I received a gift certificate for a facial/mani/pedi treatment. The Balancing facial was lovely and relaxing and the excellent technician had surprisingly strong hands for the massage portion. There was a portion of the facial where something was being used to roll over my face that felt quite uncomfortable, like little pin picks or electrical shocks, but it wasn't for long. Several days later, my skin looks amazing, so high marks for that portion and despite the discomfort, the treatment worked and I would return. I elected to get lacquer/shellac on nails instead of regular polish to speed the drying process. The same technician who did my facial did my manicure and she had excellent attention to detail, making sure to ask about the shape and length I wanted, and keeping the polish "in the lines". She was very lovely. The technician who did my pedi, although very sweet, wasn't nearly as attentive and I realized the next day that I had to file down several areas where the lacquer/shellac had been applied to my toes rather than my toenails...she also wasn't as good at the massage portion of the treatment and did a lot of swaying back and forth instead of massaging (it was kind of odd). I am a dancer and as a result have some ingrown and damaged sections on my toenails that I have historically left longer in areas to prevent pain and digging into my nail beds...before I realized she was doing it, the pedi tech cut these right down and unfortunately it has resulted in some pain and discomfort over the past few days. Overall, very sweet and kind staff and good experience, but I would have been disappointed if I had to pay out of pocket for the pedi, especially since the package was supposed to have an extended leg and foot massage and it was such an odd experience.

Tranquility Spa surpassed our expectations in every way imaginable. My husband and I were transported to a state of pure bliss through the exquisite couples massage and other spa treatments that were nothing short of rejuvenating. The staff members were incredibly attentive and ensured that every aspect of our experience was tailored to our preferences. It is impossible to overstate the sheer delight that we experienced when we stumbled upon this rare gem tucked away on the second floor. Jimi, the owner, was an absolute joy to interact with, radiating an unparalleled level of warmth and charm that added to the already delightful ambiance. The spa was a haven of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal, creating an atmosphere that was both invigorating and restorative. We would like to extend our deepest appreciation to the entire team at Tranquility Spa for creating an unforgettable experience that we will cherish for years to come. If it were possible, we would not hesitate to give this wonderful establishment 10 stars.

I recently visited Tranquility Organic Spa. I have to say it was a really nice experience. I had received a gift certificate for Healing Package. It included a whole body massage, a facial, manicure and pedicure. Although I loved the whole experience, I simply loved the massage and the facial! The place is absolutely clean, spacious and quiet. Customer service was excellent. The ladies are very friendly and soft spoken. They made me feel welcome and relaxed the entire time. My only complain is that parking is a real challenge. The spa is located in Yaletown. The maximum parking time is 2 hours during the day. My Package took 3.5 hours. I had to park around the area, bit far away. I was lucky to found a parking area that allows 4 hours parking. Even so, by the time I was done, I had to rush to my vehicle as the meter was about to expire. So, keep that in mind if you drive there. Other than that, I had an amazing time there. Thanks so much Tranquility Organic Spa for a very enjoyable experience. Namaste

Absolutely phenomenal! My wife and I've been under Tranquility spa’s care for approximately four months now, and the transformation in my skin is truly astounding. Despite selecting my treatment during the booking process, each appointment is meticulously tailored to the present condition of my skin. Tranquility exceptional ability to keep track of our previous sessions, the products I use, and any notable changes in my life that could impact my skin is truly commendable. If I could, I would add an extra star to this review. Without a doubt, I will continue scheduling monthly appointments with the spa for as long as I reside in Yaletown, and I have wholeheartedly recommended tranquility spa services. Tranquility Spa ladies are incredibly kind and intelligent, but they also ensures that the experience is as relaxing or educational as you desire. I genuinely enjoy my time at the spa. often engaging in conversation and asking questions. I wholeheartedly recommend the spa services with a rating of 12/10.

Very good experience. I don't want to give it 5-star rating yet because I want to come back and try out other services. We did the couples massage (Swedish) and our therapists were pretty good. My husband said hers was more communicative and friendly for sure to which I agree. One thing I could ask for improvement is probably communicating to client before placing the hot towel on the your skin. I was so tired (thus the massage to relax and snooze for a bit) that I just went with it but after processing the whole experience the hot towel jolts me back from my nap. It woke me up everytime my therapist did it. Other than that everything is superb. The owner is friendly and professional. The ambience is relaxing. Music a bit too loud for me but tolerable. I like the use of organic products. Probably the only one in Vancouver just yet. I want to try their facial next time.

