My experience with U-Stor Self Storage on Ft. Caroline was a very pleasant one. Moving is very stressful. Brittney was very helpful and informative and have a very awsome personality. We were laughing so hard, that while I was there, I wasn't stressing so much. I was able to get the size of the unit I needed and left feeling less stress. 7/29/19.....I spoke to Shannon earlier and she too was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Shannon was very understanding and helpful with my situation. These two ladies has made me so happy that I chose U-Stor storage. They are very well organized, informative and the place is very clean.

Affordable and safe, I’m glad I found U storage when I really needed some extra space. The units are on the outside, so lizards and bugs can get in, but otherwise your things are protected from weather and the units are very accessible. I was renting 2 small units, but I really needed a larger one and none were ever available (even after 8 months of waiting), so that is my only complaint. But I guess that means they are in high demand!

The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. I have rented since 2012 with several issues including a variety of bugs and rodents in my unit. If you are looking for a clean storage and friendly staff, go else where.

Brittany was so kind and helpful. She explained everything very good and answer all our questions. The space was clean and there is no hidden fees or extra insurance. Good prices and half off in the first month.:)

I have had a unit here for a year and a half. Always paid on time and usually several months ahead...BIG MISTAKE! They refuse to refund any payments. Pay only for the month as you go.

Love this place! They are very friendly and helpful. As we are planning on using them for a 2nd time. Highly Recommended!
