Worst overall institution ever! Two weeks of hell calling multiple numbers, as told, and going into locations. Staff is sarcastic and not even aware of the Truist systems. More apologies than solutions. Look elsewhere, really!

So, I've never really greatly cared about my relationship with my bank, and I had no idea that after being a customer of this particular banking entity for two decades, that the Mandarin Branch was actually my home branch.

Went into truest bank and was told to leave after I had permission to bring my dog with me. Manager needs to go back and learn how to respect people and talk. The malaja The manager should go back and get some manners.
