I'm overall really disappointed by the lack of communication and overall level of customer service I received from this shop while buying a bike for my daughter. This was my first time buying from here and based on the experience will definitely be my last. That is unfortunate, since my wife and I are both looking to buy a bike for ourselves also and were deciding between a TREK and something else. Placing the order on the phone was pleasant enough, however it all went downhill from there. Firstly, after paying the invoice in full, I never received a confirmation of receipt of payment or a confirmation about when I could go in and pick up the bike. After calling in a week later, it turned out that I can pick it up the next day. Which is great, however a bit of proactive communication here would have gone a long way. If I hadn't called, I would have never known the bike was ready for pick-up and would have probably continued waiting. No big deal to be honest, but it does set the tone for what was to follow. I arranged a pick-up for the following morning (the person on the phone said they would make a note to get the bike ready by 10am). Due to COVID restrictions, the pick-ups are arranged by having to call the store phone after arriving at the store so they can bring the bike outside. I called in, gave my details and which bike I was picking up and was told that they would bring it out soon. So I waited... and waited... and waited... After waiting for 30 minutes, I tried calling the same phone number and waited for someone to pick up, but no-one did - even after trying to call them 3-4 times and each time waiting until the call got disconnected. At this point I was getting pretty frustrated as I had been waiting outside for around 45 minutes since my first call and had no idea how much longer it would take or if the bike was even ready or not. None of the people inside the store made any attempt to inform or acknowledge me even though it was clear that I had been standing there for the better part of an hour - and I was the only customer there. Since my calls were being seemingly ignored, I was finally able to get through to them when they came to the door to service another customer. By this point, I was already fuming, which was made worse by the unapologetic and abrasive customer service that followed. Listen, I understand how things are difficult with COVID and how you are probably busier than usual, but frankly this kind of communication and customer service is unacceptable. Based on my experience I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
Good quality products speak for themselves, but the considerations and understanding of two particular staff members went well beyond my expectations and was the catalyst behind my decision to purchase on the day. I dealt with Michael day one, and he made the sale. Wanting to purchase two bikes and being recently retired I was on a strict budget; I was sent to the store by staff from the Penrith store as they had identified the city store had a particular bike in stock that I had been eyeing off. When I spoke to Michael, I was immediately put at ease, we talked for a bit, as the bike I was looking for was still boxed up, he showed me a couple of other bikes as I needed to determine the right size bike for me. As soon as I sat on the bike that I eventually purchased, I knew it was for me, no hard-sell on Michael’s part he just knew the product, seemed to understand my needs, and helped me understand how its capabilities better met them. Knowing I was on a budget and wanted to purchase a bike for myself and my wife, we negotiated a mutually acceptable price, and I happily purchased two bikes from the store. Having to wait for the payment to be transferred from my bank I decided to take my son with me to pick-up the two bikes together and ride them part the way home. I dealt with Tobias at pick-up and we both found him to be very approachable and knowledgeable about the mechanics of the bike and his ability to put this into terms that I readily understood. All in all, I had a very enlightened and enjoyable experience dealing with both staff members from the city store, I would recommend the store to anyone considering making a future pushbike purchase. It can’t be understated that they were both were thorough in dealing with my concerns and needs, they conducted themselves in a layback but very professional manner, and ultimately Michael’s initial approach and product knowledge was the main considerations to my final decision, but Tobias reenforced my awareness of making the right decision with his professional handling of and during the pick-up process. I applaud them both and have considered that you need to be recognize their diligence, commitment to work ethics and customer service skills. Great job, thank you guys.
