Your needs will be taken care of well by these professionals. The only worry for those without insurance will have to pay ‘hefty bills’ from entry to exit. Depending on your medical history, you can either submit documents regarding your health problems or tell them orally. Motherly care and personalised attention are a given in every aspect of patient-care -management. I am confident that all your questions will be answered promptly based on my experience. All you need to know are the questions you should ask. As for us senior citizens, all kinds of support are available including enough washrooms and ample car parking. I met Dr. Raju, a medical student, interlaced with warmth and caring, who collected the basic information related to the medical checkup. He then transferred me to Dr. Beena Sattar, MD, a doctor of internal medicine. In spite of my inability to express myself well, she managed to get all the information out of me. Without her, I would have been at a disadvantage and uncomfortable. The billing section and allied medical services are impeccable. Every step of your activity is monitored and documented. A lady called Crystal Gonzalez,(PAR)assists you with the medical prescriptions and arms you to download the app related to your visit. Her unassuming attitude is a soothing touch to patients. A pat on the back would be appropriate for the ever-smiling and caring lady. Dr. Renganathan Govindaraj, MD, deserves a big pat on the back for connecting me UT Physicians.

I live two hours away from the facility and I had a injection procedure scheduled for 8:30am and asked to be here at 8:00am, I left in more than plenty of time, but as anyone knows Houston traffic can become a nightmare, I was stuck in 5 traffic jams in route to my appointment, I made it to my appointment a little after 8:00, it was 8:15 when I made it there and explained the reason why I was late and they treated me like a child scolding me and refused to see me even though my actual appointment wasn't until 8:30am. After I told them both me and my wife had to miss work to be here, drove two hours and spent over $60 in gas to make it to my appointment, they still wanted to refuse service and treat me and a bothersome child. After I stayed I would change doctors and find someone more respectable then they want to get their supervisor and she comes out talking to me like I am child and stating they will go ahead see me after the people who actually cared to show up on time. The staff here gets worse and worse... I will still be finding a more respectful establishment to go to. After driving almost more than 2 hours and missing money from not being able to go into work and the amount of gas money and co-pay, just to be treated like I am a bothersome inconvenience, I do not believe I will ever come back to this location.

Dr. Chiu is hands down the best doctor ever!! I have never seen a doctor who cares more for her patients than Dr. Chiu. She is thorough, understanding, listens, and will really commit herself to getting you better. Even when she has time off she is working to find solutions for her patients. She never gives up. If one treatment isn't working for you then she will work to find you another, and another, until something finally does work. Furthermore, she is absolutely delightful, she is funny, friendly, and always cheerful. She never makes you feel uncomfortable and you always feel like you can be completely honest with her about your symptoms. I once met another endocrinologist who went to school with Dr. Chiu and he was like "she is one the smartest people I have ever met." Another time my general physician had asked how I had lost weight lately, I told him that I had followed Dr. Chiu's advice, and he said "Ah, Dr. Chiu is a smart lady to listen to!" Seriously, go see Dr. Chiu, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Chiu knows her stuff! She was recommended to me by my father. I wasn't satisfied with the care I was receiving from my family physician for my type 2 diabetes. I wasn't feeling good and wasn't happy with my blood sugar readings. (they were all over the place) Wait time at her office was minimal and the doctor spent a lot of time with me in her office asking lots of questions. She was so easy to talk to. I was extremely comfortable . She ordered blood work and changed my prescription and also recommended a visit with a nutritionist. Low and behold! I started feeling better just a few days later! My numbers are where I want them and I've started loosing weight! I'm so happy with her and have already recommended her to 2 of my friends. I'm looking forward to the follow up.

Rheumatologist showed no real interest in my pain. Whole visit was about 10-15 minutes. Was in such shock in the lack of patient care from Mary, truly seemed bored and annoyed. I chose to consult with her because I thought a female doctor would have more compassion and would work with me but it felt more like a hostile interrogation. I’m 21, I should not be having horrible pain all over my body. Thankfully I received a lot of feedback from friends and family, did lots of research and became vegetarian which has helped my joint pain so much. Mary suggested I do yoga to strengthen my knee and NSAIDs which I already take for my period pain and do not feel comfortable taking more due to the risks.

I went to the UT Physicians Multispecialty Bayshore, facility on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. I saw Nurse Practitioner Theresa Obonyano for my exam and consultation. The whole experience was awesome! From the time I entered their practice, until my procedures were finished, and I walked out the door, everything was excellent. I will definitely be back for any other procedures that I need for any of my healthcare needs that they can take care of for me. This was truly a 100% First Class experience. I highly recommend all of the Quality personnel at the UT Physicians Multispecialty Bayshore facility for any of your healthcare concerns and needs.

