Well I tried to resolve this by speaking to Skylar AND Curtis about the issues I had, but NEITHER responded to my inquiries or made good on what they said they would do to rectify the matter. Within the first 30mins of moving, ill refer to him as Mover A (bigger one with sandy colored hair) broke one of our vases. His non care-ish attitude was pervasive throughout the next 5 hours that we had to deal with him. He was NOT a pleasure to work with. Bad customer service all the way around, but he was the one "in charge". Mover B (thin one with dark hair) was the true worker and the pleasant one. I have nothing but good things to say about him. Anyway, they made a big deal about moving our 2- 75 inch TV's and said it told us in the pre moving document that they couldn't move TV's that size AND they couldn't dismount them from the wall mount. Upon review of that document it said NEITHER of those things! The manager Curtis called and after going back and forth with him, he promised to send a crew back to get the TVs for us if we got them down. We got them down, but ask me if Curtis or anyone called or came back to transport our TV's NOPE!!! I put the TVs in my quote, but ended up having to find someone to move them for us. Now mind you they are going to say we had a bunch of totes that weren't on the list, but we told them to take the 12 boxes off we had ordered through them because we were going to use totes instead. So we would've had their boxes anyway that I DID add to the quote for items we wanted moved in each room. I've asked repeatedly for the movers names so I could give my review, with no response. This was all around NOT a good experience. The extra time it took to do a claim, argue about thr TVs, talk to the manager also made me go over my time so I had to pay extra for that too! Not a happy customer!

I guess I'll start with the positive. The two guys whom were assigned our move were professional and completed our move in less than the scheduled time. My wife and I hired Two Men and Truck to move our heavy furniture, bedroom suites (new), dining tables, TVs, etc, to our new home, which is currently being renovated with new paint and floors. This company came highly recommended by several people we spoke with and whom had used them. Let's begin.. The movers never covered any of our furniture with protective padding causing damage to the stairway bannister and the dresser, not just chips you fill in with a pen but significant, noticeable damage. Not to mention they did not have any tools to breakdown the furniture and left some trash in one of the bedrooms. Once they arrived at the new place, we asked that they do not put anything against the walls, which they did causing newly painted areas to be redone. They also damaged one of the new floor boards that the contractor had to replace. It started raining and the only items they covered were the TV's. They tracked water throughout the house, which I understand, but did not dry it up or offer to dry it up. I know everybody knows what water does to new floors. Our house is pretty much gutted and contractors were on site when the movers arrived, so it wasn't as if they didn't know what work was being done. The reason we hired movers was to minimize risk of damage. If we wanted to damage stuff, we would have moved the furniture ourselves. I just hope that my experience is a rare occasion and that Two Men and a Truck make it right. I understand accidents, I do not understand carelessness, especially with our people's property. I would give them 5 stars as everything was great until they took more money out of my checking than what was signed for days after the move and original payment was made. This was a simple move of just an hour and they took a (extra) small amount ($50) out. The problem is they thought it was acceptable to do this without contacting me first. Checking accounts bounce. And it can look like online theft when the creditor for the day of service was under one name and this second one is under a different name. So I look at my checking and see an unknown debit for $50. I ask about it and just get a “this was the original price.” The problem is, if you buy something on a shelf which has that item at a smaller price than what rings up, the store legally has to sell it at the lower price. Im thinking the same thing applies here. I was basically offered it at the lower price and signed it. I thought this was the amount due and maybe the confusion is on it being $280 rather than $230 and how similar a 3 and 8 look. I ask for a refund because they did this without pre-approval or explanation and it was immediately rejected rather than we will look into it and get back to me. The workers are great. Everything else looks to have very bad customer service skills. It’s as if you are talking to an AI bot and not a human. If it is a mere $50, let it go or call first. You never take money out of a checking account like this. And hopefully it isn’t ever a higher amount for someone else because that could lead to legal action. The workers get three stars. The manager texting with horrible customer service skills and the clueless person that charged my checking without prior approval cost them two stars. Good thing this was only $50.