I have bought bikes and accessories on and off here for a number of years back to when it was simply Clarence Street Cyclery. I visited enquiring about a Trek FX3 some weeks before Christmas. Staff that I spoke to were generally attentive. I tried the bike for size but the spec that the bike had in the showroom was not the same as listed on-line. It related to the brakes that are listed as Shimano but were actually (in my view) inferior Tektro disc brakes. When I enquired as to whether they could get a FX3 bike with Shimano discs they were uncertain. When I asked whether I could get Shimano brakes fitted to replace the Tektros (I was willing to negotiate a price) the sales assistant (a young fellow) was pretty firm that they would not do that. With that I said "thanks but I will try somewhere else". Some weeks later when I contacted another Trek dealer in Sydney they had a FX3 in stock and were quite willing to change the Tektro discs to Shimanos for the cost of the parts only. Sale for the other shop and I was a happy customer. I realise that customers can be a pain in the neck and the adage "the customer is always right" is overstated. I was at all times at Trek Sydney polite with the sales guy but certainly a little frustrated. I came in wanting to buy a bike and went out disappointed. Maybe if the young guy had confidence to negotiate and consult further he would have had a sale. I will probably be back one day, maybe soon for accessories and maybe down the track for another bike. But I just found the sales enquiry experience disappointing. There is a big demand for bikes at present and I am aware of the issues with supply of Shimano brakes. However, it is a little irritating to stand in a shop, see a bike that you can easily buy (with a little adjustment) and leave the same shop empty-handed.
The best (no hyperbole) customer service I have experienced in recent memory! I rarely write reviews but the ongoing customer service I have received from Trek Sydney is so outstanding that I was compelled to write a review. If you are tossing up between a Trek bike and a slightly cheaper bike elsewhere (online, other shop), I implore you to choose Trek. If anything goes wrong, they will always make sure you are taken care of. Trek were extremely accommodating to me whilst I was making a decision between different bikes and brands, allowing me to test ride multiple bikes on multiple occasions. I was very unlucky to be hit by a car on the day I bought my bike; this is where the legends at Trek Sydney have really come into their own. They have endured me coming in on a weekly basis to fine-tune my bike and make small repairs off the back of the crash out of goodwill. I'm very glad I chose to buy a Trek bike and love my new bike! Thank you so much to all the legends at Trek Sydney!
I am constantly amazed by the level of servicer with Clarence St Cycles. I have used them for about 20 years and had been in Singapore for the last 10. Two months before leaving Singapore and returning to Sydney I had a warranty claim on a new Trek Emonda, the distributor in Singapore was terrible - wanted to state I crashed the bike, said they would charge me for any change over if Trek global accepted the warranty claim (which they did) and were generally terrible. As I was moving back to Sydney I contacted Trek direct who agreed to ship the frame to Sydney and then connected me with Claire and her wonderful team at CSC. The quality of the service, polite nature of the staff and quality of turn around was simply amazing. This is how you build long lasting customers through honest relationships like this. These guys will look after you so you should by your cycling gear through the team on Clarence Street ... CSC is wonderful - thank you guys
Dear Trek Bicycle Sydney - Clarence Street Team, I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a bike from your store and I must commend the simplicity and efficiency of the testing process. This played a crucial role in my decision to buy. Although I regret that I cannot recall the name of the salesperson who assisted me, I must highlight his exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. The service I received at your store was, without a doubt, the finest I have experienced in Australia. Prior to this, I had bought three bikes in Australia and, frankly, was apprehensive about the process. Often, it involved begging for attention in stores, receiving mediocre service, and then being disappointed with the follow-up after making a deposit. My experience at your store, however, was a delightful change. I am grateful for the outstanding service and look forward to future visits. Thank you. Lyssandro
One of the best customer service i have received in many years. I don't leave reviews that often but the service, knowledge and kindness of the staff at Trek Sydney deserve an excellent one. I need to mention one of their staff members named James, who helped me and left no stones unturned deciding the right bike for me. I was not an easy customer to be honest but the patience, dedication and generosity showed by James was exceptional. He is a true gentleman and passionate about customer experience. What an absolute pleasure dealing with him. Thanks James! Also, need to mention Ali, who was a great chat and showed immense generosity as well. Thanks again Trek Sydney for your patience. I am stoked with my new bike. You all have made a customer for life. I'll be seeing you lads soon.
