Don’t go there if you are Hispanic or of color. I went in to this location with my dog. A white male manager approached me to tell me that dogs are not allowed in the cart with a very rude attitude. I understood so I put the small dog down. Few minutes later another white female manager approached me asking if my dog was a service animal. I told her she was my emotional support dog. She told me only properly vested dogs were allowed. She told me that I could bring my dog to the dog day care sitting place next door so they could watch my dog while I was shopping. So I left. I felt really humiliated and watched over while I was shopping the whole time. This has never happened to me at any other Trader Joe’s. I go with my dog to the nice location by Bee Caves all the time and nothing like this ever happened. This has never happened to me at Target, or at Whole Foods not even Walmart or H‑E‑B. I believe it’s just this location that’s full of racist managers. Shoppers were nice and kept commenting on how cute my dog was. There was another shopper with a cute Pitbull and as I was going out, there were people walking around with Labradors. The surroundings seemed very dog friendly. So I am telling you, when you know someone is being racist, you know. If you are white and privileged, I am assuming hopefully you educate yourself on this matter.
I went to the downtown location for the first time on Wednesday, my birthday. I had gotten my food stamps that morning, and I wanted to treat myself. I was looking for the black bean dip and corn chips that I had just tried at a party. I found them and they were only $2 each! I bought some cherries, and of course I was smitten with their amazing cheese selection. I was trying to pace myself money wise because I have a small amount to last me the whole month. After ogling most of the store, I proceeded to the checkout. A nice young lady named Izze was my checker. She rang up my items, and when the total was more than I was planning I spending, I asked Izze to void it the cheesecake because I couldn't afford it. She had talked it off bit was still holding it and I was like ahh, but it's my birthday...trying to decide whether to ask her to just add it back on. Well Izze decided for me. She said it's your birthday? It's on the house, and placed the cheesecake in my bag. I thanked her profusely and she even gave me some ice bags to keep my child items chilly until I got home. Thanks Izze and Trader Joe's!
Being a near weekly Trader Joe’s shopper for 20 years I was deeply disappointed by this particular location. As you can see the flowers I bought were rotten broken with the yellow leaves and they’ve gone up three dollars in the last several weeks. The amount you receive is also smaller. Increased pricing for a smaller bunch of flowers that are expired. The celery bags were half full with tiny green stocks when they are supposed to be hearts of celery. They were low on so many supplies. Automated Parking garage wasn’t working properly. I followed the instructions to a T on the parking and was charged seven dollars for my half hour visit. According to many other reviews, I am not the only one this has happened to. Now, unnecessary time will be spent sorting it out with the parking company. I know this is not a reflection of Trader Joe’s however, Trader Joe’s is leasing the parking, so this does concern their business..The activity of shopping should not be complicated nor stressful. I only post this complaint so that the issues will be resolved for the benefit of everyone. :-)
As is my standard experience with Trader Joe's, simply stellar, with this location ranking right up at the top of this retail chain grocery food establishment. Stunningly gorgeous downtown, urban, Warehouse District location. Interiors and exteriors were both very clean and well maintained. I felt very safe walking about this neighborhood. And there were many nearby restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. This is a fun destination with this store right in the middle of it! Parking (paid and free) was available, yet a tad competitive for spaces, as might be expected. Public transportation was also convenient and easy within a short walk (5-10 minutes) from both the CAPMetro train and bus system. The store was busy for a Saturday afternoon, yet not overly crowded. Other customers were genuinely friendly and polite. Accessible accommodations are thoughtful and well designed/built. Staff were authentically friendly and very knowledgeable, ever at one's service, beck, and call. Shelves were all efficiently stocked, ordered, and well maintained.
