I came in the morning of 7/4 and the atmosphere was just not inviting. Maybe it was too early idk. The manager was wearing a hat that said “the boss” but she wasn’t really leading by example; she didn’t greet me when I came in but whatever. I was working with a new hire she was sweet but super new and no one really was helping her. I asked of I could purchase a kid size cup of the smoothie I was ordering (because I always see them throwing the leftover away and I offered to pay for it) the manager who hadn’t spoken to me the entire time chimed in and said “no” I was like? I’m sorry I’m offering to pay for it? She then double down and was very short with me. “Sir we only sale one size” now I’m not sure about the policy and I don’t care. My problem was the way she spoke to me like I wasn’t a paying customer and like I was bothering her for asking to purchase something that they were throwing away? I know this is a newer location but maybe this manager needs some sensitivity training. Hope she’s having a better day. Tropical smoothie is one of my favorites and this experience has me thinking 2x on returning.

I am frequent to this location and use the app to order to take advantage of the Tropical Smoothie point system. However, the last two visits have not been the best. Today I showed up around 10:30 and my order was expected to be ready by 10:47 as I saw it up on the screen, just for the women making the smoothies at the time to turn off the monitor and forgot about my smoothie. I didn’t receive my drink until 10:55 which is disappointing. I understand this is a new location, but there still should be some sort of communication and accommodation when an order is not ready or behind rather than attribute and frustration from the employee. I will still frequent this location with hopes that this issue will be addressed.

This location I will not go to again. This is the second time an incident like this happened. The morning staff on 3/15/2023 allowed my online order to be stolen. I inquired and told then this happens repeatedly which make me late for work. One of the staff members said, "Don't come in here with no attitude" and mumbled obscenities under her breath. Of course I am upset because I ordered on the app over 30 mins before pick up and no one monitored the food and smoothie that I paid for. The staff member was rude and did not offer to remake any of my items. The another staff member said that she issued a refund but I had to wait in the cafe before she told me that (I thought they were re-making my food at the time).

Cashier n that young lady who makes the food have terrible attitudes, especially the Cashier who just walked up to look at me without saying "how can I help you or what can I get for you". I had to say "hello, how are u?" Charge me for extra dressing for my salad but didn't get extra dressing....none on salad. I just got 2 small cup of dressing, and I had to asked for another cup of dressing. So the cashier goes to the young lady to first say something about me, which the young who's making the food, turned around to look at me. Then I got my dressing.

I’ve been to this location several times. Each time my order takes a long time. Today I ordered and a customer who ordered after me order was ready before mines. There’s only 2 staff working so I tried to have patience , but this is ridiculous. I’ve placed orders online and still have had to wait long periods of time. Each time I have came to this location it has not been busy, only one or two other customers.

I Don’t Recommend this tropical smoothie. I was there about two weeks ago and there was ants crawling in my bag. I had ordered flatbread and a smoothie. This is sad they must have a pest problem. That is the most trifling location out of them all. I always support but this is getting out of hands. They don’t even wear gloves or hair nets, everyone in there is rude and dirty! They need a better staff

I drive Uber and the owner was a rider of mine one day. I prefer to patronize Black own businesses and decided to try her establishment a few days ago. The staff was friendly and the service was good especially for young people working. I definitely will go back again soon. Thank you for bringing this healthier yet tasty alternative to our neighborhood.

Couple reasons why I like this location: It’s an open counter, so you can literally see everything and see who knows what they’re doing and treating your smoothie with love, My last visit was great , smoothie was blended to perfection . Anytime I spend my money at any establishment I always pray that it’s worth it because ppl don’t care

They need to teach these people how to make a proper smoothie everytime I go to this location it’s tastes like a strawberry water down smoothie this my 4th time at this location and it’s my last time at this location…I love tropical smoothie but not this location I do not recommend it’s like a mini circus do better please thank you

Wish the good vibes & goodwill owner, David, all the best in this new location. Tropical is the best smoothie place. Island Green (drink yr veggies) and Bahama Mamas (jolly rancher in a cup) are tried and true but there’s something for all smoothie taste buds and dietary needs. Can also ask for reduced sugar.

Keona & Myangel makes the BEST smoothies! I love their customer service, energy, and passion for their customers. They greet you every time you enter the establishment and make me feel welcomed to the point I am now a loyal customer. I come in everyday!!!

Ordered through the website online yesterday. They made it when I arrived. Smoothie was perfect. I was in and out, no complaints. Thank you!

How do you forget to give the smoothie to the driver and not refund people or bring them the smoothies, the whole reason I order was bc I wanted smoothies HINTS YOUR NAME …

I liked this location however my last few visits have been uncomfortably long and stressful. The staff is slow and inconsiderate. 2/13 Probably wont be back for a long while.

Listennn. The guys that were on the schedule on 2/24 around 4:30pm did a great job with my food. It was delicious, fresh, and didn’t take a long. Keep them on the schedule!