I was really disappointed they removed the cycle fitting station. It was the only real professional way to fit riders and confirm what size bike. The fitting service really made a difference and was why I visited store rather than another. I understand the employee who ran the service has a private operation in Mosman. What a Shane they have not got him back once in a while or trained another. !!! I do acknowledge sales staff are attentive ( as they should be ) but I would not be back if it was not for helpful attitude of service centre employees. Just wish though bikes were still made in the USA rather than abroad. Investors are getting to demanding. Why can Canyon creek still assemble and fabricate on home soil and Trek cannot. !!!
Jack helped me with picking up a new Domane and was awesome; right through the process of placing the initial order to when the bike was ready to pick up! I knew that being a Project One order, I'd be in for a bit of a wait for delivery, but the bike actually ended up arriving earlier than expected! They set me up with everything I needed with lights, tools, bottle cages - I was really happy with the service! I've owned Treks in the past, so know I am getting a good quality product. It rides so smoothly compared to my Specialized Roubaix (although the Roubaix is quite old now, so I knew there'd be no comparison).
Walked in on Sat arvo to purchase a Trek Rail 7 Gen 3. James was an absolute legend and helped me through the purchase, answered a bunch of questions and sent me out to test ride around the block. It was a very busy arvo and between James and another staff member, they were dealing with 6-8 other sets of customers who each needed different things. Despite this James was never flustered and got around to each person as quickly as he could. I've worked in retail before and know how hard it is sometimes so wanted to take a moment to recognise he's a great asset to the Trek Sydney City team. Give that guy a beer!
I purchased the bike without being informed on Trek’s business partner benefits. I raised this concern to the shop since I just bought the bike a week ago and unfortunately it was escalated to HQ. I wasn’t happy as customer to experience this situation however Trek & Clarence St Cyclery managed to turn the table really quick by approving the request that I believe it is a win-win for the business and customer. I am impressed with how they handled this case, and importantly they were being fair while this matter isn’t something they normally would do to their customer. Thank you Trek and Clarence St Cyclery!
Was in Sydney for a day looking at bikes as I need an upgrade. The store is fantastic, However, I Was in the shop for about half an hour amusing myself as there was no customer service whatsoever. I attempted to get their attention a couple of times but felt I was ignored, a staff member walked passed me twice and did not acknowledge me either. Unfortunately this is very similar to an experience I had there about 4 years ago when I was looking for my initial bike. While they have a great range of stock and beautiful bikes, I will never go there again.
Absolutely fantastic team, they were able to meet my needs while also being able to multi task and help other customers...which really impressed me (This meant the small questions could be answered for those customers with quick needs, all while looking after my purchase). I also required some specific adjustments made to my new bike purchase and the mechanic was more than up to the task....this was on a Saturday!!! Yes, I had to wait a short while but it was well worth it. Amazing bikes (Trek ), amazing service and amazing team
After ordering my bike (Edmonda SL7) which took a few months to come I was served by Tom on my NBD. He was able to take the time on a busy Saturday to set up the bike and to explain to me how the electronic shifting works, what the benefits of the disc breaks were and provided general riding advice. He was a pleasure to deal with and he was able to put a big smile on my face despite the recent horrid Sydney weather. Amazing service from Trek and I will be popping into this shop as a first priority when it comes to bikes! Thanks again!
Great in-store service. Even though I just walked in to buy a new tyre, I felt I was treated like I was about to spend thousands. The staff gave me plenty of time and showed me around their amazing showroom. The bikes were amazing, and lots of accessories were on the shelf to pick up. Such a broad range of bikes, including e-bikes and gravel bikes. Definitely recommend a visit. If you work in town, you can get your spare parts quicker and save on shipping costs. If you're looking for a new bike, these guys are keen to help.
