Poor customer service and overpriced items, better to go to an actual post office than this 3rd party place. I came in and most of their supplies are behind a counter so you have wait until they help you. The guy was sitting there watching me find an envelope realizing it was behind the counter took his time getting up to assist me. Telling me "give me a moment" while he finished his conversation with his friend at a table right next to the counter. Then tells me a lg padded envelope is 2.50, ok I'm in a rush so I took it. Then he says with tax that's 2.70, really! Fine. Then total went up to 2.72! Seriously! I had to actually ask if that was the final price. First/Last time, I will NOT be coming here again! A response MONTHS LATER. That person wasn't on the phone. Don't make up excuses months later from this review. I was there and he was sitting at the table next to the counter talking to his buddy rather than giving customer service. As for price, I get better products at the actual post office. Thanks for replying with false apologies. I'll never do business with this place.

Horrible experience, second time I have to come to the office because the drivers can’t walk to my door and drop my packages or even my apartment office, I track my package and it said vacant? My name in the box and they kept dropping the green vacant paper, got tired of throwing it out because I move a year ago to my new apartment and did all the changes online and PAID for it, so I came today and told them why they sent back my packages ( lots of items for my small business) I waited a month to get my packages and they couldn’t even bother and ask in the apartment office if they have a question, I had a big event and now I have to CANCEL because I don’t have my product…. They sent it back the SAME DAY not even a notice or give me time to claim it, not even 24 hrs this is horrible. Plus I came to the office and make me feel it was my fault bc I didn’t fill the vacant paper??? I DID ONLINE and never had this problem before. Now I have to order everything again. They make me waist time and money.

feels really shady like you’re walking into someone’s garage. they told me to leave my package in a box and wouldn’t get me a receipt or any kind of proof so if the item went missing it would appear to the merchant i just never sent it. don’t waste your time and just go to a real location EDIT: lol, these people are obviously unhinged if you read their response. lots of sarcasm and just nonsensical parts. i wouldn't have come back anyway but now it's on my radar as a place to actively avoid and tell others the same. truly hard to believe something actually shady isn't going on here, and i am SO GLAD i didn't leave my package here.

I prefer to take the 20 minute drive to come to this post office they’re always kind and helpful a lot of times I feel rushed when going to shipping centers but that’s never the case here I came in the last 15 minutes and needed help figuring out what kind of packing and shipping priority I need for my package and Brian was more than willing to help never said no and gave me insight I didn’t have there was another gentleman i didn’t get his name that was quick to help people behind me great team, whenever I get exceptional service even if it’s shipping it will bring me back thank you again to the team here

Pretty sure these guys stole my package. Dropped 2 boxes off, one scanned the next day and the other just disappeared. They had all watched as I carefully packed up a pricey camera and then put it in their outgoing bin. And USPS told me this is a 3rd party office and until they pick up and scan they're not responsible. I'd go somewhere else if I were you. In response to the owners response: USPS never received the item from you so they won't honor the insurance. They have to take ownership of the item to insure it. It was never in your store for pick-up according to them. Thanks for useless tip though.

Can't say enough good things about this particular post office. After suffering for years using the one on 20th st. I found this one & what a difference! Went today to mail xmas packages to find very little wait time. The clerk was & always is most helpful. But most important is that I've never had a problem with any of my packages getting to their destination. If you're struggling to get good service at your local post office try this one on 24th st. & Flower. You'll be in for a pleasant surprise!

Umm. Can I say I was completely ignored. Wasn't greeted. The office was employed by three men. When I asked for help the older gentleman whose name is Jeff, immediately cut me off saying one minute and went to his phone. I'm not familiar with this location but I have to say I'm really appalled by their service. I went in told them how they've made me feel especially being a woman and not being acknowledged and took my package back to take to a different post office where I feel more comfortable.

