I had a very disappointing experience with this electrical company. I was initially hopeful when they were appointed through my builder for some electrical work. However, it's been three long months of frustration. Every time an appointment is scheduled, the electrician never shows up and doesn't even answer calls. I've had to take days off work, only to have my time wasted. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Please dont waste someone’s precious time.

I called Triple active electrician to fix some issues with my bedroom lights Sam turn up when promised and found out there is something more to it he explained me everything politely and come back another day, to execute his work diligently and carefully. He is polite, considerate and professional. Highly recommend using him for any electrical work you may need.

Sam was great. Punctual, efficient, honest, friendly, tidy, and did the job in less than half the time another electrician quoted ! Helped me set up my water feature and rearrange pot plants. Had some extra lights and power points (with usb) installed in my house. Great workmanship and attention to detail. Made sure the new down lights perfectly lined up with and matched the existing ones. They even cleaned up after themselves! Will definitely use again.
