Booked a flight on website and with in hours I received a e-mail from Sophie Sabourin says if paid a extra $ 20 fee I would have the services of agent if anything changed or I had a problem . Found that the flight times had changed on airline website and now my change had become much tighter and I received no notice from Transat travel . I went to office and found out I was still a web site customer and would receive no calls or e-mails from office ,what was the $20 dollars extra for ? I would not recommend this agency to anyone as they do provide the services you pay for .

Normally I go to Flight Center but decided to give this agency a try. They are pretty much the same although Transat charges a booking fee. I did get the agent to look through several destinations and resorts before I booked so he earned his fee.

I Was given the wrong insurance information directly from a travel agent and it cost me $1300 even with proof via email that I was given the wrong information.

Always have their glass doors closed in the mall. VERY uninviting. COVID is over folks! Open your doors and maybe you'll get more customer traffic!
