This is my first time giving a review because I felt it's really important. The short answer is, this place is a disaster, chaos and you must avoid going to this practice if you value your health. I wish I could rate less than one star. - Disorganized - Rude - No guidance - Not clean - Super old medical equipment (not properly functioning) - Unprofessional - Disrespectful When I went in for the first time, the nurse took my pulse and other basic measurements in the hallway (they had a little table in hallway) the scale was off by 10 pounds, I even told them it’s off, the nurse said its okay and I heard every patient afterwards saying “oh I’ve dropped weight” Stephanie Johnson, PA wouldn’t even listen to my concern, she didn’t even let me talk, she said she doesn’t have much time now, and that I have t go back another time for follow up. These physicians did not even have a set place; everyone carried a lousy laptop around, doing their work on the countertop of the reception like high school students. (Unprofessional) The lab was the worst of all, This unhappy black girl clearly did not like her job neither the people she was seeing, she barely whispers talking to you, and when you ask her to say it again she nods her head like you did something wrong. She had at least 2 inches long nails (unhygienic), they asked for urine sample, but they would not tell me where to go, after asking around, peeing in the cub which didn’t have my name on it, one of them told me to just leave it there. I told him how do you know it’s mine and not someone else’s, he then said that the lab lady should’ve given you a sticker (great I have to carry stickers around for my urine sample) another lady walks in the lab with me about this issue and they started getting into each other’s face.

This office as well as the doctors have no concern for any patients nor do they do a good job. Dr. Dupree saw me and prescribed me tamaflu and a hydrocodone syrup for the flu. Which I might add she never tested me for which is what I asked for as soon as she entered the room. She tells me to call if anything and I call to get advise bc nothing she game me helped with the headaches and nausea. I was told to leave a message and she’d get back to me and no one ever followed up. The office is now closed. I had 103.8 fever last night and I really don’t feel any improvement and these people did absolutely nothing to help me. If it was an emergency no one there even cares! This office and the doctors and workers and office managers all have no idea what they are doing nor do they care how any patients feel. I just asked for advise or help and no one helped me. This is the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office I can’t even believe they can see patient. I recommend that no one EVER goes there bc they will not care about you like they didn’t care about me. Horrible!!!!!!!!

I wish I could leave a review for Dr. Jiang's bedside manner, but her time was too valuable to see a patient. I went for my ANNUAL checkup and was briefly examined by the assistance and sent to lab to give blood. That was it. No physical exam, no urine test, no EKG not even using a tongue depressor to check inside my mouth. So, if I have skin cancer, bladder infection or heart problem I will not know and good luck to me. This is just a satellite office to collect your insurance money the doctor is nowhere to be seen. Even after my test result, they wanted me to have zoom communication with the assistant not the doctor. The dogs are treated better, at least when you take your dog to a veterinarian the vet comes and examine your dog. I will find another doctor.

Terrible experience, and I dare say shady business practices. I paid up front at the office, then nearly a month later, my insurance was charged additional and uncovered fees for a "consultation" that was essentially a very expensive Google search I should've done on my own. I saw a doctor that wasn't even the one I made an appointment with for maybe five minutes just to get a piece of paper with other doctors in it. I wouldn't be so upset if it didn't take an hour of being bounced around through phone lines, and given very little explanation beyond "this is what it is" after also being subject to their unorganized staff at the actual clinic and being dismissed as 'faking it' from the doctor.

Terrible experience ever, even not one star for them! My right hand has been numb since April 15, I saw doctor on May 3 rd, paid $150 for copay and $400 for EMG test which that equipment is quite quite old, I had to make another trip to come back for test, also referred me for MRI, when I return, they ask me to pay another $150 for copay, then I WILL have a chance to talk with doctor Wang ! So totally I paid nearly $1000 for nothing, no diagnose or results for what causing my hand numbness , the only thing that they do is not trying to cure you, they only care about money ! And last year I had physical exam and never had my results!

I can’t describe how wonderful it is to have a doctor who is as knowledgeable and compassionate as Dr. Nguyen! Over the past ten years I have had various doctors due to a Transient Ischemic Attack, however Dr. Nguyen was able to pinpoint certain issues with my body and refer me to local imaging diagnostic centers where they were able to take “an in-depth look” to see what was exactly wrong with my body. Being less than a mile from my house, I couldn’t ask for a better Primary Care Physician! Highly recommended!

