Decent place. My husband rented a 10 foot truck, moving everything from our old house was a way bigger task then originally thought, so we only reserved the truck for 1 day but it actually ended up taking 3. We had to extend our reservation twice and they were able to accommodate us pretty easily both times and didn’t really give us a hard time like most other places would. Would have gave them 5 stars however I could only give 3 because there were a couple small issues. So my husband bought the pack of travel blankets from them, the things you can put over your tv’s or other fragile items so they won’t get damaged, when we purchased them there were 5 brand new in a unopened package. We thought they were ours to keep since they came brand new in the package, and when we bought them, the guy that sold them to us never told us they were just for rent and we had to return them, and since he never stated this and they came in the package we figured they were ours to keep. Then upon returning the truck the lady asked where the blankets were and my husband stated they were in storage with our stuff, then the lady told us that they were still their property and we were supposed to return them. My husband explained he didn’t know and the guy never mentioned it but unfortunately the lady didn’t seem to care and they are now trying to charge us for the blankets even tho they are being used in their own storage facility with our things and the miscommunication. So that is kind of a turn off, you’d think because they never mentioned it they would give us a break or at least a discount, but NOPE! Then besides that, on every single uhaul box it says BUY BACK GUARANTEE if you don’t use the boxes you bought we’ll refund you for them. My husband had bought their moving kit for $40, and we had a decent amount of unused boxes left over. So we brought them back because of their “guarantee”. However when we tried to return them, the lady stated they would not buy them back or return them, even tho they say it right on the box, because we bought the kit, and didn’t buy the boxes individually also something you’d figure they should tell you at checkout, like if you have any unused boxes if you get the kit you won’t be able to return them, so at least we can decide if we actually needed all those boxes or not. So overall the place is decent, but the service at checkout could definitely be better! Hope this review helps future customers as well as the company to maybe change some things at checkout and help some families save a little extra money with just a couple of simple questions!

I've visited this location in the middle of October, but this location did not have a truck available. However; the gentlemen informed me that he can locate the nearest truck available. He also reserved the truck for me. Him locating a truck was very helpful and minimized my time spent on locating a truck. I was very appreciative of the gentlemen great customer service. I returned to this location to use the month free storage that the gentlemen informed me of before I left to pick up the truck. I used the free rental in November. The gentlemen explained the terms of the storage rental and every time I visited the store the employees always greeted me and made sure I felt comfortable. I would recommend this location to everyone, due to the knowledge of their product but mostly due to their great customer service. Thank you guys for making my stressful transition so much easier!

This was the best place I have ever done business with, period! Edwin is, by far, the businessman that other people should note of how to properly treat customers. Edwin is quite professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and knows how to listen when a customer has a concern or question. During my year of business with U-Haul, he was always able to answer my questions and obtain answers when it was a corporate matter. When he assisted me with my second truck rental, he knew exactly what to ask for and handled the reservation gaster and better than if I had called it in myself! At the risk of repeating myself, other businesses need to review how Edwin treats his customers and staff. He is the consumate professional, while friendly and always helpful. If you are looking to do business in Marquette Park with U-Haul, then you need to speak with Edwin and his ataff here.

This sham of a place is totally misleading customers. The online hours of operation states that its 24hrs when in reality its 7am to 10pm if you want to access your locker. They offer 24hrs for an additional surcharge... Surprise.... Forget about management they really dont want to help and will attempt to nickel and dime you with fake offerings. Make sure you have read the details of your contract. Otherwise you are locking your stuff up with a shady business. Customer service through 1800 go uhaul are nice but cannot assist or will not assist in rectifying issues with this business. If you put your stuff here be prepared. You have been warned.

I have been renting a storage locker at this location for 4 years. Received an email listing holiday hours for Christmas Eve, Christmas day and New Year's Day. Therefore, we rushed to take our items to storage on December 30th because the hours posted said 7am-7pm on Saturdays. Arrived before 6pm, used my access card. They were closed. Had to move a truck full back into the house in -0 wind chill. Called customer service at 8pm, after warming up. They spoke to someone from the location who said she'd just left (???). Tomorrow's hours are supposed to be 9am-5pm. We'll see! To be continued...

Just a nice little place it's clean you have enough room to store some of the things that you need to store and the prices are reasonable and it's very accessible to the people that have the keys and the codes to get in and it's really safe when you go in there

This place is the pits. If it weren't for Martha they would get zero stars. Rat traps everywhere and it smells strongly of dead rodents. The elevator is often broken its just a mess.

Mr.Clay, was the best thing going for that shop. Uhaul steals money out of your account. They have put so many families in a unfortunate situation, by stealing. Shame on them!

I'm giving this place three stars only because they advertise that they were open 24 hours but they are not they are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
