Picked trailer up early, and it was an easy process, one of the workers there hooked it up to my truck and helped check to make sure all lights were working, when I was ready to get on the road with the trailer I noticed that the right side lights were not working on the trailer, barely made it back to the store before they closed and two of the workers helped to troubleshoot the problem, they said it was a bad fuse on the truck pulling the trailer, we could not find a burnt out fuse. The workers were still trying to help us, when the manager walked over and helped find the burnt out fuse. He had the knowledge of what fuse it was, and we found it. They let us have a fuse to fix it. This was well after closing time. Thank you guys for going the extra mile to help us.

I recommend them because everybody needs Uhaul once in a while. The equipment was not clean. The first trailer they tried to give me it needed new tires. There was bald spots on them. I noticed it and I requested a different trailer. They didn’t have any issues giving me a different trailer, but they should have known not to issue this trailer out to anyone because you could be driving down the road and your tire would blow up and you have a flat that would really mess up your day someone each day needs to check all the tires and the cleanliness of every item for rent. Thank you.

Employees not very friendly, in fact they were a bit rude. The only one who wasn’t that rude was the man who checked us back in with the trailer. Even though this location is fairly close to us , I would drive farther to deal with friendlier folks. The office was clean but the trailer wasn’t , it was old and ragged looking, it would swerve on the road while pulling it, and that’s just at a low rate of speed. All in all it wasn’t the best experience I’ve had with uhaul, it could have been much much better.

Had my stuff in storage for a few months and no complaints. The workers and manager were always helpful and nice. Only thing if you have big furniture items really consider them not having elevators to move your things up and down, so it may be alittle hassle. Besides that my things were in climate control and my items were still in good condition.

They are the best uhaul I have been to .they are not like the other one's I've been to .you can use cash or card .all the other uhauls that I have been to will only let you use card so they can scam you and come back and charge you card the next day.CF Hawn is the best the equipment is clean and they are not there to cheat they customers

I dropped the rental off 30 min. early. (after-hours) I was charged a $20 check in fee, because the website couldn't pickup my location. I called customer service when I arrived at my house and was told to drive back to Uhaul and go to their website. Returning the rental was a bad experience for me next time I'll get a Penske truck....

Would not recommend this location to anyone the General Manager Angel does not provide details when providing trucks or storages. He is the worst GM I have ever dealt with at Uhaul. I will never use this company again in my life. Sorry Uhaul but you need better employees that value their job.

very friendly staff. Easy pick up and drop off. Uhaul call staff were very helpful and friendly. I had not used them in a while and was very impressed in the customer service. I cannot speak to all locations but this one was very good for where it is and they were awesome!

Uhaul was clean on inside of truck and box. The engine light was on and power steering was iffy. We were not charged the extra day rental due to bad weather but was charged for the extra mileage it took to reroute us around flood waters to return it to the facility.

Poor service and one of the managers was very unprofessional and hella rude I would not recommend anyone to go to this location for any uhaul service this location is sucks I wish I could give this location a half star I will never rent from this location again

I had absolutely no problem getting a uhaul truck from here. The process was simple and I was in and out. I was even able to drop it off before business hours and everything turned out fine!

Staff here are very professional and always making sure your taken care of. Been renting here for years when we go camping with the church. This location always has the best selection.

Customer service was excellent, and the entire Staff greeted Me, as I walked in, I was checked in and out, Very quickly, I’ll definitely return to this location.

It was a really good rental however the confusion of dropping the truck off in storage was a little much after the long long move

This place leaves you on hold while doing nothing! Location on Bruton has no rentals and workers working.
