I love Tropical Smoothie, I always order the same thing, but never get the same product. I get that employees may be busy, but I never once the same thing twice. It’s always either something missing or I get something that I expressly asked not to add. It just gets frustrating. I have allergic reaction to onion and though I ask not to add onions to my order every time, they added onion 4 times out of my 30 something times I ordered from them. I am not trying to get someone in trouble, but this kind of irresponsible handling of food may get someone really sick or worse.

This is what you get when you use a reward. The smoothies taste bad and the staffs are totally not welcoming. The staff who made my drink is obviously new cause I saw him not knowing exactly where each ingredient located. He did offer to remake it, but the “manager” gave the new staff a face that was ok and leave it. There’s no friendliness is this place, but only an unwelcome environment.

Depending on who's making them, their smoothies are too liquidity and tasteless. There's one staff member who makes a perfect smoothie, which makes me think that the others are not following the correct proportions; just throwing ingredients in the blender. Several of the staff require retraining, so that customers aren't wasting their money on tasteless juice.

I went for a smoothie as I always do in the morning before 10am and was told today by a young girl that the special ends 9am, which is not true since I get one every morning. If she don't know prices she should not work there. As a senior every penny counts.

In a world full of food and drinks that might as well come off a factory assembly line, it's nice to have a place that actually uses real ingredients in its offerings. Sure it certainly costs more than other places, but you can really taste the difference and that makes this place a cut above the others.

Really delicious fresh food. Requested a side of fresh spinach leaves for my tortoise and they were happy to oblige. Uncle Twinkletoes gave it a 10/10

A lady by the name that I believe was Angie was super nice and even was patient enough to explain the ingredients of the drinks I was interested in which is important since I have bad food allergies

What an awesome place!!! Very clean and the staff was on point! Very knowledgeable about everything I asked about, friendly and accommodating!! Highly recommend this location!!!

This place asks if you want to tip on checkout but the workers do not receive the tip that you paid for. Not cool

Worst one on the island. They don’t stick to the recipes when it comes to the smoothies And the music is always filled with curses and inappropriate.

This place is awesome. They have great smoothies, food. They have tables and chairs. Cute place. Nice staff. Decent pricing and lots of promotions

The manager Angie I believe was the name is one of the nastiest people I ever encountered…I rather baya bowl honestly at this point

It was ok nothing to write home about. They add sugar to the smoothies but you can exclude it. The food was just mediocre.

They have the tip on locked so your forced to give the max. Poor dems always shady n begging