If I could give 0 stars I would. To begin with, our movers were over an hour late. I was told I would be given 3.5 hours of move time and actually recieved closer to 2 hours and 55 minutes. When they arrived the group had no plans for how to load our move. They didn't have the list of items I was planning to move. We took nearly 15 minutes to walk around the house to show the items. Then it was pouring down rain and we decided to load the garage first. Then when it stopped raining we moved into the house. The movers acted like they didn't want to do any more moving. I had attempted to ca the office multiple times during the move and nobody returned my call. Once we began to then load the house they said that the truck was loaded wrong so we wouldn't be able to fit everything in and would need 2 loads. They took the first load and then when they came back I asked ok how do we need to load it so we can get it all on there. The main person told me that there would be no way to get all the items. My husband and I had to start moving items to get them loaded in the truck. They didn't take anybody our tvs or dresser drawers because they told us we wouldn't have time. Then they took that load back to our house and there was still 45 minutes left but it didn't matter at that point. We then scrambled for the next 2 days to get all the items out of our old home by our time frame. We are tired, exhausted, sore and out money that was the entire point of hiring a moving company. I will never recommend this company to move items and I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with this experience.

I had trouble getting ANYONE to call me to answer my questions about my move. After weeks of requesting and calling, Mary Beth finally answered. She was awesome. But when I tried to call her back with my updated moving plan (as she told me to do), no answer again. And NOBODY returned my phone calls. Moving day, the actual movers and the dispatcher had NO IDEA I wanted packing done and was adding 2 stops even though I had told Mary Beth I would be adding services and later left this company several voicemails about my needs. When the two movers arrived on moving day, they said dispatch had to approve the additional work and stops because they had an afternoon move! They were able to add ONE STOP ONLY and had NO time to pack my remaining items. The movers I saw in person, Bryan Sampson and his teammate, really hustled and got my 2nd stop done. I am GRATEFUL to them. In fact, I changed my review from one star to two stars because Bryan was awesome! Moving estimators and all communications with them was HORRIBLE. In fact, the day before my move I feared they would not come at all since NOBODY ever returned any phone calls during the 4 weeks after I talked to Mary Beth. I was STILL packing and moving myself one week after my move was supposed to be 100% OVER. I have spent greater sums of money and time that I ever dreamt I would on this move as I rushed to get out of my apartment by April 30. I was paying ANYONE I could find huge amounts of money to come help me IMMEDIATELY. Move yourself or become a MINIMALIST. No movers seem to do a good job in 2022.

I am a returning customer, and the 1st time it went well. I handled my moving needs with the Fishers location. The 2nd time... unfortunately I attempted to deal with this location. After calling around 630pm (they do close at 7pm) I sat on hold for 15 minutes (mind you the automatic phone system states my hold time was 2 minutes. I got curious after 5 minutes went by.... so I sat on hold.. pretty much knowing that someone is going to put me through the VM because of the time. Here's the main point. That's bad customer service ESPECIALLY for a returning customer. You answer the phone. You know someone is on hold. But they have poor reviews and these reviews are valid! I did have some damaged items, but I it was rectified as well. What I can't stand is poor service! My issue is with whom ever is in the office and felt that it wasn't necessary to answer the phone during operating hours. I had issues with communication with the office before. But in comparison the move this company does is approximately $700 the move Wheaton and a couple other quotes I got was well over $2000. I state local move. The lack professionalism, that stunt right there does it for me. I will, and can pay $2000 for the move. Especially if the office staff is like this... just image the movers they've hired! Quality.. none.. thank you for saving me from making a mistake!

8 months ago we used Two Men and a Truck and we used them again this last weekend. It was a different crew from the first time, but they were just as professional as the last team. They showed up on time again and got us moved in less time than quoted. This time like last, they managed to move us without a SINGLE item being damaged. Amazing! Hopefully won't be moving again soon but if I do I know who I'll use. :) First review: Honestly, I've had bad moving company experiences in the past so I was a bit apprehensive with my latest move. I used Two Men and a Truck and the estimate, price quoting and scheduling went smoothly. The moving team showed up on time on move day and you could tell the crew was experienced and knew what they were doing. They got to work immediately tearing down and wrapping up furniture. Within a couple hours they were ready to take our items to our new house. They arrived at our new place and started unloading right away and got our furniture placed and put back together. We had a moving great team and not a single item was damaged. I will definitely use them for my next move!