Awful experience! I went in sick and was given a prescription then I went in for a follow-up. I told them i was still in pain during this 5min consultation and was told "you should be fine"...well a visit to urgent care and $200 later I'm finally feeling better. There's no care for patients here they obviously don't listen to patients concerns. Don't come here big mistake you're just going to waste your time and end up in a situation that could potentially end up putting your health at risk!

Waited two hours to be seen by the doctor. In what world is that ever ok. The sad thing is my appointment was during the week, so it wasn’t like the office was busy. I’ll never come back here. The staff is unprofessional and incompetent. Not to mention a waste of money. I came in for something that could’ve been told to me over the phone. If I were you, I’d avoid this location at all costs. Redi clinics or Minute clinics are way faster than this place, not to mention more helpful.

Every single girl and guy that works here at the front desk is RUDE RUDE RUDE! If you call in to get information they huff and puff in the phone like you are inconveniencing them they slam down the phone when you’re talking to them and explaining information to them and then pick it up back like ok whatever I’ll let the doctor know. If you don’t like your line of work then get out of it and go flip a burger. Front desk people are just rude!!!!!!!!

One day I woke up absolutely sick and I immediately called dairy Ashford family practice which is 5 minutes away from my house and they got me right in. I waited maybe 10 minutes and was out the office about 35 minutes total. Absolutely no long wait period. Front office staff were great! Nurses and Dr Jiang was awesome and caring. Gave me the perfect treatment. Will definitely come back and refer friends and family.

Dr. Depue is beyond expectations! I love going here! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I am seen in 30 minutes or less everytime that I go. Dr. Depue has been the most down to earth and lovable doctor. She explains and keep me informed about my health interest as if it was her own. I live and work pretty far but I make the drive because it's worth it! Thank you dr.Depue for keeping me healthy and being my best

I had gone to the office last year in Dec 2020. Got a blood work bill from Quest Diagnostics for my annual physical blood work. When I inquired with Blue Cross they said they did not code the blood work correctly. Dr office told me to deal with their billing office myself and when I was able to reach the billing office and e-mail them the details, I did not get a response at all. The staff is not helpful at all.

Crooks and scam artists!! Save yourself the hassle and go some where with better customer service. Treat you like a money pump. If you come here for something small and quick, you will end up waiting over an hour. They will question everything to see what's wrong with you so that they can charge you hidden fees. Had to call my insurance company to correct a claim they submitted since I was overcharged.

Dr. Pham was great in listening and explaining my situation. I already told my sister & husband to come and make it their Family Practice and they were "give me their address". Thank you. Edit: the staff was amazingly nice On occasions you will experience an hour at the doctor, that's totally normal on pretty much every clinic or practices you go. I recommend this place.

Don't bother making an appointment they have never kept it. Usually they run about about 30 min late but I've been here for an hour and a half past my 10 am appointment time. The waiting room is packed and hot. I'm sure others have appointments soon after this as do I. Slow slow slow and unable to keep appointments or catch up on existing appointments.

I went to doctor office 15 mins before my appointment to fill all the paper as I guided. I filled the paper for 15 mins and waited another 45 mins to call my name. I told them to cancel my appointment. Waiting for 1 hour for noting. Come on, we all are working and busy. Need to focus on patient's time. I would say more but choose to be calm.

I called in for an appointment and the staff was super helpful and friendly, I asked a lot of questions and they were kind and answer them all, even helped me to make an appointment to go and visit the other location the same day, it made a difference specially when one has no experience in medical matters, I highly recommend this place .

Dr prescribed me cancer/radiation medicine for my cough.. I don't have cancer, but I just might in the future by taking this.. The Dr also told me it was going to take 3 days to receive my lab and COVID results, but I still haven't received it .. even tho the covid test only takes 24 hrs to find out. This place doesn't deserve one star.

Dr. Juliette Depue is a jewel. Very easy to speak with, great listener, takes notes and confirm notes to make sure she understand. It really shows she is concerned about what’s going on to give the best solution. Wait time seem to be about average 15-20mins after set appointment. I guess that’s where the “patient” part comes in. …

I love the Dairy Asford location. The staffs are friendly and helpful. And the main reason I come here is because of Dr John Nguyen even though the Bellaire location is closer. Beside friendliness, he is listening and caring for his patient. From the bottom of my heart, I really appreciate. Best wishes to Dr John, you are deserved it.