Anytime I have a package that doesn’t reach my customer it seems to have stopped at this location. I opened an investigation on an item in January and got an email IN MAY that said they are all working hard to find my package. Maybe they didn’t check the pockets of the employees. I shipped another item on April 22 and tracking shows it still at this post office. There are problems here and no one is addressing them. I lost $80 of product in January and $66 in April. It’s unacceptable.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. They refused to give me a receipt copy. They over charged on shipping and honestly I don’t think they’re a legit post office my packages still haven’t arrived where they were supposed to go. None of the employees had a full set of teeth they looked and smelled like they’ve never showered. There’s a picture of hitler hanging in the back room and one of them was tying sticks of dynamite to kittens. DON’T GO THERE!!

Address wasnt insufficient. Your mail Lady was.. Not our normal carrier. I have informed delivery. She didnt even deliver my husbands junk mail. She walked up to my box on my patio, pretented to drop off and walked off my patio. Update: I never received the package and have confirmation from shipper much later that it was finally returned. Shipping address was clear AND visible. I have since set up shipping through other sources.

This is a contracted Postal Location, not an actual Post office. It’s a shop called AZ Overland Blueprint and it looks like it hasn’t been updated since ‘94. I had to pay $1.25 to print a label I had a QR code for because they didn’t have the technology to use QR codes, and they had me drop my package off in a bin right next to the door and couldn’t provide a receipt. $1 to use a credit card too.

I went to this post office at 8am and it wasn’t opened like it said it should be, then I went back at 9am and he charged me for an overage on my card, I already had a stamp on it and he didn’t see it so he charged me for it again and refused to change it so I over paid for the postage! NO Mask either! I won’t return to this office again.

Has some small laminated work done here. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and knew exactly what I was trying to do. I have visited the USPS side a couple of times.. that can be a bit slow… but definitely better than visiting a branch. The only downfall of the long wait sometimes, its normally a bit stuffy in there.

Hey guys, ive sent a few cards and packages through you, and all the cards arrived without issue. Also, I've always received great customer service. But, how can I call you guys by phone? I sent a package last month that has not arrived at its destination and I would like to inquire about what happened to it.

Wanted to ship a package but they wouldn't or couldn't confirm the address of the recipient. They said I could check the tracking number but no info would be available until after the package is enroute...!? I'd rather pay a little more to a shipping company that can verify the address before I pay and send.

This post office is a little smaller than most, but at a very convenient location. Not very busy whenever I drop on by. The staff has not been rude when I've asked questions. It's usually a quick trip I think due to the fact that it's not well advertised as a mail office. It's location seems a bit hidden.

Office service good. The office 800 number is literally useless. Was on hold for well over two hours before I finally hung up and got on with my life. Does the postal workers a real disservice. I've had only good experiences with this office in person. They themselves are a five star team.

I’ve been waiting for a little over a month for a package to be delivered to me being I live in Florida, when I check the tracking info it shows it has just been sitting at this post office since April 17th. When I call the post office I never get an answer.I just want my package.

I feel fortunate to have this Post Office so near my home. It's bright, clean with excellent service. No endless waiting on lines. I dropped off a package yesterday & I was in & out in less than 2 minutes. What other post office offers this kind of service? Good job, guys!

Worst customer service by the owner , NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE . . . He will never do refunds even if it is their fault !! Owner is a complete aswipe and no respect for loyal and regular customers . . . . Ps. DON'T LIE . . . YOU KNOW YOU ARE LYING !!!!!

This place is a hidden gem! Especially during the holidays; I've mailed 2 packages here in the past week, and I had no wait time, just fast and friendly service. Will absolutely recommend this branch to friends!

I returned returned two large packages there, in hopes they would get shipped to the companies I am submitting the returns to, and neither company has received my return and I have lost $200+ from this

This place is accross the street from my office and will always be my goto when it comes to shipping. Great service and very efficient! Much better than the main post office on Thomas rd.

Cute little post office - feels very much like a family owned business. Very easy to get in and out without the typical post office lines. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This is not a post office and should not be advertised as one. They don't even have a Blue Post Box outside to drop off items when they're not open.

Filthy store, employees appear to be addicts. Trash, food/drink containers everywhere. Never, ever come here.