I used them for a 2 bed 1 bath move and i was quoted two men for 3 hours and they were exactly 3 hours and 15 minutes! Brandon and Dylan showed up on time and we're extremely polite and helpful during this stressful day. They started working immediately upon arrival! They made sure to wrap all my nice furniture with pads and shrink wrap without me even having to ask them to do it. They took Furniture apart that needed taken apart and when we arrived at our new home they made sure to lay down runners so they would keep the floors as clean as they found them. They put every box every piece of furniture exactly where I asked them to. All in all I am 100% satisfied with the job they performed. It was totally worth the five hundred bucks to have every single thing moved and put where I needed it within 3 hours! I have already referred you to a friend of mine that will be moving in the next month. I made sure to tell her to request Brandon and Dylan just to show my appreciation for a job well done! This was a disaster to put it politely. Save yourself the trouble and hire Bellhops, My Movers, Busy Bee or Neita. My experience ends in me renting a 26' U-Haul and having to spend an additional 10+ hours and $$$ to do the job Two Men and Truck were hired for. The quote process is not an estimate, it is set in stone and they will not move a single additional item. The gentlemen moving our belongings were incredibly polite and helpful, unfortunately they can't make adjustments to the plan/quote without approval from their office or dispatch. Here is where things went down hill quickly. When I called to get additional help the guy who answered simply told me there was no problem when I was very plainly telling him there was one. He refused to acknowledge there was an issue and certainly made no attempt to remedy the situation. They moved about half of the things we needed moved and we were left to scramble to take care of the rest at the last minute.

This is now the second time that I have used Two Men and a Truck. All my previous moves I was either younger, or had a boyfriend/husband/family and other big guys to help me move things. At this point in my life all the surrounding people are not in the shape to be moving the way we did 20 years ago. The movers are so friendly and helpful and personable that I cannot recommend them enough! They do not slack, they do everything that they can to meet the time frame that you were quoted. They explain everything, they help you reschedule if needed in the office staff, and I would gladly give them cash tips because I am always so impressed. Moving is costly in general. But having them help you with the large things are so worth it! On top of that, anybody I have mentioned who was going to be helping me move I have gotten positive feedback from other people's experiences

My wife and I are very pleased with our experience using Two Men And A Truck! The guys (3 of them) were exceptional and worked very fast! We are going to be showing our house and there are no damages to speak of which of course is a great thing. The team arrived and worked very hard. Kyle the team lead was very good at instructing the men. It was obvious they were trained on how to treat customers and belongings. Kyle started by asking what items would be going where because we had a storage stop before our new apt. Everything was wrapped in shipping blankets and then wrapped in shrink wrap on top of that. Overall more than I expected and a great experience! I would definitely recommend this company and am also hiring Two Men And A Truck to move the things out of storage in few months. Oh and we are going to be able to request the same crew which will be amazing.

I told the brown hair guy how much my crystals were worth in a large tote immediately he was on his phone and telling me he was texting his boss Crystals were sitting in grass front yard ??? Crystals tote was the last thing they put on truck?? It was worth $2000. I seen them put it on the truck and so did others that live in the neighborhood, I wanted to follow the truck ! They told me not to do it, Told me they had a lot of stops to make…. ? when they came to where I was moving my crystals not in the truck they are going to court! for me to tell him how much my crystals worth I made mistake I trusted them do not trust two men and a truck !!!!!!!!!! I should of followed the truck!!!!! You have received a large white envelope!!!! I am not going to take your message you sent me for apologizing! If I do not get my 2000 back, we are going to court. !!!!

