They don't answer the door and the automatic doorbell for the door doesn't work. I stood there for 20 minutes knocking on the door and no one came to help. There were multiple people trying to collect their packages and no one got what they came for. Literally the worst place to try and get mail.
Called and was told to hold on a second so they could check on my package. Was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. It was towards the end of the day - so they probably just didn't want to help me and put me on hold until the clock hit 5:00 and then left. So annoying.
Terrible service. They let you stand outside the window for several minutes without opening it. They can't find your packages. They have the nerve to have a sign hanging up telling you not to ring the doorbell but they stand around talking and listen to it ring and ring.
I have needed help in forwarding and holding our mail as we have been in and out of town. This station has ALWAYS been very helpful on the phone and in person when I have stopped by. The carriers that work out of this station have also been helpful.