Finally a bike store that is professional, with excellent customer service. After 3 years without a mechanical service, it was this workshop that suggested a mechanical service after visiting many smaller stores over the 3 years. Needless to say the mechanical service to my bike was excellent and the bike rides like brand new now! They have won a new customer that is for sure and I also decided to buy a new set of wheels from them because of their great customer service. Well done ! Paul
I just dropped my FX sports 5 for its first complementary service . I could not be happier with the friendly customer service I received from the moment I walked in the door . I didn’t feel like just a number , I felt a valued customer even though it was a free service . The bike came back so clean and shiny just perfect, I rode it home 20km away as my bike is my only form of transportation. And the gears were shifting absolutely perfect. Could not be happier with Trek Sydney
Highly recommend going to Clarence Street Cyclery for all your bike servicing. Had an issue with my front forks not locking out eventhough they had been serviced by fox around Christmas, Clarence Street sorted it all out for me at no charge and kept me in the loop at all time. They had me back on the track in no time and bikes working great now. I trust their work and have great confidence in their ability compared to servicing I have gotten done in the past by other stores.
I recently purchased Trek Emonda SL6 PRO and I am loving it. I mainly dealt with Guy (an amazing guy!) and I am sorry Guy I gave you a really hard time in making my decision but Guy exceeded expectations. He went above and beyond to make sure that I made the right decision. Guy did an amazing job. To be fair, the people who work at Trek Clarence St are amazing and very friendly and give professional and sound advice. They really made me feel part of the family. Thank you.
Went into the store that had changed since the change and looks alone made it look very premium. I was warmly welcomed and was given loads of information and no pushy sales tactics used. The bikes looked awesome and hope to be going in there to purchase my bike very soon. Didn't buy this time due to nerves on spending a whole load of money but felt well assured that I would be looked after. Hope to be there very soon if you still have bike in my size in stock !!
Awesome service! Having to purchase over the phone due to COVID restrictions, the bike I bought turned out not to be suitable. They were totally great about exchanging it for a different one and fast tracked it for me as I’d already waited for the first one. Even though I’m a novice rider, my more experienced partner and friends had always spoken so highly of Clarence St that I was happy to buy from them, and now I know what the fuss is about!
Overall a great buying experience. My son loves the bike, staff explained the bike to him which gives it a lot of credibility ("the pro's told me how good it is" - think of this from a 12yo mind), bike seems well put together. Delivery was delayed to international shipping issue out of shop's control, and credit to the staff for telling us ASAP about the delay and updating us with realistic timing timing expectations. Really happy.
Trek Sydney Store team is amazing.... I had the pleasure to deal with Ali, who was incredibly helpful in swapping my road bike ( recently bought from Trek Sydney store) for a Hybrid bike. The whole process was so smooth and as I bought an older model, I was offered a great price :) ..Couldn't be happier … Also big thanks to Justin and Tobias for making the experience really smooth ...highly recommend Trek Sydney Store
The in-store knowledge on the different bike and component options for my needs was excellent. This is my third Trek bike purchased from Trek Bicycle Sydney, the offer of a 10% discount was appreciated as the cost of repairing my existing bike was half the cost of a new one. They also moved some additional components and tires for my old bike to the new one as a value-add. Thanks to the Trek Bicycle Sydney team.
Bought a Trek Marlin 5 for my 15 year old son. He absolutely loves it! Great bike! The whole buying experience was fantastic. The service was second to none. From placing the order in store, picking it up, putting on accessories, and the payment. All store persons were helpful, patient and friendly! Might be going back to order another one for my daughter soon. Thank you and Keep up the great work team!
Amazing service. Took my 6 year old dual suspension mountain bike in and the problems were fixed after a very thorough once over. This old bike is now running like new! It’s amazing how good it feels. Smooth, silent, in perfect working order. Very impressive for an old bike. Mechanic Tim did a very very good job. And I know I’m a fussy customer! Great bunch of guys there too. Well done Tim and team!!!
