I have nothing but good to say about US Storage! Mark was there to help me choose and set me up with no problem. Everything was explained to me, and I was able to walk out of there completely understanding everything on my contract. Also, they have great prices other places can’t compare! It’s awesome knowing a portion of my rent goes to a cure for cancer organization as well!!

Awesome customer service. They need faster computers, but other than that, I feel like they always try to look out for the customer in relevance to cost. *Update* Since my review I have moved out of this facility and wow what a difference in customer service. It was a different person that I dealt with and he left such a terrible impression on me. I hope he checks himself.

I had a wonderful experience getting started with my first storage rental with US Storage Centers. The website expedited the process and Maritza in the office was very helpful in getting me setup. She went above and beyond giving me a tour of the facility and escorting me to my unit. Hands down, great customer service, quick registration, and hassle free!

I have been renting a unit in this location for more than 1 year, I recently returned to look for a bigger unit and Maritza is excellent, very friendly and helped me perfectly with everything.