As far as Trader Joe's goes, this is a small one. Lots of people, not a lot of space. The line wraps through nearly a quarter of the store. Not for lack of service, the checkers seemed pretty quick and there were many. The selection is pretty thin, they seem to favor overstocking a few things over having variety. Unfortunately, the thing I go to Trader Joe's for isn't the same as everyone else's reason so they didn't have most of the things I wanted. It also seems like a clear half of the store is wine, and mostly nothing special, the same selection as all the local grocery stores. On top of all of this, the parking is ridiculous. The garage has some fancy system that you have to register online from a QR code, but the code doesn't scan and there's no mobile coverage or open WiFi in the lot. I watched three people try to register and give up while I was trying to register. Luckily there's a pedestal where you can register, just make sure you know your plate!
I don't think I've ever had a better experience at a grocery store! I used to shop at Trader Joe's in college back in NC, but I haven't been back in years. I went into the Austin store because I was in a hurry and nearby. I needed a bag of coffee and when I walked in I was quickly overwhelmed and the dumbstruck expression on my face must have given me away. The bubbliest, friendliest person in the whole store, Neema, approached me and kindly asked if I could use some advice. She took me on somewhat of an adventure in coffee and enthusiastically filled me in on her personal favorites. I can't emphasize enough how good this coffee is. I never know what coffee to get when staring at all the options, but Neema's explanation was so illustrative, concise, and spot on. She totally reignited my love for Trader Joe's, and I'm excited for the next time I go in. I will for sure be going back again and again for this delicious coffee, and for more goodies.
Small store with less than a normal Trader Joe's has plus a confusing, expensive, annoying parking policy and staff that are rude, snobby, holier than all and self centered about the parking. It is a shame that regular normal people can't park and spend hundreds without a hassle and privileged ego driven cashiers and a customer service department doing their passive aggressive best to ruin the shopping experience. But it is located in Austin Texas the most of the worst of all of the above. Such a horrific experience that it could put a customer off of Trader Joe's in general. If this Trader Joe's is avoided and better yet all Trader Joe's in Texas and especially Austin are avoided, it's well worth shopping anywhere else. If you happen to live in Austin or Texas then my condolences as your life and any and all shopping will be negative. But you chose Texas and or Austin so you must deal with the consequences of your incorrect choices.
I admit that I love Trader Joe's. I love their produce prices which can be cheaper than HEB. I love the exclusive products that I can only get there. I love how the service is excellent there: I picked up a bag of whiskey pecans and staff offered to open it so that I could try before I buy. I left my wallet there and the manager offered to stay late so I could pick it up. The baggers anticipate your needs (like giving you a validated parking ticket before you ask) and are always friendly. I like the free validated parking in downtown. I don't like that they don't carry everything I need for a recipe, so I still have to go to another grocery store. I don't like that meat is more expensive. I wish they had a larger selection of things, but no one sells decent wine for cheaper.
Typically we really like this Trader Joe’s and we still do overall. However after our last trip yesterday, 7/23/22, we noticed that some of their salads that we were looking to buy has expired the day before. Not too big of a deal. But when we got home we noticed our raspberries we purchased expired on 7/19 (4 days prior to our purchase). I ate one when I got home and it tasted sour and foul. I immediately searched for the expiration and noticed the outdated mark. They are not keeping their inventory monitored properly which you expect at a minimum from any food serving store, and even more from a Trader Joe’s, especially one located in Seaholm where this one is. I’m hoping that someone will see this from within and will address the issue, for others’ sake.
Was able to buy 10 items for under $35. Phenomenal deals to say the least. I bought the Trader Joe's veggie chips and salsa which turned out being the best snack at the party later that night. We also got the Trader Joe's breadsticks that my husband thought were delicious, which made me happy he was pleased (too bland for my palate)... The store was clean and displays were perfectly aligned for the herds of people to navigate appropriately through the aisles. The cashier was male and pleasant to talk with. Confirming and reassuring our purchase choices as fantastic picks. They also had a variety of succulents outside that looked healthy and happy. I wasn't able to scoop any up this time, but I will keep in mind the glorious array that they had on display.