Came there for 3.5 hours long SPA program and was very satisfied with everything included into the package: - manicure and pedicure (both with regular polishing); - full body aroma massage (with a focus on desired areas); - facial treatment and massage. The staff was very friendly, communicative and easy-going. That was a time when not only had I a good service for my body, but had a nice time with people there. Especially I enjoyed the aroma massage. Can definitely recommend it. The therapist was great She did a deep work out with my back muscles, literally detected every tensed spot and treated it. I went very thankful to my second half for this present and to the girls for their work

Friendly staff, welcomes you nicely. Spa is very clean. Some downsides to location, bathroom used is the buildings bathroom. Not ideal. Filling out the paperwork before appointment is rushed, don't ask you questions about your problem areas or what you would like to focus on. Paid for a deep tissue massage but certainly did not get a deep tissue massage. Generic massage that was not worth the price. Brought up this concern with the lady at the front, no solution was offered, instead was irritated with my feedback. I appreciate the friendly staff to begin with, perhaps would go back for a different treatment.

The ladies that did my mani and pedi were both so lovely, especially Layla who was very thorough. The space is a nice atmosphere. Removing one star due to a bad experience with who I presume is the owner. She verbally asked me how much I wanted to tip which is always a bit awkward. When I told her, her response was "are you sure? most people give more than that". This made the exchange very uncomfortable. A tip is a discretionary token of appreciation. Maybe she should compensate her staff better rather than making her customers feel guilty. I probably wouldn't go back because of this.

My significant other and I visited for the couples massage and facials while visiting from out of town. They were very accommodating and offered tea & water while we waited. While the couples massage room is a little small, it did not take away from the amazing treatment. The pressure for the massage was amazing, there was a large variety of aromatherapy available and the gentle products left my face and skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. If you're visiting or if you live in Vancouver - this should be your regular go to spa. Thank you, ladies.

My boyfriend took me as a surprise to get a couples facial and it was so amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My skin felt and looked so pump and hydrated after. I also got a gentle extraction, which really hurts but I noticed a huge difference with my nose, she removed almost every black head and my pimples that I had have shrunk. It was both of our first times getting a professional facial and we had an amazing experience here. I would definitely do it again! So much fun and relaxing!

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Tranquility Spa! She has had several pedicures, and said that this was by far the most attention to detail and overall relaxing experience she has had. It was my first pedicure and I found it very relaxing. We both had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the organic quality ingredients (aside from the polishes). Both Bella and Nadine were fabulous! Thank you Tranquility Spa, we would love to come back and we would highly recommend to others!

Got the couples whole body massage and facial with my wife. The room was very hot and when I asked to reduce the temperature they just came up with some excuse about why it is the way it is without cooling the temperature. The massage was ok but the facial was application of different types of creams without any steam etc. A few hours after the massage my neck hurts so not sure about the quality of the massage. Rating it 2 since it's expensive from the service provided

Had the most relaxing massage at Tranquility. The massage therapist made me feel welcome and gave me an excellent massage, addressing my pain points that left me feeling rejuvenated. There was a noisy lady talking loudly outside the massage room , and she promptly went and told her to keep it down without me having to say anything - which I truly appreciated. I went there last week for a facial because my brother had given me a gift certificate. I had the most pleasant experience, they were kind and professional from the second I walked through the door to the moment I left. My skin still looks amazing. This is my the “it” spa. I made a membership. I'm going back at the end of May and I am wait to try other services. Thank you Tranquility Spa.

Got there for my appointment and phoned up to be let in but the line was always busy so couldn’t be let in to the building. Tried for over 20 minutes so finally gave up and left. They called me 1/2 hour after my appointment time to ask where I was and seemed surprised I was annoyed they hadn’t answered my call to be buzzed in!! Need a new system I think!!

I went here for couple's massage and bought the full massage/facial/pedi pkg and loved every moment of it. Had amazing glow after the facial. The girls were amazing, polite and kind. A little expensive but the best massage I’ve had (even beats the most luxurious ones). If nothing else, would 10/10 recommend for the massage for a relaxed weekend!

My husband and I went for our anniversary and got the Romance Forever package. It was the best anniversary we have ever had! The massages and whole experience was incredible. A special shout-out to Nadine. I have never had a massage that good in my life! Highly recommend going here.

This is my go to nail and massage spa in Vancouver. The staff are well trained, and the products and applications carefully performed with a true love for what they do. The owner is lovely and I am glad I have found a reliable spa that is not outrageously expensive.

We have yet to have our massage, but a 5 star rating for the customer service and the kindness of the staff and owner. We had a couple significant setbacks and challenges during our trip in Vancouver and yet they were so accommodating. Thank you!
