Very bad rates. Brisbane Airport. NO exchange rate display. Sunday 15th May 2022. This place wanted to charge me AU$1 - R$2.65. The oficial exchange was AU$1-R$3.50. Attaching a pic of the rate of the day to this review.
Would give zero stars if possible. $12 flat fee plus 30% difference in exchange rate from the spot rate. Absolute rip off.
Stay well away. Gave me NZD and charged me AUSD. Horrible customer service who won’t help rectify missing $160NZD