I would've given them a single star if it wasn't for the team that actually moved my items. The moving team, Park and Cash, did a tremendous job. They took care of my items (wrapping them in blankets and plastic wrap) and also took time to place down mats and hang up blankets around the door frame as to not damage it. The office team was a different story. They call and asked about my big items to move (bed/sofa/kitchen chairs and table/etc). When they booked the timeslot for my move, they only booked time for these items. The time slot only allowed the movers to move these items, not any of the smaller items in boxes (linens/clothes/silverware/dishware/pots and pans/etc). Due to this, I had to spend an extra 3-4 hours, running between my new and old apartment, to grab items that anyone includes in a move to an apartment.

I moved using the Fishers, IN location this week. It is difficult to get in touch with the office. At first everything went smoothly on moving day. My original 2 movers were good but then they sent out some extra guys since the move was taking longer than expected. The original 2 were almost done unloading at that point and only had the couch left. While they were carrying stuff up, the extra guys somehow broke off half the legs on my couch and drove away without saying a word to me or to anyone. I was told the office would get in touch with me first thing the next morning. Did not hear back, so I called a couple times this morning and couldn't get through. I left a message but haven't heard back. Accidents happen, but driving off and not getting back to me is not ok.

I am absolutely livid with how my move was handled. Boxes and large furniture left everywhere. I was treated like it was my fault when I called. No resolution was discussed at all just "you weren't there" I had to work so I guess I should have stayed there and babysat grown men that were supposed to have training and be respectful. We will have to rent a Uhaul to get the rest of our things. I am way too busy to upload pictures and spend anymore time on this. I just wanted to warn others: If you are thinking about hiring movers, DON'T. Do it yourself and have friends help. This place got me for over $1,500 that I'll never see again and I'll have to spend more money just to finish the job. Thanks for all the additional stress you have put on me and my family.

I entrusted them to move my collection of classic video games. Half of my collection was and is missing. Somewhere between 800-1000 dollars worth of games was stolen from me by this company. Most of which is from a dead loved ones estate. To add insult to injury, the company did nothing to discipline the employees or try to make things right with me. I paid them over 1200 dollars for the move, they stole from me, and when I reported this to them,Two Men and a Truck treated me like I was the one who did something wrong and like I am running some kind of scam. So, all of that to say I would not recommend using Two Men and Steal my Stuff. On a side note if you like to steal and need a job sounds like this would be a good fit for you.

I found myself alone and unable to move heavy furniture by myself. I had never used this service before. So I wasn’t sure what to expect but I didn’t have much of a choice! But I was absolutely blown away! It was so easy. So quick. I was so impressed and it was so worth the cost. I’m kicking myself that I can’t recall the two names but the two guys were literally running through my home to grab the pieces of furniture. They did not mess around, and were incredibly thorough and very conscious of time. They completed the job in half the estimated time, and my final bill was only about 1/3 of the initial estimate because they finished so quickly. They made a very stressful day an absolute breeze! I could not recommend them enough.

*edit since I am not able to reply* what is the definition of “shortly” as it has been a full 24+ hours since your response below and we have yet to hear from anyone. *op* We have used Two Men and a Truck 5 times and liked them enough to use them again and again. This time the guys were careless and did not follow our instructions. They marred brand new walls because they were careless. We asked them to stay on the floor protectors we put down, they did not. We have called several times and emailed after our move on Monday to ask about a lost item, and absolutely no one has returned our calls/email. It is unfortunate because we have another move coming up and they lost our repeat business because they are unresponsive.

I got 3 quotes to move items from my dad's estate to my sisters place. I really liked the structure of their services. The one time transportation fee with an hourly rate for loading and unloading. The men were very courteous, timely and efficient. In spite of the 4" of snow overnight, the move went very well. The only issue I had with this move was that I had to pay for the move with an estate check, the total wouldn't be billed until the end of the job, and I wouldn't be there to pay with an estate check. The staff didn't seem to know how to handle this type of billing without being able to invoice it. However, when I finally got to talk with the manager, they were very helpful and we found a way to make it work.

