This is the only facility that truly looks out for it's customers, when all the other places doubled and triple their rents during the pandemic, U-Store stay true to the customers and kept their prices affordable. I had a storage unit their for years got behind on my bill and called and went in to pay past due but they don't take partial payment called corporate they have a rule that no partial payment can't be made you have to pay full payment .Man

Used to be able to pay by phone with credit card but they put a stop to it. Its very difficult for me to get there. Other then that have been there off n on since1995. Never had a problem. Everyone is friendly. Its always clean. .

This place saved my family and I a great dill of money and time. After the hurricane we were stuck trying to find a place to storge our property. Very clean nice place to rent. We will use in the future thanks.

Quality Service sure has decrease ... staff takes long lunch breaks ... dishonest about everything been trying to get an answer to two questions for months. Say each unit has alarms which hasn't work for years.
