They very friendly and professional in their manner, and they even went out their way to provide me the best deal for my needs. It's intriguing how there seems so much going on but never see a soul and is the audio looped radio stations do repeat stuff but the other day I thought man I hear these tracks every time I'm digging around in my shed. Staff are awesome the place is spotless plenty of different size units mind you you don't see many waiting for a Tennant. Access is great too.

Had my goods in storage for more than a year, and visited them a few times during that time!! The Melrose Park U-Store It complex was always clean and tidy and easy to access ( and secure). On the few occasions I needed to contact the office team they were always friendly and efficient. So all in all a 5 star experience for me.

I stored with U-Store-It Melrose Park and had a fantastic experience. Ease of access to my store and undercover unloading and loading is brilliant. You have access to your gear seven days a week and a free move in van if needed. I would highly recommend the team at U-Store-It to look after all your storage needs.

Ustore it at Daws road Melrose Park providwd excellent service and great advice regarding storage and accessories. Always clean. Good lighting and facilities. Friendly staff. Highly recommended if you need to store items for a short or longer period.

Had occasion to use this facility recently for an emergency move - easy access, very helpful staff and good quality (and reasonably priced) moving boxes and padlock. Recommended if you can find an available space!

Great facility. All units are undercover and clean. Some units don’t have direct access and require trolleys to walk to which was unknown at time of booking. Tania was extremely helpful and polite.

Pretty straightforward, secure and open until 10pm all week. Team at reception are happy to help too. Different size storage units available.. you can also buy boxes, tape, padlock etc from here