WHAT A SCAM! These guys are polite, but service is a scam. They will take your furniture and appliances apart, WITHOUT CONSULTING YOU FIRST; claiming things won't fit in or out; (things that were delivered to you through the same doors). This wastes time and costs you extra money. They took my freezer door apart in so many pieces...I have double doors which Best Buy got into with NO problem. That was unneccessary AND against my insurance coverage on those items. I paid extra for their moving insurance so when their guy climbed from behind my NEW washing machine and walked across it, denting the top, I followed the instructions to call for a repair. They never answered the phone or returned any my calls.

Hired them to move the big stuff out of our 2nd floor apartment to our new home. They showed up early in the time window, worked quickly, were professional and chill, and didn't waste time driving and unloading. I was really happy with the service we got from the office to the moving team, and it came out significantly under the quote they gave in the beginning, which is always a win! I would definitely recommend to anyone. We made sure to have cold water bottles for the team since it was in the 90's and you could tell they appreciated it. When you get money to tip, make sure it can be halfed and split three ways, I didn't expect a third guy so I had to stop for more cash to make it even for them all.

We are a small non-profit and found a great partner in Two Men and a Truck. As we do not have a fleet vehicle to pick up substantial donations to our store, we often turn to Scott and Two Men and a Truck to see if they can help. We provide free school and office supplies to teachers so the wealth of items we get from these large donations is such bounty to our schools. I remain gratified to know that in our community we have a business who gets "it" and Two Men continue to assist in the many ways they can. I recommend the business highly as it is comprised of ethical, civic-minded, and socially-conscious professionals. THANK YOU Two Men for all you do for us and the greater Indianapolis community.

I cannot say anything about their actual moving because we ended up going with another company. I can say I was give a quote then when I got a call from someone they quoted me $4700 more than the original quote and apparently the women I had been communicating with the entire time through email lied and said she quoted me $700 more than my original quote. I have all of this in email so I don’t know how they thought they were going to get away with that one! Wish I would have been given a heads up about the significant price difference during the several communications I had with these people! Don’t waste your money there are people out there that will do it way cheaper!!!

They did not send a quote after our extensive 30-min call. I was given a verbal quote, and promised an email of the quote that did not arrive until I called 4 days later. The quote was missing an entire bedroom, and many items. I sent an email with corrections needed and I received no reply. Company website promises a designated person will be assigned to elderly people who move, but the sales person who provided my verbal quote said “all of our movers have extensive experience working with elderly clients,” and I clearly understood this means no particular person is assigned, contrary to website. I’ve located a reliable, more affordable mover for my elderly parents.

Overall I was satisfied. The gentlemen were knowledgeable and polite and fast. The only problem was they were not able to carry any liquids. The office did not pass on that I would have to have dishes packed, but they did it anyway. There were a few items not picked up, like my carpet shampooer, shower curtain, a bag of some of my sewing projects. I had to go back the next day and pickup those items. One cabinet was slightly damaged but it was old and I can fix it. The move was better than others I have used in the past. Yes, I think it was not perfect but satisfactory. The cost came to a lot less than the estimate they gave me, so that was a plus.

My move was fantastic despite the rain during the entire move. Both movers were professional and didn't complain once about the weather. They were able to move all my furniture listed in the estimate and some of the boxes I had ready to go in the garage that we didn't plan on having the movers take all in the estimated time! The movers worked quickly and efficiently and completed the move with 45 minutes left in the estimated time. All Indianapolis/Fishers TMT offices work together to give the people of Indianapolis and surrounding areas the best movers and experiences possible. I do recommend using TMT here in the Indianapolis/Fishers locations.

I was planning on using this business for my upcoming move in may. I will not use a business that employs shady people like Carl Vivanco. We agreed to meet for a purchase today at 6. I let him pick the time and place so that it would be convenient. He offered to meet me halfway. I confirmed today and even took off work early to go. He messages me 2 hours before to tell me that he sold what he promised to me because someone offered him more money. I was paying what he was asking! When you post a price you should honor it. How can a place employ such a dishonest and greedy person? Yuck.