I have attended and purchased multiple bicycles from Trek Sydney. Every visit was great. On this occasion, Jack was very helpful and very patient in helping me select a new pair of MTB shoes and pedals. He explained the differences between products allowing me to consider my options. I ended up making multiple purchases and was very happy with the experience. Thanks again. ♂️
We were visiting Sydney during our travels in Australia from Canada, when we spotted the Trek Sydney store across the street. Being Trek owners and riders we had to go in. Owen and the team were so friendly and accommodating. It was great to chat about biking in Australia and across the world. I would 100% visit again and if we lived in Sydney we would definitely buy our bikes from this store!
I bought my first road bike (Emonda ALR 5) here and can highly recommend Trek Sydney. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, all being cyclists themselves. The bike and gear choices are impressive; the shop also offers bike service and fitting. Trek Sydney has many options to suit your needs, whether you're after an expensive aero machine, or a more budget entry-level road bike.
I was outside the store at 5:32pm as my Trek bicycle tyre was flat and I just needed a quick pump up to cycle home, staff member were jumping up and down the stairs with a bike inside the store, I asked for help and I show my flat tyre and didn’t want to help at all. I do understand that the store close at 5:30pm but I was hoping for a little help. No good customer service at all.
I hired bike from Livelo and had provided the incorrect saddle height. I went to Trek Bikes on Clarence Street and they had just closed. The guys inside opened up for me and reset my seat height and gave me a tail light! - refused my money for it so I bought a water bottle! They went above and beyond to help a visiting cyclist!! Thanks again guys you are champions!!!!
The service was next level the staff went above and beyond to sell me the right bike for me. They then went even further and helped organise a transfer of a bike that was under the usual transfer price and then on pick up customised the bike in store to suit me and my riding. The bike it self is amazing looks wise and performance. I am very happy with this purchase
Got my road bicycle front brakes fixed on the same day (during their busy week). My bike was just a cheap bike I got from a discount store. They were very helpful team and even pumped up both my tyres. Even got a minor discount for the service as the job required was simple. - thank you so much. They also has some amazing looking bikes in their store! And quality.
Very relaxed and pleasant purchasing experience in the Trek Store Sydney. Mike set up a couple sized bikes on the trainer without fuss and after trialing the the two sizes I was walking out of the store with a new bike. Happy New Bike day! I have to say I am well pleased with the Checkpoint. What an awesome bike! Thanks Mike for your help :)
Big thanks to Mike who was always friendly and helpful. I took 2 months to choose a bike and I was in there every week having a look and I didn't feel rushed at all, even though I was probably super annoying :) Once I settled on a bike, they sorted out my adjustments whilst I waited. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.
My first e mtb purchase today was made easy and uncomplicated by Wally and the team at Trek Sydney.Would highly recommend to anyone about to make the decision to purchase a bike of any description. The cost these days is not insignificant but you could be sure your in safe hands here. Thanks again and looking forward to my next visit.
I needed to return a bike to a neighbouring bike shop, which wasn’t open on the day I needed to return it. Trek kindly offered to take the bike for me. When I brought the bike in, they also let me use the pro bike cleaning facilities (not for customers) but I really wanted to return the bike in good condition. Helpful, friendly team
Honestly the best service I have had in a long time. I’m going to mention Matt….he was an absolute wealth of knowledge and super helpful with explaining everything. I’m an absolute novice at mountain biking and he was just fantastic. If you have any questions or general advice on mountain biking go into Trek….I’ll definitely be back
Trek Sydney go above and beyond for their customers. Mike helped me secure the bike I wanted for an incredibly competitive price and Aidan was just as excited to help me get to know my new bike as I was to hear about it. I can’t wait to become a regular customer for any other purchases or servicing I need done. Thanks guys!
Trek Sydney continue to provide after sales service whenever needed well after our purchase. I've got to say it's been awesome to deal with them as I told them in phone call recently when we needed to get a copy of the receipt a year on from the purchase. Just as happy to help now as they were then. Top shelf team.
