I bought a car from Charlie and on Monday picked it up. It worked perfectly. The next morning it was "missing" and shuddering and the engine felt like it was going to tear itself apart. Charlie had sold me the car without warranty as it was a lower valued car and a 2005 so it was what you see is what you get. However, when I contacted Charlie and told him the problem he got me into his mechanics straight away, had the problem fixed on the same day into mechanics. At no charge. It was the coil that had shorted out. He did this for me with no warranty. I cannot find the words of appreciation. I will always send customers his way! Thank you, Charlie.

The owners Charlie and Tina are lovely people to deal with. After the purchase I did something silly by flattening the battery and i tryed to jump start the car myself with no success. I was unsure at the time as to wether the issue was the battery or somthing else wrong with the vehicle. Charlie made the effort to come all the way out to my house to replace the battery himself. To my relief it started staright away once he had, this kind of compassionate service is something you will not find easily elsewhere. Thank you both very much for such a great vehicle and outstanding service.

Terrific service and an easy, seamless purchase.. Charlie is a good honest bloke. After I bought the car I noticed an issue and when I raised it with him he immediately acted to fix it (at no cost to me) and ensure I was fully satisfied with my car. Hear a lot about dodgy used car salesman but he’s not one of them!

Charlie and Tina are so lovely and helpful! I came back a few weeks later after buying an old car due to some minor issues, and Charlie immediately helped me fix them up! It's clear that they're passionate and knowledgeable about what they're doing, with wonderfully warm customer service!