I have had mixed experiences with Two Men and a Truck. I can recommend their moving services as they are very professional and efficient. However, in 2019 I stored my furniture with them for 3 months. Two Men and a Truck lost the attached music stand for my spinet piano, and then indicated they could not provide compensation. Over the course of 4 months, I have called and emailed to further understand, and have not received any explanatory responses. Only "we cannot offer compensation". I will not be using them again due to their unprofessional lack of response and clarity.

Jeff and Sol were prompt and extremely efficient. They arrived near the early side of the arrival window. We had 2 delivery locations. We did our walk through identifying what was to come off truck last and they began loading. Furniture was protected with shrink wrap and blankets. I was available to answer questions, but found that they retained all initial information, leaving me free to handle my last minute chores. Everything arrived in perfect condition. My move was executed smoothly and without a hitch. Best moving experience ever. Can’t thank them enough!

Everything from making the initial reservation to the move day was seamless and very quick. The movers arrived during the designated timeframe and also gave us a heads up upon their arrival. The move itself went very quick. I moved into a new build and the movers were very careful and cognizant of the placement of the boxes and furniture to ensure no damage or scuffs were made to the new walls and fixtures. Thank you to both Anderson and Wilson for taking your time but also working quick and efficient. Your assistance during my move was very much appreciated.

Easy to schedule. Christian, Keegan, and E.J. were a terrific team: on time, worked super-well together, kept a fast pace while giving careful attention to the things they were moving (which included bringing a piano upstairs from a basement, something that many other movers would not do). They kept me informed about the process and all were friendly and respectful. I enjoyed learning that they are all college students. It was rather like having my grandsons helping--they made a tough move as stress-free as it could have been. Many thanks!

After a disastrous weekend with another moving company, I ended up booking with Two Men and a Truck. They were lifesavers. Booked the move with only a 1 day notice. They were on time, professional, and the price was lower than the estimate. The two guys who helped me were awesome. Took special care of our items, easy going and friendly, and even for my shy 7 year old to chat with them. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that needs to move. Moving is a giant headache for anyone. These guys made it so much easier for us.

THIEVES!!! My wife and I hired this company to pack and load our belongings for a move from Indy to Georgia. The packers wanted my wife to watch while our PS5 console was packed, but they were out of view when loading our belongings into the POD. After unloading and unpacking everything in Georgia, there was a large void in the box that should have contained our PS5 console. What good does it do to watch someone pack your valuables when they just open up the box out of your view and steal from you? I’d give negative stars if possible.

My husband and I were unsure if we should get movers since we were only moving locally. However, we will never not have movers after our experience with Two Men and Truck. Both of the gentlemen who help us were courteous, professional and enthusiastic Not to mention, extremely efficient. I think there is always a concern when you are paying by the hour that movers will "milk the clock", and this was simply not the case. They were excellent overall and it made our move seamless. I highly recommend this branch of Two Men and a Truck!

I love this company. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Two Men and a Truck. First time I used them was in Louisville. The movers were excellent. Second time I used them was to move from Seymour to Avon. Again, the company exceeded my expectations. The movers were professional as usual. No matter what, whether they are in Louisville or Indy, the company is consistent with customer service, estimates, and explaining everything. Hopefully, I won’t have to move again, but if I do I’ll definitely be using Two Men and a Truck.

A custom painting that I watched get loaded on the moving truck did not get brought into my home. Tried for 2 weeks to contact the claims person with no luck and no return call after leaving multiple messages. Finally recieve a TEXT...no call and finally and email stating they do not have my painting and the claim is closed. I called the corporate office and they told me to file a police report. If you value your possessions, I suggest choosing a different company. Someone is enjoying my painting, just not me!

They dropped my washing machine and didn't say a thing to me. Tried to do a load of laundry and had to mop up 7 gallons of water off the floor. Then I called and couldn't reach the "care" department. Left a message and they didn't get back with me for 4 days. Now they are giving me a hassle about replacing the broken washer. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! They also go as slow as possible to charge you as much as they can. It was so ridiculous I loaded and unloaded 1/3 of my belonging from their truck myself!