I would have to say that I have been very lucky to have found a doctor like Dr. Chen. During the situation that I have been going through has negatively impacted me at work, and with every day life. Dr. Chen was/is a God sent because I had already been to seven other doctors who did not seem to care about my situation or my pain. he cared enough to see me, talk to me, listen to me and come up with a plan of care for me to help me get through what I am going through. I would definitely recommend him to my loved ones, to my friends, and to anyone who ever needed assistance in his specialty. Thank you Dr. Chen.

Dr. Hasoon and his staff were very prompt, professional, and friendly. Dr. Hasoon listened to my concerns and discussed my condition thoroughly with diagrams and models so I understood what I was dealing with. He discussed my options without being pushy. He discussed potential outcomes and set expectations as well. I felt like we made the decision together as a team. He gave me an injection and for the first time in a very long time, I have no pain at all. I have 100% confidence and trust in him as my pain doctor and would highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Mary Gibson is a total joke of a doctor. She has to review all of tour documents to see if she is willing to accept you as a new patient to tell you that she can’t help you that she is a Rhumetologist!! She basically wasted my time and money! My exam wasn’t even an exam and then She asked why I was there… i told her and her response was I needed to see a neurologist! And then said she wanted to do a series of test! I said why bother you cant help me! I could go on and on … Just a word of advice! Don’t use Dr. Gibson!!!!!!!

I will never go back to the rhuemetologist here. The condescending grin was the last straw. I was told that inflammatory arthritis does not effect shoulders or necks etc. The poster on the wall knew more than the Dr. I had visible swelling with back up xrays and was dismissed. I miss the old rhuemy here. Update = let the nursing staff know that we can hear everything they say about us (patients) when they disparage in the hallways. On my follow up visit I heard everything said about me. Definitely finished with this place.

The whole staff at UT Physicians and Dr Chiu Was a great experience again. The upfront dust people were very prompt received my co-pay I did not have to wait more than one minute. I waited in the waiting room for less than three minutes the tech then took my vitals, was very prompt and then I saw Dr. Chiu. She really knows her diabetes is a great Endocrinologist I’ve been seeing her now for almost 3 years and my diabetes is in the best control it’s ever been highly recommend the staff and Dr.Chiu. A+++++++++++++++++

I live in Pearland but travel to this facility because of the care and concern I get from Dr. Gibson and her nurse. The check in and check out people are friendly. I don't have to wait longer than a few minutes after completing check in before the nurse is calling for me. Dr. Gibson asks great questions and has already prepared for our visit because she recalls previous discussions. She is thorough and ensures that I understand her instructions. I highly recommend this facility.

Dr. Hawkins comes across as very caring. She reviews the records I provide, carefully listens to what I have to say about my condition, thoroughly examines my feet to evaluate them for neuropathy and ensure that no problems with them have developed since the last visit, and provides useful feedback to me on managing my condition. I highly recommend her to anyone needing help with managing a diabetic condition.

I saw Christina Hoang. She was absolutely amazing. She just met me for first time and was so kind, caring and listened to me and my concerns. She even found out why I was having heart problems within 10 min of reviewing my medicine list. She's God sent. Definitely recommended her to everyone. If you want a great doctor she's it. I'm so blessed to have seen her and be in my journey to healthier happier me.

I am very happy with the staff and Dr. Nassif. It is one the best offices for communication. Dr. Nassif provides plenty of time for patients and actually listens. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I have always left with a complete understanding and no questions left unanswered. All testing has been made available and thanks to her, I only need annual follow ups now as my condition is stable.

Everyone ftom our first step in the clinic/hospital was especially pleasant. In recent years ( since covid) most of my hospital experiences showed signs of impatience and irritation. Dr. Jamalyaria and his nurse Kim are good harded people the doctor treat you nice he list to about ur problems and he will try his best to find out what his wrong with you. Nurse Kim his nice to they make you feel very welcome there. So if ur looking for a great doctor then come and she him you won’t be disappointed.

Doctor Leung’s nurse was very easy to talk with while going over my history and knowledgeable in the medications that I take. Dr. had a lot of my information and took his time talking with me and discussing the different tests that would be performed, also easy to talk with and answer any questions I may have.

Dr Alice Chiu is a very patient and caring physician. She always takes the time to listen to you and asks questions at each visit to make sure your medical history is up to date. I have all the faith in the world that Dr Chiu is meeting all my medical needs. In my opinion Dr Chiu is an exemplary physician!

As always the UT physician, D. Julia Nassif, has done a good job in helping me understand my situation and how to lower my blood sugar. She is an excellent doctor who gives her patients ample time and care. She is one of the best doctors I have seen at UT Health physicians. I highly recommend her.

After having seen numerous GI doctors over a period of several years, Dr. Marc Catalano finally got me pointed in the right direction. As such, I consider him an excellent GI doctor. Also, unlike most doctors, he does his best to see you on time.
