enjoyed my service over the last 3 years. What I like the most is the responsiveness of my representative. I have always received a response in a timely manner. Moreover, I really appreciate being able to communicate in various formats (e.g., phone and email). There are days where you need to talk things out and the phone is ideal and there are other days you just need a quick question and email is best. Great customer service. I cancelled a policy retroactively (8 months late) and received very prompt service, as well as a refund. I didn't have to ask for the refund at all. Jennifer was extremely helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond in my view. The customer service bar has now been set very high!

It is noteworthy that i've experienced very bad customer service,I've been emailing my agent every week to see if i cancel my insurance it's been over two months now.
