the dishwasher in my house doesn't work, and the shower faucet has a problem of not sensitive for water temperature, so i called. (i really regret not seeing all the comments here) The service seems overpriced. To get the faucet fixed spent me CAD 388+tax. (It was quoted CAD 288, but after the technician found that a part needs to be replaced, the quote changed to CAD 388, and at that time I have no choice other than let him finish the work). What was worse is that the technician didn't solve my dishwasher problem, when I began to test the dishwasher, it seemed works, but before the technician left, it stopped working again, and i asked him if it still not working would you come back and fix it? he said he did everything he can, if things happen i should call Miele Support. At that time i think it is fine if he doesn't come back but i thought they wouldn't charge it for something they didn't solve. And it turned out that the dishwasher hasn't been fixed. I called the trouble shooter office, and been told that they will still charge CAD178 + tax. because the technician spend time on it. And they said the technician told me that he can't guarantee the work. which he didn't. he did say that he will just go through the steps on the instructions, but if he said he can't guarantee anything, there s no point for me to let him start the non guarantee work for CAD178 + tax, right? BTW The miele technician charged a flat rate CAD199 but guarantee it will be fixed. Overall, i am not satisfied with the service at all, even i saw how hard the technician worked on it. What i need is getting the problem solved. Update: The manager removed the CAD 178+TAX for me.

We have been using Trouble Shooters for the past 3 years to do all of our Catch Basin and Sump Pit cleaning for all of our properties, multiple times for the year. They have been, without a doubt one of the best companies we have ever worked with. From Stephanie and Sue in the office to the absolutely outstanding young man Allen who services all of our sites. Communication with Sue is prompt, her replies are informative and detailed and she is always understanding and accommodating with the scheduling. Now, for the main reason I am taking the time to write this review.. Allen!! He is by far one of the most amazing, hard working individuals that I have come across is a very long time. His attention to details, his knowledge about the work, the time and dedication he takes to perform the cleaning services is truly top notch. He is such a kind person, always respectful and in good spirits. He is helpful and openly communicates what he is doing and why. He has taught us alot about drain cleaning and its importance which is so appreciated because we can accurately and confidently relay this information to our customers. Allen is always professional and just an all around amazing person. It is employees like him who are a true representation of a company. Allen deserves 11/10 stars for quality service, he has never let us down. We very much appreciate his hard work. Trouble Shooters is very lucky to have Allen on their team, and because of that, they have secured us as customers for a very long time.

I called Troubleshooters after seeing one of their vans in the area. I had a draining problem in my basement, and was worried that there would be a root in the pipe or something. They showed up in a couple of hours and seemed to be well informed about this type of issue. When all was said and done the problem was cleared in less than an hour. They even checked the pipes under the sinks and the toilets to make sure that there were no other complcations. The price was as quoted, and we were very pleased with the service. I would be happy to call them again in the future.

Good work, very good price. Sean arrived on time, worked hard to find a tricky problem in our 3-storey + basement home, sourced the parts, and kept working until the job was complete and tested. Sean protected everything with drop sheets and was pleasant to deal with. Happy that it all works and it's obvious that the owner really cares about his business and people.

Extremely over priced, technician showed up to exam the problem, spend 2 minutes maximum to turn on a water supply valve and tighten up a nut on the main shut-off valve, total time spent working on the problem is literally TWO MINUTES, charged me $145 for that. Next time ask for an estimate before even letting them to put a single wrench on your property.

Excellent experience. The Trouble Shooters team were quick to respond to my inquiry and their Plumbing Technician Ian was able to identify the source of our roof leak and explained how to avoid similar problems in the future. I was DIY plumbing at home and got myself into 'hot water'! Needless to say it was beyond my scope and we had to turn the main water off and call in the professionals. It was a Sunday and Gerry's team came to the rescue and fixed the broken pipe and in doing so saved my marriage. Thanks guys for coming so quickly.

We never did business with them. But we just once filled in their contact form for a quote request. Since then we receive literally 100s of spam emails from their site and domain on a daily basis. More than a month now, so far it has not stopped. What kind of business is this and who designed their website?

I called for an estimate over the phone. I clearly stated my problem. They insisted on coming in to give a quote and charge $150 to come to your house. So a fee is forced upon you so they can give you a quote. Pretty stupid! What's the point of asking for a quote on the phone? Great ethics you have.

Really nice staff. Came and fixed same day within a couple hours. I found it reasonably priced for the value and time spent. I'm sad to see some 1 star ratings because the issues outlined by those who gave them seem kind of ridiculous. I would definitely recommend Trouble Shooters to anyone.

Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain and fix the problem with our clogged drain. We had tried two other companies prior and still had issues. We are very happy with our service and would highly recommend Nick and company to our friends and family.

I had Trouble Shooters unclog my kitchen sink which had been backing up occasionally for awhile. The plumber was professional and was able to get my sink unclogged pretty quick. I'm happy with the service and the price was fair. Definitely would use them again.

Andrew was here early and had his equipment set up so when the city shut off the water, he was quick and efficient replacing the main shut off valve. All inside of 30 minutes. Didn’t need the city to come back. Very nice and professional young man.

Nick came quickly and solved the problem I and my neighbour had with our joined sink drains (in an apartment/condo building). He was also friendly and informative, and answered any question I had.