Great customer service. Great communication by the sales department and service department. All parts ordered and ready to go for a planned bike build. So happy! Pop in and speak to Mike and the boys for your needs. They are honest and very helpful. Not trying to sell you something that you don't need. Thank you
Went in there today after an enquiry phone call regarding my front brake. So I got there and the staff assisted me right away, got straight to work on the front brake and fixed it. Didn't charge me much at all and explained everything he was doing as he went. Left the store with a positive customer experience.
Knowledgeable staff but they don’t keep their promises. They promised to have a new bike ready by last Thursday or Friday. Those days went past without any communication from the shop at all. Nothing. I could have understood if they’d called to say sorry we’re running a few days late. Not even a text message.
James was very helpful and kind, best bike shop I’ve been too tops all others. Service was above and beyond and again James was extremely helpful and very friendly, I reckon Trek has the best service. Cheers James for the help and the other Trek staff going to Trek made my day thanks Lads. Liam.
Trek have always made some of the best bikes. However the service at Trek Sydney is why I will always buy trek and recommend them the team is without a doubt amazing best buying experience I have had in a long time 6 stars. If you are looking for a bike go see them you won't be disappointed.
Excellent customer service! All staff have great product knowledge and make it easy to find the best product for your needs. Clarence St Cyclery provided a great buying experience! I had a minor issue with my new bicycle and it was rectified promptly and professionally.
1 star rating for the mechanic/servicing. Used them because of their convenient location. Replaced brakes but didn't check if they gripped/worked, plus didn't tighten wheel when they put it back on. Both Trek and Giant seem to be carelesd and/or incompetent.
I was so satisfied with their first approch when I walked in to the door and gave me a solid advices on products that I was interested. Also Owen Raynolds the store manager advised me Zip Money Information which I was cuirous on purchasing bike on fiance.
Had an excellent selection of cycling apparel and bicycles. I purchased my first ever road bike from here, and it is still rolling strongly. I have been back here several times since then, and every time I have had a great experience. Staff
Genuinely helpful assistant went into great detail to help me understand what bikes and accessories I might be interested in as a beginner rider. Didn't make a purchase that day but know exactly who to go to when my bike comes back in stock.
I would like to thank the excellent service I received from the seller Rodrigo, I am new to cycling and like any beginner, full of doubts about which equipment would be more suitable to my profile. The attendant Rodrigo, besides being very
Just today I added a second bike to my collection and I received really great service. Matt was really helpful and so were the rest of the staff. Matt took the time to fit my out my bike so it was safe. And also added a few extras on it. I
Have been buying bikes here for over a decade. Staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Walked out the door with a brand new road bike and a bunch of goodies to help me out. Looking forward to the next bike already.
Great store, have anything you could need. Charlie very knowledgeable and great at remembering faces. Take the time to give you a precise bike fit so they know they're providing the best service and product they can. Shop nowhere else.
Taro and Trek Sydney were amazing. I knew what I wanted and was happy to walk away if the service wasn’t good. When you spend Trek bike money, you want it to go to someone who is worthy. Taro was second to none. Peaceful, helpful,
Jokers. Called the shop to ask if they could repair a flat tire on my Non Trek Ebike. Was told yes no problem, only to bring the bike in and be told the shop will not do any services on Non Trek Ebikes. Frustrating. Team Fail.
Mike from Trek was an absolute legend who went above and beyond. A true community and passion for cycling was present with professional yet easygoing staff. Fixed my tyre up efficiently and really do appreciate the service!
Fantastic service from people who really know there stuff. Mike was so good to talk to and the new bike is awesome.Everyone is friendly and they have plenty of stock. I love my bikes and this experience has been the best.