Edit 27-April-2022 Trader Joe's management listened to my complaining about the parking validation and made some great improvements. There's now a kiosk where one just enters a license plate - no registration, no QR code, no app, no BS. Kudos! _______________________________________________ Six stars for Trader Joe's. The staff is always genuine, friendly, and helpful. The store is clean and always stocked with great stuff. But, minus 4 stars for the Premier Parking garage. Just got a $50 "citation" after a botched parking validation. And having to "register" by giving out a bunch of personal information is absolute bunk. Pains me to say it, but the parking woes have ruined Trader Joe's for me. :-(
It was my first time at Trader Joe's. It was nice, easy to find. The store was not as big as I thought it was going to be. It was well organized and clean. The parking was a bit of a challenge. And a few things would have been nice to know, we found out because we asked a lot of questions. There is a code to get into the bathroom and they validate parking at the register. I'm not sure if parking is free if you're in store for a while, we were there for a short while. I'm looking forward to going back closer to holidays. Because I asked if they had specials during the holidays and was informed they did. I did enjoy looking around at a new to me store.
Ahhhhhh. Cookie butter. Thank you Trader Joe's...you never disappoint. The location I previously frequented had more organic options but their selection was still pretty good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to be nice to my two kiddos which is always appreciated. And, they validate parking within the first hour so that's a plus. Grab an ice cream sandwich from the Baked Bear then stroll on through Trader Joe's like we did. Perfect combination. Side note, if you haven't tried the Baked Bear then OMG. Put down your phone and head over there RIGHT now.
I have to shout out to the employees at the downtown Austin location. On Thursday my 11 year old daughter had heat exhaustion and we made it into Trader Joe's before she started to pass out. Employees came up immediately asking if she was ok and if they could help. They brought out water, a chair for her to sit on and packs of ice to cool her body down. It was a crazy and scary experience but I am so very grateful to everyone that helped. Store is super organized and clean. But the Employees are Top Tier! Again so very thankful that they helped in such a terrifying situation ❤️
Beware of parking garage! They constantly change how they manage parking and it's hard to keep up. They used to make you insert your card and then when you left you could scan your receipt for validation. Two weeks ago it was completely different, the entrance wasn't gated and there wasn't a scanner. I ended up getting a $50 fine for not registering my vehicle online. Wish I had known. Anyways, i'm avoiding this location from now on...not worth the risk. Also, even if you do register and accidentally get a fine - you can dispute but still have to pay 50% of the fine...
Great prices and very friendly staff. Decent selection (mainly packaged/premade/frozen) but perfect for someone on a budget. Their $2 canned wine is something i was hesitant at first to try but it is perfect for the summer when you want something that can travel, and it’s 100% adequate in the best way. While smaller than Whole Foods and H-E-B it’s a much more cozy atmosphere and you can feel comfortable taking your time and asking questions and browsing without feeling in the way. They also validate parking for up to 1 hour!!!
I love this store and the products they sell. I am disabled so it was nice that the carts are right next to the disabled parking. The elevators are huge and good for disabled customers. The staff was great and very helpful. Two things made it not quite 5 star. The first is that a lot of items were far back on the shelves, difficult to reach fot disabled. The second is that shelves by the checkouts make it difficult to get to the checkout for someone in a cart or wheelchair. Still love shopping here.
HOLY COW!! NEVER HAVE I EVER Been to a Traders Joe's in my Life and I'm at a lost of words, this is now my grocery store! Very clean and I am very conscious about my food and big into eating healthy, I can now do that without breaking my bank!!! Very friendly staff, and loved the atmosphere and energy there. Very laid back and chill and right next door I can pick up healthy dog food for my dog at Healthy Pet. Wow, seriously. This is my go to!! Seriously so happy!! THANK YOU FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO!!!
Review from 11/07/23 I used to like coming here but I can't find out the best buy or sell by dates on the products I like to buy. There appears to be date codes on them but I don't know if it is the manufacturing/packaging date or the best by/sell by date. I always liked coming here but learned that date codes were non-existent on some products. I would recommend asking employees and managers Until Trader Joe's decides to get that resolved. Review from over a year ago; I always like coming here.
