Dealing with Ahmed and Matt from udriveluxurycars has been great. Over all our long weekend away in Sydney had been great, even better because I had hired the Audi RSQ8. I must admit at first I was paranoid and worried driving such an amazing and expensive car around a city I don’t really know. Dealing with the guys at udriveluxurycars was good from start to finish. The team was on time with Mathew (the driver) who drop the car off to us and Ahmed who picked up the car on time on the night that we where done. Ahmed and I touched base regularly, he was always making sure that I was happy and that I was having no problems with the car. Matthew (delivery driver) was also great to deal with. Mathew explained every feature with the car and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Overall I had a 5 Star experience with these guys and I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants to hire a luxury car around Sydney. Did a back to back rental and dealt only with Adam who literally catered to my last minute requests. Had the g wagon but unfortunately wasn’t a car I enjoyed and asked if I could take the c63 instead. After about 5 or so minutes Adam called me back and organised it all for me last minute. Best luxury car rental company in Sydney with honest people that provide exception customer service. I’m glad I only deal with Adam as his customer service, attention to detail and care is honestly first class. Thank you for being the only honest luxury car rental business out there where there are no hidden agendas, bonds received back on the spot and they don’t shaft you with insurance jobs paid by customers like other certain rental companies.

Where do I even start? I was looking to organise a drive day for my best mates bux party for weeks. I rented the 2022 c63s amg for a wedding, they have taken care of me with the price, i was able to pick the car up the night before and drop it off a time that suits me. They have returned my deposit on the same day, the c63s was absolutely an amazing experience to drive.