Came here to buy a new bike for my son and the staff were very helpful. You can tell they’re very experiences and great at what they do. Will definitely be revisiting again if I need to buy another one. Highly recommended
Trek makes things easy. Nothing is a problem and their bikes and staff are fantastic. So good I bought two bikes ! This is my second Marlin for my boys. Well made, fun to ride, look great and a great entry in MTB
Very professional and knowledgeable staff here. Bought a few things and they only sell quality stuff. Also got my bike serviced here and they did a great job. Feels like a new bike and it's fun to ride again .
See Owen if you want awesome service, I went in to order a bike that was not in stock, but somehow Owen worked his magic and managed to arrange the bike I wanted and I walked out of the store with it that day.
The team of Trek Bicycle Sydney was helpful accommodating and gave expert advice. They provided a complimentary first service that was excellent. Will recommend them to anyone living in and around the city.
Was looking for two bicycle boxes for air travel. Staff sorted through various boxes to find ones that were sized right for my bicycles. They didn't sell me anything but couldn't have been nicer. Thanks!!!
Great shop! Always very helpful and generous with their time. Have gone in a number of times just to ask questions, pick up parts here and there and it's always been an approachable and quality experience
They were able to provide and fit a new set of shifters that I had had trouble locating. I also had a full service done on my road bike. The work was done quickly and the bike was returned like new.
Friendly, efficient service with great quality products. The staff took time to understand my requirements and match me to an appropriate bike. Also took time to ensure I got the right fit.
Such a pleasure to buy from Owen and team. Despite the small mishaps (which were fixed and compensated) it’s was the best experience I’ve had in my 30 years of buying bicycles.
10/10 service. All staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Guy, Sebastien and Louise were all fantastic at what they do. Keep up the good work guys.
great group of folks here that are passionate about cycling with loads of experience whilst keeping your personal goals & riding style in mind. top of the line mechanics.
Great assistance and lots of relevant advice about my product purchase. You get the feeling they're intimately involved in the whole process, not just making a sale.
Great service and expert advice from the team at CSC. You won't be disappointed upon visiting! Could not be happier with my new Madone! Thanks for everything guys.
Even as a “browser” the staff were happy to give me some time talking about their latest range of Trek road bikes. They were very polite & knowledgeable. Thanks.
Cool store in Sydney's CBD. I found the team really helpful (above and beyond) and they do a great job of supporting cyclists. Keep up the great work!
Yes definitely the products are available and service is good as well. A quick recommendation, please guide the users who purchase a new bike for 15
Great service! Staffs are all friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond to help you out, can’t wait to join your trek rides in the future!

Helpful staff. Needed some tubes to resolve a tragic ride to work with two flat tyres! Sorted me out for a happy ride home …
Excellent friendly service. Did not feel like I was being sold or ripped off. Excellent solution for my needs at a good price. 10/10
Great service and products. Would highly recommend going it and having a chat with these guys. It'll be where I keep going for gear
Very helpful and informative staff - they took the time to help find the right bike. Not pushy, and polite and welcoming
Needed a heart rate monitor asap. Owen helped me out with no issues and even price matched another shop. Great service!
Thinking about buying a casual riding bike and have been getting great help from everyone I have spoken to there.
Trek Sydney is a great place to buy a new bike. Awesome bikes and exceptional service. Thank you Maddy and Nick!
what can i say, beautiful bike, good services...ahead of schedule...love every minute of riding since i got it
Good selection of bikes and accessories and staff were helpful in finding me the right product for my needs.

Outstanding service friendly staff you'll definately find the bike your after at this trek store

Clarence St Trek service was great. See Owen, he was very helpful and great to deal with.
Very good customer service. The product I brought really comfy and protective.
Very friendly staff & excellent service. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Super helpful & friendly team. No hard sell which was refreshing!!
Service was very prompt and thorough. Friendly and knowledgeable.
James from Trek is possibly the nicest dude I've ever met
Friendly, competent staff. Quick, quality service.
Great bunch of guys, very helpful and polite