If you've ever been to a Trader Joe's, then you know the quirkiness that makes the stores so special :-) My review will be the convenience and other things about the store. Parking is can be done either in validated parking in a parking garage or paid for on the city streets with a meter. It's easy to access this location from either West 5th or 6th St or from Cesar Chavez. During the normal work hours, it can be kind of difficult to get around due to construction from nearby tall buildings.
What can I say…Trader Joe’s has my heart and saves my wallet each time! It is Sept and I just stocked up on my pumpkin goodies for the year! I love their pastries, pumpkin butter, pumpkin decor, frozen meals, grocery needs and more! They have flowers for every occasion and need. They also have the best gluten-free options for my daughter! She loves their bread, muffin selection and healthy snacks too! This location was so clean, organized and employees were so friendly and helpful!
(comments from my last visit: 9/17/17) As usual, my experience in this store was great. We found everything we were looking for and at a great price. But this time, the customer service was EXTRAORDINARY. Cashier MIKE D. went above and beyond to make sure we left the store as extremely happy customers. I usually don't write reviews, but he really made a good experience even greater! Thanks to Mike and the entire Trader Joe's team for always exceeding my expectations!!!
We do just about all of of our shopping at Trader Joe's. Prices are reasonable, everything is easy to find, produce is fresh, and there's always something new and intriguing to try, especially down the snack aisle. I love that the store is small and I don't have to spend an hour wandering around looking for what I need. The merchandise they stock is good quality, so there's less need for a large variety of brands. I could never shop in huge "super" store again.
Who doesn't love TJ's. If you don't have a few go to items here then your probably a monster. Go after the cookie butter, the mango strips are fire, chocolate babka (?!!). Good bagels. Plus, you can purchase their beers by the bottle. Frozen swordfish yum. Also grab up that ice cream aisle because there's always some new stuff in there. Just try to avoid busy hours unless you have steel toe boots and a strong will to survive
I’ve always been a fan of Trader Joe’s but our interaction with Rose (TJ’s team member) this past weekend has made me a loyal customer for life. While at checkout I happened to mention to Rose that my husband and I were visiting ATX to celebrate our anniversary. She congratulated us and made us feel so special/cared for by gifting us with a treat. Big kudos to TJ’s to recruit and maintain such good staff talent. Keep it up!
Usually I love Trader Joe’s but this location is definitely an exception. From being talked down to to grabbed, I do not recommend going here if you have any kind of disability. They will treat you with disrespect. The one person that is really treated me with respect and like an equal has been Lee, I can’t say enough about him. also, if you can, do your best to steer clear from Wendy, she’s the captain at this location.
Look we all love TJ’s. They have a lot of really good snack selections and just good food items other places don’t carry. I can’t recommend the 4 pack of sparkling lemonade or the white cheddar cheese puffs. I don’t know the exact name but its in a blue bag on the chip isle, they’re delicious and an item I have to get every trip. They also have everything you need to make a banging charcuterie board for like $30.
I live a 10 minute walk from TJ's , so it's my closest grocery. The prices are amazing for a downtown grocery. I've also discovered recently that if you're unsure of a product and what it will taste like, they'll let you open it and check it out and still reject it if you don't like it. Staff very helpful. Also, each time I ask for an opinion on a product, they seem to have actually tried the product.
I love the selection, cleanliness of the store, helpfulness of the employees and overall atmosphere here. And their prices are much better than most stores of its kind. Their frozen food is actually seasoned and doesn't need salt or pepper to taste like food. It's actually fantastic. Much better than from anywhere else. Great beer and wine selection as well. Most of their food is organic to boot.
Fresh produce is well displayed and of excellent quality. So many snacks and a reasonable selection of Chinese style dumplings to choose from. I don't belive the food is too overpriced when comparing to other organic stores. Car park could probably do with a little more ventilation as you can taste vehicle fumes when making the short walk from the allocated trader Joe parking to the store.