This company is a great moving company. I have used them for two times now and have had great experience every time. The two men I had were really kind, went over all information so that I understood everything before proceeding. They were gentle with my belongings and made sure I was happy with their work. They made my move very easy and non stressful and I couldn’t have asked for anything else. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for their moving services and I would use them again.

Antwain, Tim, Dominic and Brian were an outstanding crew. These guys work very carefully, wrapping each piece of furniture with padding. They communicated with me every step of the way. When it was time to unpack the trucks at my new location, they padded the doorways for protection and laid covering on the floors. One other thing to note, these guys hustle - literally running back to the truck. No time was wasted, no movement was wasted. I would definitely recommend using this moving company.

What can't I say about Two Men and a Truck? The team assigned to me arrived thirty minutes early, they got my 950 square foot apartment loaded, moved 45 minutes away, and unloaded in approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. And while they were quick, they were also very careful with my belongings, taking every precaution to ensure my belonging arrived safely into my new apartment. I couldn't be happier with the serviced I received, and if I need help again. They will be my go to. Thanks again!

I was moving my mother home from assisted living and I needed a date to have her moved out and a time of day when furniture could be moved. I called two weeks ahead of time to get scheduled. It was not a problem for Two Men and a Truck and I got the day and time I needed.. The guys were on time and were quick about unloading. They took furniture to rooms that I wanted furniture in and put in place. They were very helpful and professional. I would Two Men and a Truck again without a worry.

From the very beginning to the very end was an awesome experience at a difficult time moving is stressful but these movers made it a whole lot easier! Todd & Shane was our movers. They called & said they were running early would that be ok we said fine. They came in wrapped the furniture very carefully & worked very hard getting us moved . Nothing was damaged they were very careful moving everything. I would use them again without even giving it a second thought Thanks Shane & Josh!!

I would not recommend Two Men & A Truck. We asked them to move items in a garage from our location to another local storage facility. The workers only took a quarter of the contents of the garage, told their supervisor it took 3 hours to load when our on-site people verified they were on site one hour and charged us an additional $150 over the quoted price. Absolutely disappointing! We had to contact another vendor to remove the remaining contents. We will not use in the future.

I've used Two Men and a Truck for several moves now and am never disappointed. On the most recent move, the office staff found a mistake in the quote and fixed it, saving me quite a bit of money. The moving crew was extremely polite and professional, arrived on time and worked quickly, and took great care of my things. I always recommend Two Men and a Truck to others, and I don't even bother shopping around anymore when I move. I know I can't beat the service for the price.

I been through two moves recently and have used Two Men and a Truck both times to great satisfaction. I was worried about my some of my furniture being really heavy, but they lifted and loaded everything with ease like it was no big deal! They took care to put down clothes and wrap larger items to prevent damage which I really appreciated. Both crews I've had have been super hardworking and quick. It's not a cheap service, but you get what you pay for, so I would recommend.

I have used the services of this company a number of times over the past several years. Everyone I have had contact with from the Office staff to the actual movers were great to work with. Very professional and courteous. The estimate of the last moving job was spot-on which made it easy to budget for. Two Men and a truck moved my mom's things into assisted living. When they showed up they couldn't get their truck into her driveway because of power lines. They had to take everything down the driveway to load their truck. They kept a positive attitude about it. They worked together easily. They were very polite and kept everything clean. Nothing broken. Everything went very smoothly. It was a pleasure working with your company!

I will never use this service provider again, they ripped me off for $150.00, due to their cancellation procedures. This company is only in business to make money they are not a customer oriented company. I am a Armed Services retired veteran (24 years of service) and I have moved a few time but, this really didn't set well in my spirit. I will never ever, ever sign up for Two Men and a Truck to do anything for me again.