I will never come here again. I got blood work done here and they refuse to call me over the phone to tell me my results, they insisted I come back in. I made another appointment and then they asked me to pay and office visit fee to learn my results from the visit that was already paid for. I will be reporting this to my insurance and

I had a good experience with my appointment with Dr. Depue. The staff is friendly, I didn’t not have to wait long for my appointment and I will be returning if further check ups are needed. One thing I would recommend is if the clinic shared appointment confirmations over text/email! Might make it easier to remember appointments!

Doctors are good, especially Dr. Depue, however the wait time is unacceptable. One has to wait anywhere from 30-60 mins from their appointment time, to be called in. I even saw 3 patients with same appointment time and with same doctor on one of their sign in sheet, ridiculous!! And additional 30-60 mins after you are called in.

I have been seeing Dr. Jiang and her partners for over a decade now. After possibly fracturing my toe they refused to tell me the outcome of my x-ray for a week. The nurse also refused to tell me how to care for my toe until my post-x-ray appointment.They refused to help me in any way. I am looking for a new doctor.

They helped me with an ear infection, but even though I was there for a follow up for my annual physical. I wanted to thank Esmeralda at the front desk especially, as she really went out of her way to make sure I received my prescription. She even called the following Monday to make sure I received it.

This client did not keep their appointments! Very worse experience! I made an appointment for following up at 10:15 until 11:50 not see the doctor show up. Just the assistant come tell me. I’m good. You can leave! This doctor does not even care about their patients! Sucks! I will never come back here!

After waiting for an hour, I was told it will still take more time because there's a patient ahead of me. All this after checking in Online and arriving for the appointment on time! If a doctor doesn't care for patient's time, I am doubtful about the kind of care I would receive at this place.

Care is great. Don't want to go anywhere else after 30 years. HOWEVER! Waiting room smells like mildew. Trash left out - here at 8am - just dirty. They should take pride in what folks see when they come in. (I just straightened up and put away magazines. Time to wash hands) ugh

Dr. Depue is wonderful and her front desk staff is great. There was only one time I had an issue with a nurse who didn't submit documentation for a PA on time and it screwed me over with my insurance. Dr. Depue, however, is awesome and always listens and is kind and patient.

I am really glad I found Dr. Jiang. She is attentive and she has great bedside manner. All the nurses and front desk personnel are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jiang and her office to anyone who is looking for a great doctor and friendly office staff.

For the past year or so I've been using this clinic and I had any problems but today I needed my handicap placard renewed they told me it was going to be $25 out of my pocket what two pieces of paperwork I refuse to pay that and I'm going to find me another clinic

Worst experience ever. They’re not professional at all, always in a rush. My mom had to get her blood work done three times because according to them results were wrong. Dr didn’t even bother coming, she sent the PA & it seemed like she didn’t know anything.

All the associates were very joyful and genuinely helpful. Dr. Jiang was great, she able to look at my ankle and tell me what was wrong and prescribe what I needed right away. I would recommend this doctors office to everyone!!! Martha is awesome!!!

Dr. Nyugen was very thorough addressing all of my concerns. The office staff is friendly and I did not wait no longer than 5 minutes to be called to the back and the doctor came right in shortly after. The nurse was kind and caring too.

Having a very busy schedule, I love being able to come in on Saturday mornings for routine check-ups. Dr. Jiang always takes her time and doesn't rush you in and out when she is meeting with you. Staff is always very friendly.

Dr Depue was caring and clarified all my questions and concerns during our appointment. All the necessary exams were collected in the same day in a efficient manner. All the personnel in the clinic was very gentle.

Staff is very friendly. Dr Depue is really patient . She always take her time to explain what is going on, what is planning to do. At each visit she always have a review of the previous visits before she starts.

Absolute worst clinic. They “accidentally” charged me for things I did not receive and now are dragging their feet on fixing it. I have a literal voicemail of the office manager saying it was an accident. WILD.

Darn Nguyen is a wonderful doctor and so is the front office. You actually get a person when you call. They answer refill requests quickly and the doctors are always available.