Really nice store. Amazing customer service! It was our first time to trader Joe's in Austin and I almost forgot about validating my parking ticket (you get an hour free if you shop there!) The cashier asked if we needed to validate and I was so thankful. He then asked if it was our first visit and I told him how we moved from OH. He then gave us a free reusable bag! That was really nice!
It has an elaborate shelf and wide walking space across the aisle. Products are fresh and worthy of the money spent. However, this store doesn't have all the products that I have found at other stores, eg. Variety for soy milk is limited but almond milk you get plenty of options, skincare related products are also limited. But you get enough of healthy drink options here.
Big shout out to ROSE! A very very kind employee who heard me distressing about being in the store too long and offered to check me out. I love the arepas from Trader Joe’s but the store is a sensory overload for me and raises my anxiety. Rose got me checked out, and gave me and my friend a reusable bag. I greatly appreciated her kindness. Give Rose her flowers, and a RAISE!
It's a Trader Joe's, what's not to love? I feel like this location has a slight edge in terms of what's in stock compared to The Arboretum. And don't miss the kiosk by the elevator that validates parking (I almost did once). Fun fact: I recently read a Slate article that said TJ's employees are always boinking each other. Maybe that's why they're so happy/friendly???
I love Trader Joe’s, but have been disappointed in their produce that last few trips I’ve made. I make sure I check the produce before buying but even still, I’m having to throw away moldy or rotten fruit/veggies a few days after buying and cutting into them. Now I know to avoid their fresh food, but will continue shopping there for their frozen and boxed goods.
I came in the other day with my sister and we absolutely loved the experience. I have never shopped there and the atmosphere was awesome. The flowers were so amazing we bought several bouquets between us. And the young lady who checked us out, Celica, was the best. She was so sweet, friendly and made our experience that much better. We will definitely be back.
I have literally never had a better customer service experience in my existence. Wendee the store manager took me through a guided tour of the store on my first visit. At Walmart, Heb, etc it's next to impossible to get someone to even speak to you. I came out a curiosity and left as a loyal Trader Joe customer. Keep it up Wendee!
I was visiting my granddaughter and she brought me to this store. It was my first time. The atmosphere was lovely but what really made my day was talking to one of the employees, Celica. She was just the sweetest young lady. She spoke so highly of the store and its products. I will make sure I have my granddaughter bring again.
Amazing place to get everything you need at very reasonable prices. They have a great assortment of just about everything, and I love that the produce is mostly organic! Awesome meat selection and my favorite.... a very expansive wine collection. This place rocks, and for the price point, I will be a Trader Joe's mate for life!
Love this place. I've just started coming here and realized how many good options they have. They have a huge variety of healthy options all at very great prices. The customer service is great too. My favorite items are the sliced mango, the jalapeño chicken sausage, the mini beef tacos, and the soy ice cream sandwiches!
Super clean store, nice staff. While the produce selection is relatively small, it’s really fresh and well priced. We also like their artisan breads and wide selection of nuts, dried fruits and special snacks. Plus, there are always lots of cute dogs at the park right outside the store. It’s always a positive experience.
The store is nice. I used to love shopping there even though I don't live right next to it. They just recently changed their parking and now I have to pay 15 dollars just to get groceries. I will be going to whole foods next time. I can get my groceries and even enjoy a coffee without paying for parking.
Trader Joe's is a unique grocery store. A great place to be inspired to try out new food and flavours. Their coffee is always of a good grade with a range of roasting and flavourings to suit any coffee lovers palate. Their cookies come in a range of unique and quality flavours that complement any coffee.
My wife was shopping earlier this week with the pram and one of the staff noticed her juggling a pram and a trolley. He kindly helped her around the rest of her shop and wheeled the trolley/cart to her car. Massive appreciation from both of us and thanks for going the extra mile! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ …
Love the selection here. Staff always helpful. Hard to find parking here but it's worth it. If u are the type of person who likes keeping your fridge fresh and buying small portions this is a great option for you. They also have a lot of natural and organic options! Don't forget lots of beer and wine!
