This is still a great storage and I have had a storage unit since 2009..When something was wrong with my invoice and bill they corrected it with no problem or argument.I got behind when I got sick and was in the hospital but they did not take my stuff,they let me pay my bill and the late fees and it gave me a peace of mind while I was sick.aRhe price I pay us so much cheaper compared to the $150 I pay a month for a U-Haul storage and I love the customer service over the phone.Great employees that listen to your problems and concerns.I easily make my payments over the phone each month bb and they send me a clear,detailed and accurate receipt/invoice to my email that explains any fees that I owe.

I had my sister's things stored at U-Store on Lake June after she passed 8 yrs ago. This place is clean and very secured. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Debra the manager is very friendly and professional. She recommended a great man Dwight who cleaned out my storage. Dwight was a patient and friendly person. He let us look through some of the boxes to see if we wanted anything. There were no rats or roaches in any of my belongings. I wish I could give more stars. Thanks for 8 years of FANTASTIC customer service

Lots of rats, had to put my own because they do not fumigate or do anything to make sure bugs or rats get into your stuff. The husband is very rude he would walk by and look into our unit to check out what we had every time we were there. The manager tried to tell us how to and where to place our stuff in our unit. Even though we were renting one of the biggest units and paid on time every time, we felt very unwelcomed the whole time there. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here if, they are rude and racist.

My experience with Ustor Lake June is unexplainable! I love them.... I don't know if I should say her name but she and her husband are heaven sent. I pick this storage every time they are God fearing loving kind individuals. The little things that I do have in the storage is safe!!! Choose Ustor for your storage if the other locations are like the one I'm renting from by all means choose them!!!!

It's okay. The people are friendly even if they are a bit Karen and Bob.... All in all they will smile and greet and tell it like it is. Best part about this place is that they are open 24/7 so that's awesome!!! Just don't go faster than 5mph or corporate will gitcha!!! #MANA!!!

U-Stor on Lake June in the Dallas area is an very clean and very friendly staff, they make you feel so welcome there. I’ve been with them almost a year and have not had a problem with the property. If your looking to store your things safely I highly recommend this place.

Staff is extremely very friendly, helpful, and big on safety.. as in they will hold you accountable to the speed limit within the gates. no excuses. Easy to contact and will actually follow up with you about and inquiry about the availability of units on property.

We rented a space here for 2 yrs, the property was always clean and kept very secure. Deborah in the office is a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. Should I need storage space again I will definitely come here! Thanks U-Stor and Deborah :)

I Love this place.. The Deborah in the office is always so nice..if no one answers I always get a call back. We have been using U store for over 2 years..don't plan to go anywhere anytime soon! 24 hour gated access is a plus.

I absolutely love the customer service! Debra is the sweetest person I have every spoke to. Although I ended up not singing for a unit, I highly recommend this place! If I ever need one, this will be my go to place!

I have been with U-Stor for over 10 years and I have no complaints.I have been dealt with fairly with much respect.No break-ins and no damage and I do recommend them to everyone I know that needs storage space.