Always professional and thorough. If there are areas of concern, they ask questions and offer suggestions to ensure everyone is satisfied. They completed my service in less time than quoted bc they hustle and don't take breaks to chitchat...they're there for a purpose and need to meet their next scheduled appointment. I've never been unsatisfied with the crew or their services. I will use them again and again and again.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T EVEN BOTHER CONTACTING THEM. Terrible experience. Emailed them to get a moving estimate, it took them over a week to get us a quote. I had to call twice, during which time I was on hold for an hour, never reached a representative. Once they finally returned my call, I was quoted a total 150% of other movers. I may now be unable to use other movers because they took so long with the quote.

We have used two men and a truck for two different moves in the last couple years. We have had outstanding service both times, and have been extremely pleased with their efforts. From the beginning estimate to the final delivery Two Men and a Truck were great to work with. We even had to change the date last minute and they were able to adjust and make it work. The crew they sent out arrived timely and did a high quality job. Not only was it high quality but they did it in a faster time than the estimate, which resulted in a nice savings. I chose Two Men and a Truck because I used them twice for in state moves. I knew that they were quick and reliable. I would say that this move was not as easy as the other two but that stress could be associated with out of state move. I took off 1 star because they were not on time for pick up and delivery of items; however the 2 movers I would give 5 stars. Overall I am happy and would use them again.

Just called for a quote for 2 bedroom apt in Avon, IN. 4 small cubes (6x7). They wanted a $200 travel charge and $200 an hour for 3 men. DOUBLE the price of another quote and double what we paid to have the cubes packed. Also, they don't return calls or texts. I left a VM last week, sent a text yesterday and finally got them to answer when I called today. Not sure how they have so many positive reviews.

Company was easy to deal with. When the quote was made, it was supposed to have 3 movers come with a truck, but when they showed up only 2 were present. They adjusted my quoted rate. They quoted 3 guys to do the job in 1 hour and 15 minutes. The 2 guys who showed up did the move in 1.5 hours. They were very professional and diligent. Chris H. and Shaun B. were fantastic. Prompt with texts to confirm date and time of move. Calls to notify us the day of the move, with exact time they would arrive. Pricing is extremely competitive. We are happy with all their services.

Everyone was professional and I can't believe only two guys were able to move a piano. I kept putting off calling someone to get it moved because I was afraid of the difficulty of moving such a heavy piece of furniture, but they were up the task! In no time my piano was sitting in my house and ready to use! If I ever need help moving anything I will continue to use them!

The two men that helped me move from my studio to my new house were amazing! I had a couple of Ikea stuff and we all know how complicated it is, but they moved that stuff with ease! 2 guys were here on time, very polite, efficient, listened when I said my chest with mirrors is heavy they chuckled said "ok". When they picked it up they said you were not lying. Recently, I used Two Men and a Truck for my company's office move. We were moving into the same building, just a few doors down. I was very impressed with the gentle care that the moving team used with our office equipment and their efficiency. Two men showed up on time, called at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled time. Both men polite, and very friendly. One of the men thought he had broke something, and I told him i had broke it just a few minutes prior to their arrival. I appreciated him trying to be honest, but in fact it was my error. He even picked up the broken glass parts.

Two Men and a Truck did a great job on our move. Notifications in advance of the move day as well as in advance of arrival were good. The movers assigned to my move did a great job on protecting our property by wrapping it all very well, and they were efficient and used the time wisely. Very happy with the moving team that handled our move.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ❌. We used this moving service on May 31, 2023. After moving, we attempted to do our laundry 2 days later and discovered our washing machine does not work anymore. It worked completely fine at the old place. We have called the complaint desk over a dozen times and nobody ever picks up the phone or returns our calls.

Profession & helpful. I felt like they were working for me doing all that I asked. I loved the hourly rate. We had a short distance move and was able to take all the boxed over before hand. Two Men just moved our big stuff, wrapped padded and transported including a piano all in 3.5 hours. Excellent job! Under estimated time and cost!

The four-man team was outstanding. They took direction well, ask clarifying questions and loaded items in the order we needed them. When requested to reorganize items items in the pod they did so without question and made sure we were satisfied with the update.