The service at this store is TOP NOTCH. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is a lot of yummy-ness packed into this modest location. I easily walk out of here with a 5 days of food for anywhere from $100-$150 or less. Oh and did I mention the great prices on wine??? Trader Joe's rules!
They're always efficient, clean, organized, and the store is well laid out. During the pandemic, they've done a great job of physically-distancing, sanitizing carts, enforcing safety measures with a smile. They do a better job than Central Market South and Whole Foods Downtown. I love this store.
Forgot to validate parking and was charged 5 bucks. I emailed the parking company with my receipt and they refused to refund the charge. I don’t really care about the money but just think this was unfair and shows their lack of concern and trust of their customers. Left me feeling disappointed.
Pirce was right, attitude was wrong, an most is just for cooking, not much for grab an go of course, I was cut in front of constantly, by staff, everywhere I went, finely outside, I heard moms tell their children, don't sit on the turf, likely full of pet excrement, so I ran away again, ☹️
Such a cute place! They are located next to a dog shop and lawn so pet friendly. They also carried pint house’s special electric jellyfish! I was so excited. Very clean and friendly store. And they had their special traders joe reusable and washable tote bag. My favorite purchase so far!
Always wonderful products and staff. There's free parking under the building for two hours, which is more than enough time for me to get all my shopping done. Don't bother trying to park on the street, it's paid and nearly impossible to find a spot, just head to the garage on seaholm.
Good selection, nice/attentive staff, clean bathrooms. My only problem that I really have with any trader Joe's is that the aisles seems a bit small. And I know it's not the store's fault, but the parking is rather expensive. Trader Joe's does offer 2 hour parking validation though.
SO MANY FLOWERS! I absolutely love this location. Their stock is never low, parking is validated and the get daily flower deliveries! How can you go wrong with fresh organic groceries and fresh flower? You can't! I challenge you to skip the HEB run once and get HOOKED ! …
Love this store for the fun snacks, but parking is really terrible in this garage. There is only one direction to go and cars are waiting for people to load their groceries to take their spots. This backs up the entire line whether you're trying to park or trying to get out.
The best TJs in Austin. Lots of complaints in the reviews about the parking, which the store does not control. However, it is an extremely simple process, unless you can't read. This store also carries the exact same products as the other stores, but is way less crowded.
I find all Trader Joe's to be consistent w GREAT staff. The system at this downtown store is a bit confusing and the clerk was engaging and made sure I knew how to get free, validated parking. This staff grouping are extra strog on team spirit and customer service
They always have a few things I love @Joes that you can’t get anywhere else. the male staff are friendly and helpful . the neighborhood people who shop at this location make it a great place to shop . I like to shop where I vibe with other shoppers . ⚡️
We drove a hour and a half to visit this location and it did not disappoint. I loved the sweet potato chips and turmeric ginger tea fantastic price and this wine is giving me life thank you for your brand. Customer service was outstanding no complaints
It’s funny that my first time visiting a Trader Joe’s was because I had to walk through this store after parking in the garage. It seems smaller than the others. It exits straight out to the seaholm district, which is a beauty in and of itself.
Located in the HEART of Austin, walking distance from a lot of downtown (and across the pedestrian bridge. Trader Joe's is the perfect place to grab a reasonable and delicious Picnic Lunch prior to a walk on the river for a nice picnic.
Easy in and out with a convenient garage and 1 hour free parking with validation. Downtown free parking is a serious perk! The store is bright and clean with a robust selection of my favorite items. Best store to shop at downtown!!
Avoid the store parking need to be done online thru QRS code and if you have any issues and nor are able to complete due mobile signal they will fine you $70 over a $3 ticket. Tjs is aware about this and it is not taking action.
Parking was a strange setup. Some kind of app and had to enter cc details only to get it validated and not pay? Guy was ready to give me a ticket before I was able to get to the qr code then it wouldn't scan. The TJs was great.
Nice place to go shopping, especially if you live in the downtown area. Just about everything you could find at any other grocery store plus a few unique items. There is a gluten-free section also a wide variety of wines.
