Most of the items they sell are of broken and defective condition. They claim that the item is of good or fair condition, but that is not true. We bought several items from them and most of them are of a bad condition that we threw in the dumpster because we can't return them. Besides, most of the items are overpriced even though they are used, old, and broken. Speaking of staff, they are unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and they don't respond to emails/calls until after a week or more. Messy and dirty warehouse full of dust and debris.

Looked on and off at this place and finally visited about two weeks ago. Everything was well organized, and an employee was happy to explain how the process works. I came back a week later and bought a server cabinet rack. It had the original keys and a couple of UPS racks inside. I paid $150, a perfect price!

Friendly people and fair prices. Drove all the way from the Bay Area to pickup a server. Helped me load it into my car and shared some small talk during the transaction.

Always fun to roam around here if you enjoy used lab equipment. My usual purchases, though, are cheap used office furniture in decent condition.

A hidden gem if you need office furniture. Their prices are reasonable and the staff there allow you to inspect items prior to purchase.
