"Today I had a little cancer removal at this UCSF hospital"
"Worst place we fly from Ohio for my son’s surgery this is the 3rd time we always confirm before we travel they always say it’s confirmed just come when we get here day before surgery they say we have no beds like seriously it’s been 10 months we fly every 3 months and your still telling me there is no bed you knew the child is coming and if there is no bed you can say that when we call before booking our tickets and taking off from work"
Unbelievably amazing staff that makes you feel at home when you are not. My baby was only 2 months when she had to be flown from Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. I had been up almost a week with less than 4 hours of sleep because my newborn was so sick. The nurses took care of my baby while I slept and they were amazing. Best hospital experience and we had to be there 10 days! The nurses and doctors were so supportive and me being a new mom needed all the support I could get. If there were a higher rating, UCSF definitely earned it. THANK YOU UCSF
Hands down the greatest hospital I've ever been to I Had the best experience here. I will definitely will miss this place and all the nurses, doctors and therapist that helped me get better. A big thank you to them for the great Hospitality. I felt very welcomed, loved and cared for during my stay. If I could give them more then five stars I totally would. And if you ever end up at this hospital one day, don't be scared they'll take care of you just fine because like I said this is one of greatest hospital ever, hands down.
I have to say this is such an amazing place. From the atmosphere when you walk in to the friendly staff, it is just a good place. They made sure all of my questions were answered and made sure i felt comfortable as the mother. As well as a comortable environment/waiting rooms. **they also sent text updates at every point of my child's procedure, which as a mother, makes you feel more at ease. They even sent one that said "patient is doing well." I appreciated this place a lot and would recommend to parents
Today I had a little cancer removal at this UCSF hospital. I want to thank every nurse and doctor who took care of me. Dr. Anthony, Dr. Huddleston, Dr. Nakakura. Nurse Ashly and all other wonderful people whom I can't remember their names (sorry). You've been very kind and helpful. The new technology used at the hospital is nice! I have to mention that little heater that get hooked to the gown! I wish UCSF all the best, and I hope my cancer doesn't com back.

Both of my children are patients and both have had surgeries. Today my son had a very hard time with a simple procedure. There was so much amazing support. I truly felt like I had a team behind me. Everyone down to the anesthesiologist played an active roll. Tonight he is resting safe and sound in his own bed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Horrible patient care and very low standard of care. I am so frustrated with how we are treated; and have very limited options due to my Son’s medical needs. They don’t have to try to improve when they corner the market on specialists.
I had to bring my kid as she was throwing up. There was a lot of waiting time. But, they took care of my kid very well . Especially nurse Ree was very compassionate, smart and did the right thing. Kudos to her!