Always a good experience shopping here. The employees are all so uplifting and helpful whatever you ask. the ramp has validated parking, and the food they carry is natural and reasonably priced. I LOVE TRADER JOE’s!
Summary: well stocked with fresh produce and lovely staff. Details: parking can be a real PITA so don't drive if you can help it. The staff is very friendly and the store is well stocked with the standard TJ fair.
Never been to a TJs I don't love! Staff was super friendly and the place was clean, with beautiful looking produce and fully stocked shelves. Lots of plants and flowers too. Have to stop in when you're in town!
Nice location in Seaholm Power Plant in downtown Austin. Trader Joe’s is a place to shop for those organic foods minus the price tag associated with it. Clean and well-organized shelves and sections.
Rose was by far the most friendly person I've interacted with in a while! She was so smiley and reminder me that today is "Thankful Thursday"! Absolutely love her energy and outlook. Keep it up Rose!
Amazing air conditioning! Reasonable prices and the staff are kind and helpful! If your looking for a good drink on a hot day in Austin I highly recommend their lemonade it's good and inexpensive.
Well stocked store with lots to choose from as a vegan! The staff were so friendly too, the check out lady kindly gave me a free Texas tote bag when she heard my foreign accent. Thank you!!
This location is central in Austin. There is parking in the garage but you do need to validate it in store. It’s a little small but has the basics. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They have so many interesting products at really good prices given that they're all usually organic, fair-trade, or some combination of the two. Fantastic flowers for really cheap as well.
I love coming to trader Joe's for all the great products and all the neat things that you can buy. One of my favorite items is the Chile powder mango slices...I buy 4 or 5 bags every trip!
The tonitruous plant-based thereology of this grocer's comfort food reverberates downtown. Walking distance to many downtown residential buildings, this location is best visited by foot.
Small setting, paid parking that will be validated! Friendly staff, groceries bags included with your purchase, overall nice place if you’re looking for their particular merchandise!
Trader Joe’s is the absolute best in all areas: quality, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and more. My favorite place in the world is in the middle of a trader joe’s snack aisle
TJ''s has some of the best foods such as my favorite: chocolate covered bananas out of the freezer & just $2.79. Just know that if you score a box, you are one of God's favorites.
Always great here. Jon at the register was very sweet and kept up fun conversation with me the whole time. The store is ways clean and the employees are always very happy.
If more people were like Rose, the world would be a better place. Had the best experience this morning at Trader Joe's. Rose will put a smile on your face. Will be back!
Parking is horrible. Unless you live close to it and you can just ride your bike, scooter or walk there. You're not gonna get inside because there's no place to park.
I have visited Seaholm twice recently. But I did not know the parking policy. So I would like to pay my parking fee now. Could you please let me know how to do it?
The selection quality and authenticity of the products at trader Joe's has always been impressive. I found my espresso Italian blend coffee and one of the best.
Always Good! Makes no sense to NOT have one in New Braunfels!! 30 miles is a bit of a drive... A store in New Braunfels with now over 100k people would thrive!!
Love your tortilla options, and yalls bomb snacks, too. Flower choices are great for arrangements, too, especially sunflowers and lavender (when available).
Celica helped me pick out the perfect flowers for my wife. She was so helpful and a delight to just interact with. She made my experience very enjoyable.
Trader Joe’s is also great place to grab a quick juice or a smoothie from the drinks department. They run about $3-$5, which is really affordable price.
David, the store manager, is just too kind. He helped check me out today, and made my day! I think the TJ team here is probably very happy to have him.
Small but good selections. Really saved time for people like me don’t want to spend too much time comparing. Selling points are clear. Price is good.

It’s a Trader Joes! Staff is great, this location has wide isles and has an easy layout. There is lots of parking and is in a good location.

Cute little downtown location. Parking garage can be validated in store to avoid payment. Access to store via parking garage by elevator.
Love TJ's! Been shopping with the chain since before they left California. Go check it out if you haven't been. You'll be glad you did!
