Let's start with I RARELY review. It's been a few days and I just wanted to really give love to this company and their lovely employees. Jose was quick and clear on the phone as I was working and basically got me all set up while at a red light. Love quick, clear and concise! They kept in constant contact even though this was a last min move I booked on a mon for wed. Let's talk about the move. 1st scared because MOR Furniture was my last delivery; there are no clean words to use for the "experience". To date, Bob's has been the standard I look for. Well Ali and DeAnthony came thru making light, clean, professional, fun work. I love these guys, and will request them specifically with all further moves. I left 1st but they beat me to my house, how?! They were so professional and fun, I'm honestly so happy. It was just 2 big chaise lounges, but they really made it look so easy. No dirt, Ali even washed his hands to make sure no dirt got on them. They weren't loud, they communicated each other effortlessly. 50 ! I have a couch chair I had to push into the dining area, scarred my floors doing so. DeAnthony offered to move it to the bedroom its supposed to go to for me. I wish the room was ready, cause idk how I'm going to get it in there next wed. All I'm saying is this was my 1st experience, and it was chef's kiss. Perfect team, great vibes, light, clean work. Book this company!

The three gentleman that helped pack. My items were very nice and worked hard. I have nothing against them. The only thing is, I didn’t feel like it was very professional. They didn’t even have any shirts to represent what company they were working for. I just didn’t seem right that’s on the company not the gentleman the company on the other hand try to charge me an extra $200 for drive time that it took for the guys to get Place. But when I looked into it, it took them 50 minutes to arrive at my home. That was only 3 miles away from their dispatch which mapped out to be about seven minutes. They were trying to charge me an additional $200 for the additional minutes of travel time. Just seemed a little bit shady. I had to argue back-and-forth with the phone operator to get them to remove that charge but I am grateful that they did. I probably won’t use this company again just because like I said, the overall experience didn’t seem very professional or consistent. It seems like the movers didn’t have a very strong relationship with the company they’re working for. Again I want to say that I don’t believe it’s the fault of the Movers but solely on the company

Pick someone else - Showed up 1.5 hours late and cost me an extra $200 in a move coordinator fees from my building, they damaged my wall, baseboard and door frame taking a couch out from the upstairs which cost me $400 in repairs from the owners of the unit, They took my computer monitors, my kitchenware and some clothing. I moved 1/2 block and somehow ended up with missing items. They did find my computer monitors and returned those the next day but the kitchenware and clothing are still MIA. Their customer service is a bunch of kids with no authority and the grown ups in the room don't feel the need to get involved when things clearly don't go well so I can't get anyone with any authority to call me back or do anything to rectify this. I moved from the Bay Area to San Diego and it was flawless (with another company). I move 1/2 block with these guys and I'm missing half my kitchen. Wild times. I'll update this if they actually fix the problems but I doubt it. They prefer to waste hours of my time.

So this guys were blocking 5 cars in a moving in my building today! I call their company to have them move the truck so I can make it to a musical class on time and the person in the phone was completely careless, hang up on me twice and said multiple times that there was nothing she could do that she was not driving the truck and that she has called operations already, several people from my building started helping me locate the apartment where they were working and when I make my way there guys where just packaging stuff like they were never told they needed to move the truck! Not just patiently made their way to the truck but also continuing loading stuffs like if they have not already made me 20 minutes late!! … unbelievable that they think their actions are in any way justified! How come you park a massive truck blocking 5 cars in a Saturday at 9am and leave no one to attend in case people need to leave their parking space!

The actual movers were fantastic. However, the office was horrible. Regardless of multiple confirmations and request to have conversation over email (as I also have work at their regular office hour), they kept on calling me for important information and I kept on having to remind them of sending emails. More importantly, I was charged differently than what I was shown. At the end of the move, the movers showed me the price that resulted in ~900. I was charged over 1300. I asked for clarification and it has been 4 business days since the first inquiry and no answer. I really don't recommend this business for the move. Just hire the movers - movers were excellent.

If there was an option to give zero stars, would select that. Thoroughly unprofessional packers and movers sent. Without even mentioning the extremely poor quality job involving multiple items being broken/damage (compared to multiple other movers/packers we have hired earlier) - one of the movers intentionally worked slow the entire time and cursed the customer! We know several people who hired TwoMen&A Truck and have had better experiences, so I hope this is a specific issue to the team that was sent for us. Have waited >2 days for the company to respond to complaints. None yet.

Long overdue review for these guys, who literally made my move an act of grace and joy after a ton of stress! DeAnthony and Harley were absolute sweethearts and stellar professionals. They assessed quickly, devised a fast plan, and had my move complete in less than the estimated time. I can’t say enough about their attention to personal service, kindness, and professionalism! Will use again. So sorry it took me so long to post bc they are awesome! ❤️❤️

My family and I underestimated our moving load and needed help with a quickness. I called Two Men and a Truck to see if they were available and I had the team ready to rock 24 hours later. The gentlemen were absolutely darling and they got all my furniture moved in about 3 hours. I got a text asking how things were going which was kind. Moving is stressful, dude. We’ve used Two Men & a Truck in the past so we’re happy to use again. They did not disappoint! They were efficient, thorough, and careful. This time we had Dustin, Devon, and Van and they were great. Personable and got stuff where we needed it. Hopefully we don’t have to move for a long time, but would use this service again if we did.

Wish I could do 6. Que and Austin gave me the peace of mind I needed and a fun stress free move if there ever is one. Both dudes deserve a raise! They were polite, courteous, quick, and respectful. Alex, Pedro, and Carson did a wonderful and efficient job. I’m very appreciative that I was able to book a Sunday move only one week in advance. I also appreciated the explanation of costs over the phone prior to booking, and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend this moving service.

Just a badly run franchise, The movers are sent out with no supplies. And the trucks have exclusively ramps which leads to a slower move . And if there's a large heavy item like a upright piano there's no way you can roll that up this deep
